My experience with Caliber Collision on Pendleton Pike was completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone--especially owners of high-end vehicles--to avoid this location. I brought my Porsche in for EXTERIOR body work only. When I picked it up on March 11, 2026, I found my vehicle in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off: * Missing parts under the hood * Panels not aligned properly * Brand new damage inside my vehicle, which they had no authorization to even touch While retrieving items from my vehicle we WITNESSED damaged parts placed inside my car. Because of this: * My windshield is scratched on the INSIDE * My red leather seats now have multiple tears and rips There is absolutely no justification for any of this. No one should have been inside my vehicle beyond the driver's seat--let alone placing broken parts across my interior. When I raised these issues, the shop manager, Chris, responded with excuses that were not only unprofessional but insulting: * Blamed a car wash for interior windshield damage (which makes no sense) * Suggested my family caused the seat damage * Claimed they were "cleaning" my interior--a service I NEVER requested or approved This level of deflection and lack of accountability is alarming. It has now been weeks since I picked up my vehicle, and no one has followed up or attempted to resolve this situation, even after I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with them directly. At this point, it's clear this location has no intention of taking responsibility. Corporate needs to step in immediately. I expect to be contacted ASAP to address the damage done to my vehicle and to make this right. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating this further read more

This was not the first time coming to this location, they have done an amazing job with car repair. If you're working with insurance it will be easy and a quick process the staff has really improved over the years and I loved seeing that happen. They have a lifetime guarantee which is not too common, goes to show that they stand by their work! I like that they are also taking measures to ensure health and safety during COVID. read more

I was treated rudely by the front desk staff. I went in to get an estimate to repair a big scratch on my vehicle right after they opened. The lady told me there was no one at work yet to do an estimate. I asked her how soon I could get it done today. She told me that the earliest appointment they had available for a quote was over two weeks (15 days) away. I questioned why it was so long for a quote, she looked at me like I was an idiot and asked me what I expected. Do not use this company if you want good and quick service. read more

When my new-to-me car incurred damage from a recent hail storm and I realized I needed to submit an insurance claim toget it repaired, I wasn't sure how it was going to go. I'm happy to report that it's been a pretty simple process and Caliber Collision has been wonderful to work with on the auto claim. Their staff walked me through the process, answering all of the questions I had that popped up along the way. When I dropped my car off for the service, they made sure to double check if I needed a rental car or not, and were prepared to help me with that process as well. My car was in the shop over night and when I picked it up, not only was it dent-free, but I was so surprised at how clean it was! They washed the car and even swept out the interior. My car now looks as good as the day I purchased it. I cannot believe they were able to get all of those dents out! read more

I was referred to Caliber Collision by Dent Wizard and the GM of my local Honda Dealer. I have called multiple times this afternoon and not only does no one answer but the phone doesn't go to VM but rather just disconnects the call. Not a good first impression of this company. read more
