I told them I had priced the part needed at the dealer and could save a couple hundred dollars by ordering the part myself from eBay. They were fine with that. The door on my truck was stuck closed and the latch mechanism was broken. Wouldn't even open from the outside. They had budgeted 1.5 hours to get the door open, but when they went to inspect it, it opened right up. They could easily have said nothing and charged me for the 1.5 hours labor, but JR took that off the bill. I have a whole new door panel and latch now for a very reasonable price in a very quick time frame. They were happy to work with me. These are honest people who know what they are doing.

I have serious doubts that they have equipment to safely discharge gas into a machine or whatever that thing is as per the AP rules again, not my problem EPS problem, but they recommended that my compressor has gone bad and I need to replace it. I am not calling them dishonest. I'm calling them not up to the Mark to be a 50-60 year old workshop they should have tons and years of knowledge and experience to know what to recommend and they overcharged me to be called exorbitant , my recommendation is go to the workshop across Logan's. It is run by an Indian gentleman lovey is the name , workshop called 1stop auto repair between Chase and ordinary pizza.
