I called for a quote on a glass chip and went for repair. Upon inspection I was given 2 separate opinions that it was too small to need repaired. I appreciated their honesty and saved some money! read more

Great Experience. I called because my son's driver side back window was broken while at college. I called on a Thursday and they were very flexible with times to get me in on Saturday. The time they quoted it would take to get the repair done was accurate and the price was unbeatable. They don't take credit cards. They accept cash, zelle, Apple pay,etc.. read more

Broke my rear quarter window. Jose was one of the few people in town who actually had the part in stock. Quick answer on my quote request, he had a spot available the next day, service was done in around half an hour, price was exactly what he quoted (which was half the price of safelite!) Excellent service, couldn't recommend more. Thank you Quality Auto Glass! read more

Needed to have my rear passenger window replaced after a break in. Purchased the window from the junk yard and after a failed attempt to install myself began looking for an installer. Called all over town and everything to the north of Indy was $200-$275, Everything west was $120-$150. However, nobody had availability for the day, most was for the next day. Called Jose and he said if you come now I will squeeze you in. As I arrived (following a car from the highway that also had a window out) Jose approached me and said the car in front was the appointment he was waiting but he would pull someone from another car and get me done,. The service was fast, cleaned out all the glass and removed the crayon numbers from the junk yard. Will be recommending to all my friends. read more

Jose and his team did a great job replacing the windshield on my car. His quote was the most affordable in town and the work was still done with excellence. His shop may not have the "bells and whistles" in the waiting area like some of the bigger stores, but I'm not getting my window replaced for bells and whistles. I would strongly recommend setting up an appointment at Quality Auto Glass before going because they are busy! Also make sure to note he takes cash and Zelle for payments. read more

Jose responded quickly to a Yelp quote request and had my windshield ready same day. I sat on the porch in the shade, while they did the work. It looks great, and it was a very professional experience! read more

What an awesome experience!! My resident lady companion had the unfortunate experience of her hatchback window exploding for some unknown reason. After being led on and disappointed by a national company (Safelite), she contacted Jose and had new glass the next day. A Saturday by the way. Entire process took about an hour and a half and she waited at they're little shop. She told me she felt completely safe the entire time and would recommend this place to anyone needing glass or even a place to chill for a bit. New glass looks perfect and is repelling the weather nicely. I'm not exactly sure what they did to the window but I'd guess the car is up about 12 horsepower. Almost pulled a wheelie just putting it in the garage. read more

Jose (owner) was very good to work with. The car is a newer model Mercedes and the glass has all kinds of special features. he had to research and source and order the special glass. He ran into an issue and had to source a better glass. It took some perseverance and he stepped up to make it right! I appreciate that EVERYTHING he said he was going to do "I will contact you" "I will let you know" "I will give you an update"... all were exactly true. He is a man of honor and true to his word. A rare find. read more

Customer service was excellent. Good communication thru text messages. Scheduled and appointment and when I arrived, they were right on time. I was able to stay and use the waiting room for the duration of my windshield replacement. Felt very safe. There's not free wifi or anything so be sure to bring something to keep yourself busy. Check our was fast. They don't accept credit cards. They only accept cash, Zelle, or Cash App. I was told that if the window starts to leak, bring it back and they'll fix it. So far I'm satisfied after checking out. We'll see. Oh and Jose Z was AWESOME!!!!! read more

If you're needing auto glass this is the place. Won't find installation any cheaper in town. The gentleman was very nice and respectable. I called him late in the afternoon and he still was able to install it before noon the next day. I am very impressed with the quality of the windshield and installation. So if you need some work done definitely give them a call I promise you won't find it cheaper. read more

They came out to my house and installed a new back window while I was in the middle of a move. Even told them I would be right back after taking a load to my new house and they said no problem. First time I have ever needed to have glass replaced, they made it quick and easy. Very positive experience

These guys were so great! They honored the quote they gave me back in January for work done at the end of March, I was late to my appointment and they got me right in, they had the best price of any vendor and got the work done faster than the time they quoted. My experience could not have been any better. Jose's customer service was excellent, and they treated me and my car with tremendous respect. If you need any work done that they can help with, your decision couldn't be easier! read more
