Instead he called when he was 15 minutes away at the end of the business day. He did not introduce himself or explain absolutely anything. I had to ask all of the questions as he stood staring at me. He was very friendly and very flexible! He met me at my job which was very convenient for me! (He's strictly mobile, and doesn't have a shop at this time) Upon his arrival he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He typed up everything on his ipad which sent my invoice to a printer in his truck as well as receiving an email. He had a card reader that made it very convenient to pay with my credit card. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. My windshield looks fantastic! He's been doing this for 20+ years and that's very evident in his work! And on the phone he sounded very dodgy and shaky my gut told me to just go somewhere else. But he assured me he could take good care of me and tint my vehicle. He told me to come by his house and give him the money (UP FRONT) which in itself sounded very sketchy. He stated that he needed the money to buy the film. Which was a complete utter lie. I trusted Greg because he was a old family friend of my aunt. Once I arrived at his house he kept going in circles telling me how hard it would be to tint my car and yadda yadda nonsense. He charged me $280 for what I thought would be the entire car but it turns out the sunroof is a accesory and not included (which he didn't state) he told me he would go buy the film because he "ran out". He said he'd call me that evening to tint my car he never called me back and I had to call/text him multiple times he sent me text messages complaining about how busy he was and something about his tooth. He said he'd come out to my house the next day 9/5/26 and I waited around at my house all day and even removed my stuff inside waiting for him to show. I texted him my address the night before and I waited all day until 6pm and told him to just give me back my money. He told me to give him one more day and I had a hair appt on sunday and din't have time to mess with him again. I called him at 7pm to see if he had my money and he said he could just come and do it on Sunday. 3 hours goes by and he shows up around 9pm and tinted the windows in the dark because he clearly wasn't wanting to give me my money back. He did such a terrible shoddy job, he kept saying how he's gonna take his time because his other job fell thru and acted like my car wasn't a priority. He kept cussing and saying how hard the back window is and I should give him a tip for coming and doing it EVEN after I paid him UPFRONT on 9/7/26 I woke up to go see the work in the daylight and there was bubbles EVERYWHERE and the cuts were AWFUL!! I called him right away and told him how bad it was in the daylight and he told me to come by his house. And he blamed his partner for the cleaning process which had NOTHING to do with the craftsmanship HE did. I do not blame his partner for NOTHING. I asked him for my money back again because it's gonna cost to remove this bad job and he showed me his phone and said he doesn't have the money and I'd have to wait on it so he said he'd come back again when he "finds the time" still after receiving the money all UP- FRONT. I told my family and they said that to just see if he'll refund it cause they don't want me to keep using there garage again and again. He said he'd give me back my $280 on 9/7/26 and he said he'd call me to meet up and he blocked me. His phone went straight to voicemail. I wouldn't recomend this tinter at all! He's the shadiest worst "business" owner I've seen and is VERY rough on the customers vehicles. He must've slammed my trunk hard at least 5 times! Stay away from Greg Hauk's window tinting. Will be filing a small claims on 9/8/26 along a complaint with the BBB.

I was ready and excited to book…read morewith this company again since my first experience went well but this time I felt like I got scammed. After paying a $75 dollar deposit for an inspection my appointment was cancelled twice! Once because they were short staffed (appt 06/13), and the second time due to rain (06/17). I had to text them to remind them of the second appt and then they cancelled on me 2 hours before it was scheduled . I tried to call the shop many times but no one ever answered. I went through the customer portal and asked for my deposit back, to speak to a manger or to be accommodated in anyway and they refused me. I even tried to see if I made a 3rd appointment if they would inspect and service the car in the same day due to me having to wait on them for dayss! They told me no. They told me I will not get my deposit back and it will go towards a new appointment. They told me the deposit can't be refunded because "they reserve a technician's time and scheduling availability", even though no techs have been available to me!! They said both of the appointments they cancelled was for reasons out of their control and that they would escalate this with management and make me a "priority" to schedule me an appointment asap. Then turned around and said they aren't sure when they can service me and that I need to make my own new appointment for THE 3RD TIME!! When no one from the company/ management reached out to me for a follow up, I on their site to see what time has available and it showed no availability till 07/06. I reached out again asking how true this was and if this got escalated to a manager... no response. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed and I feel scammed. I will never work with this company again!

Well he recommended we do some other repairs as well after he looked at the car so okay we decided to have those repairs done as well . So a few days go by and my sons car starts making a noise I called him back told him what was going on he said okay I'll take a look but then every time I asked when he could come out and look at it there was an excuse. Needless to say he never came back out and looked at it . I had to pay someone else and it ended up being some bolts that weren't tightened up . This could have just been an easy 10 minute fix of his mistake but he blew us off instead . For that I will not be going back and would not recommend him !! Very poor services
