Then they said they had to use the closest service (not telling me it was a company in Greenwood an hour away from my location which had 1 truck on duty). They even had the temerity to tell me to google tow truck service and find a better option! A stream of misinformation over 4 hours, hung up when transferred, lies that the tow truck was 5 minutes away, etc. I had over a four hour wait which was further made worse by their constant misinformation. Their premium towing service is a scam.
