They said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until Monday, so I remembered Eagle Auto which was half a mile away. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I had a new engine put in somewhere else, but started using Eagle. I noticed an oil leak and was…read moretold there were valve leaks from when Tom Wood put in the engine. Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

It did seem clean though. I called them around 4:30 PM to check on the status and was told it would be done in 30-45 minutes. When I arrived around 5:15 PM, my car was sitting outside waiting for me. Hired them to put an engine in my car. When I went to go pick it up, they didn't put all of the new…read morepiece on my engine that I bought and I couldn't return those pieces because it was already past the return date. They went back and forth with me on why I shouldn't those brand new parts on my car. I had already paid them before I noticed it. When I say forget it and gets my car, The gears are not shifting. They said that I had a small crack in my transmission pan which was not true. It was cracked while it was up there. I didn't have any transmission leaks when I brought it. When I got it, gears were barely shifting to I took it to AAMCO transmission for them to put the new pan on. Luckily I didn't need a new transmission. But I did have to by a new transmission pan and new fluid. Also when I picked up my car, my brake were going all the way down to the floor. They told me that I had to drive it some and it would start working regular which was false. They removed all of the brake fluid out of my car and when they put more fluid back in, they failed to bleed the brakes. So no I have to pay more money for AAMCO to bleed my brakes. If you have another option for your car, take it to the other option. They don't care about the work that they do. They just want to get you in, get the money, and get you out. This is my first and last time with LIKE BROTHERS.
