But it's what I needed to hear. They recommended I get rid of my prized truck. That to fix it it was going to cost too much and that the smarter move would be to trade it and move on. They were right. I'd been fighting that decision but it had to be made. And for that quick visit they charged me nothing. And yes, I did move on. I shucked the truck. I don't even know where to start. When John called to deliver the bad news and walk me through my options / his recommendations he was so kind and patient, answering every single one of my questions with plenty of detail. The night before, I had left him a voicemail and had mentioned a possible warranty on the engine in passing. He went above and beyond by calling local dealerships and checking (I believe it was) NHTSA to see if there were any active warranties that would cover me. The entire time I felt like this team had my best interest at heart. I know they probably see tons of customers a week, but they made me feel like more than just another job, which meant the absolute world to me. Unfortunately, my best option was to get a new car. While I worked through everything with Hyundai and searched for a replacement, they've let me keep my car on their lot for a generous amount of time, leaving me with one less thing I've had to worry about during this very stressful time. My Car Doc is a masterclass in customer service and I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I have so much gratitude for this team, and I will absolutely be back for any future services on my new car.

I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.
