    Caused $3000-$7000 of damage to my Honda - avoid service here!…read more I've been a loyal Valvoline customer for years, but my last experience has been highly disappointing. During an oil change and transmission flush at this location, an error occurred with the transmission fluid, causing it to spill all over my car and even spray onto my windshield. Even worse, my car immediately developed a transmission leak. I've brought my car back to Valvoline four separate times since then, and they could not identify or fix the problem, and I was told to bring the car elsewhere. Two independent mechanics have since confirmed the transmission leak, and both were surprised Valvoline missed it. The repair will cost between $3,000-$7,000, and my car now leaks so much fluid that I can't even park it in my garage. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve an issue that never should have happened. For context, I have documentation from Honda confirming there were no leaks just two weeks before the service. I simply want my car restored to the condition it was in before Valvoline's error. Accidents happen, but Valvoline and the store manager have failed me. I am continuing to work with Valvoline's customer care, but given the lack of resolution so far, I do plan to take them to court. This has been a costly, time-consuming, and frustrating process that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

When I told them I wanted to think about getting the work done, I was urged to do "now" as the axel was bad and could break at anytime which would make my car stop on the spot. I left anyway and went for a second and third opinion. I was assured by a mechanic and another muffler shop that all that was wrong was a hole in my tailpipe that could be easily repaired for $100. When I expressed frustration about being told this only after the drop-off, the employee escalated the situation instead of attempting to resolve it. During this exchange, the employee used profanity toward me and refused to return my vehicle keys in a timely manner, holding them out of reach while continuing to argue. This created a clear safety concern, as a business should never withhold a customer's property or engage in hostile behavior. Due to the employee's continued aggression, I contacted law enforcement to ensure the safe return of my keys. Later, the store manager called me regarding the incident. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to address the behavior, he stated, "You're not the customer we want" and expressed that he hoped I would not return. Stay away.
