Fast accurate and attentive crew who are very knowledgeable and attentive to customers. Scott is undisputed JL belt holder for 6months for a reason. In/Out and Filter available. I always check my levels after car is running... when I stopped and jumped out. Scott (mgr) noticed and came to see if my miles were reset or another issue was problem. I said "no, I just double check oil when I have someone else change it". He understood, offered a rag, and we parted ways happy to see my level was spot on and fresh oil on dipstick. I stopped by to get my oil changed at 12:15 today, I was told that lunch time is 12:45, come back after 1:45. The bays were empty, 4 guys inside, 1 setting down hitting on his vape pen. Only 1 attendant on duty from 8:00am to 8:30 with 3 cars, then others arrived smelling of weed. Filthy language. Receipt says you checked my lights, but you didn't. Much more expensive than Valvoline or others. You lost my business. read more

This is a quaint, little Jiffy Lube just off of 421 in Carmel so it is very easy to get to. The site Manager, Amanda is very friendly and asked me right away what I needed in terms of service. After asking for an oil change, she was honest in saying it would be 45min to and hour as I went on a Saturday. The free WiFi helped a lot as I simply worked on my computer while waiting. I would say the site seemed understaffed for a Saturday, but they were working diligently. In the end, I was satisfied with the service and pleased that there are Jiffy Lube coupons online! read more

Do not get your oil change here. I did and it ended up costing me money, time and stress. First, they failed to properly screw on the skid plate... which came loose later that day, scraping against the road. I had to duct tape it back together and drive back to Jiffy Lube to get them to repair it. After multiple phone calls with customer service, I got my refund. Weeks later, I noticed an oil leak! Took my car to the dealer where they told me the drain plug was not properly installed on the last oil change, causing the leak. Jiffy Lube's incompetence cost me $80. read more

I went for an oil change. I started hearing a noise and had it checked out by a local mechanic with great ratings and apparently, the air filter box had a broken connection. To get the air filter box replaced is over $600.00. I will no longer be using this location or Jiffy Lube. read more

Excellent service. Very professional and caring team. I needed brake pads. The courier still hadn't arrived with my parts in over 2 1/2 hours. They went above and beyond & went to Napa & bought the parts for my brakes themselves. They kept me informed all along & apologized profusely. They managed the situation with incredible integrity & with circumstances beyond their control. They didn't try to sell me me things I didn't need or ask for. They did a fabulous job and were apologetic, gave me a discount for the trouble, but also professional & upbeat all along. I rarely see such dedicated customer service like that anymore. Got my oil changed this morning. Guy at store and receipt both said the coolant level was checked. Guess who's car overheated an hour later with no coolant in the engine? Literally zero coolant. Don't say it was checked if it wasn't. Manager said he "told me to top it off" which he did not. Even if he had told me to "top it off" that is far different than saying you checked it both in person and on a receipt and then it being dry as a desert. Unacceptable. My car could have been permanently damaged with thousands in repairs if I didn't get a tow. Never again. Never. read more

They knew I was in a mega hurry to leave town and opened the 3rd bay for me to get serviced quicker. They also were friendly and attentive to my needs. I am very impressed. Service was great. Added a new air filter to oil change. Decided on the synthetic oil, the medium priced oil recommended by dealership. I was there a half hour which was okay by me. I was surprised when they apologized for being late, two technicians called in sick. The waiting room could have been cooler and more comfortable. They did a full checklist: tire pressure, fluids and lights. They cleaned carpets and windows. They did a nice job. I've been here a few different times for your basic oil changes and I've always received good service. They generally have you in-and-out and maintain courtesy and professionalism. Be careful with these guys they tried to get me to change my cabin air filter and they pulled it out to show me that it needed to be changed, I know this is part of their job to try to get more money out of you that isn't the issue. however when I declined and said that I'd fix it myself they put the cabin air filter on backwards. I especially liked the little touches such as getting the door for me to the waiting area & to my car. They go over the services with you when they are working on your vehicle & have had a look at it. I didn't feel pressured in to buying anything I didn't need. I always rotate my tires when I get my oil changed. As soon as I pull up I ALWAYS ask if they can rotate that day. Two of the past three times they said "yes, no problem". I wait for them to finish and then walk out to pay and... "oh I'm sorry sir, (insert excuse here for why they couldn't rotate)." If a customer asks specifically to be told if they can or cannot rotate tires with the oil change, then they should be informed of this before they ask for a credit card. They seem as if they know it's unable to be done, but they want to sneak the oil change in before they tell me. I'll never go back, too many other honest and ethical options out there. read more
