Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. It was a Tuesday and my brakes began to grind and I had a 7 hour drive that following Thursday. I contacted this shop and was greeted by the impressive manager, Julie. I explained my situation and she did everything in her power to get my car in the shop that Wednesday and to guarantee that my brake repair would be completed by the end of the day. I asked what the potential cost would be and she said if I needed new rotors and brake pads, it could cost $300-$400 per axle. This was on par with estimates I had researched. Impressively, upon the Mechanic's review, it was determined that I just needed brake pads AND that they would rotate my rotors instead of replacing them. They order the parts the day of service and the delivered parts were not the right specifications. Julie went beyond and ensured the correct parts were delivered and installed that day.
