I took both my sons cars to get serviced. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter for both. Yes both filters looked nasty and needed replaced. My youngest son told them that he had wider tires in the back than in front. They blew him off. On the way home, his tires were rubbing as he turned because they put the back tires on the front. He called when he got home and they said bring it in tomorrow. So, he spent his time going back the next day. When he got there, they basically told him to go inside and sit down, they are the professionals! REALLY! They were treating him like he didn't know what he was talking about. After 40 minutes, he saw them all standing around talking, they came in an ALL of them apologized to him AND SAID HE WAS RIGHT! They moved them back but we didn't get a tire rotation because they said they didn't crisscross. So, even though we paid for a tire rotation, we didn't get one. At this point I'm not sure my other son got a rotation as well. When he got home he said his washer fluid was not working and we looked and neither of my son's fluids had been filled. This trip for the two cost me $400! I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER patronize another Jiffylube EVER again. I like to support local, as I know these are owned by a couple out of Ft. Wayne but I will go to the dealership or a Midas for that matter going forward. They could give me free oil changes forever and I would not take it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

He later increased the price to $750 without justification. I have invoices showing the originally agreed work and costs. He also failed to properly diagnose the issue, which could have included a simple code reset and pressure test. I even provided proof from AutoZone showing no parts were purchased for my vehicle. Overall, this was unprofessional and unreliable service. Proceed with caution. When he told me he was only 19 years old it all made sense. While it should be obvious from the name, this is an oil change location and not a full-service mechanic. That said, they do offer full-service oil changes, battery replacement, headlight/tail light replacement, transmission service, differential fluid replacement, tire rotation, fuel system cleaning, windshield wiper replacement, air filter replacement, and fleet service. If I remember correctly, this is a 3-bay location. I pulled up and was taken in right away. This is a somewhat set-apart location in the outer parking lot of a Meijer with a brand new Crew Car Wash around the corner. There's also a small strip center across the parking lot with a Noble Roman's, Great Clips, and Verizon. The employees here were friendly and helpful. They did everything a full-service change offered at a fair price. I was in/out in just a few minutes. As a wheelchair user, I always appreciate when I don't have to get out of the car. Because this is a nationwide chain, they were able to pull up my records. I appreciated that. I also appreciated that they aired up my tires as I had one running a bit low. They were having a film discussion - I'm a film critic, so that was kind of cool. However, they were also super focused on what they were doing and doing the job well. This location was clean, professional, and in good repair itself. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would easily return. While I'll generally stick to the one closer to my home (Glendale area of Indy), I won't hesitate to come back here when I'm in McCordsville. As a side note, Valvoline frequently has coupons on its website that can help reduce the price a bit.
