They checked all the service requested items off the sheet. The quality is superior because they even cleaned the windows and told me how everything was going on. One thing I do appreciate is the attention they pay to detail. I am so thankful my gut told me to come here today because the gentlemen working noticed a nail in my right front tire! If they wouldn't have told me I would've never known and my tire would've gone flat on the highway, so I am extremely grateful and can't thank them enough for noticing that! Because I wasn't feeling confident in his response, I took my car to a tire shop to have it looked at. I'm 8 months pregnant and went to have my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube off 116th & Allisonville for the first time. Sat in my husbands car while they worked on mine. When they were done I went in to pay. Guy started with a few ignorant comments about how I shouldn't be carrying a purse while I'm this pregnant because it's too heavy, literally said "you're not supposed to be carrying anything heavier than a piece of paper at this point." Then it just got worse. He said "I can tell you how to get contractions started but it's super inappropriate." I told him this isn't my first kid and I've heard it all and they're all wives tails anyways and that it's not necessary... He proceeded to graphically explain it to me... it was worse than what I thought he was going to say. It was disgusting. I'm the type of person who sticks up for myself but was just in disbelief in that moment. I So I got in my car and left. Decided to tell my husband when I got home because it was just too much. So my husband calls the manager and he tries to brush it off so my husband told him he was on his way there. By the time he got there, the manager told him he had contacted his manager. I want to be clear that from the moment the Manager was made aware, he kept trying to brush it off. The man who said the vile things to me told them both word for word what he said and he actually felt bad for offending me. My husband then asked him to leave and spoke to the manager further. The manager at one point literally said "I can't control what comes out of their mouths, blah blah" and for lack of better words, "boys will be boys." Obviously my husband was not ok with this and asked if they'd be ok if it was their wife or daughter. Of course not. So then the Manager's Manager gets on the phone and says he is on his way to handle it. Unfortunately their way of handling it was to offer a refund. What we tried to explain is that we aren't worried about a refund, all we want is accountability and not excuses. Since then, it has continued to get worse. They are refusing any accountability for how it was handled. The Manager and HIS Manager and now OWNER have all defended how this was handled. Said it was a "stupid comment" but the Manager is a "good guy they've worked with for 40 years and we misinterpreted him." That the employee they allowed to stay working ALL day today said something "stupid"but they are confident it won't happen again. Ended with the OWNER saying he DOES NOT CARE how we feel it was handled as he is a great manager. I let him know I am a person and not a vehicle and while I"m sure cars are well taken care of, the way we are being treated is unacceptable... but here we are...Excuses for why it was "handled" this way and now an OWNER read more

Customer service is trash. I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to bring my car after I got off of work. I get to Jiffy lube and the guy told me he didn't tak to me and maybe I was at the wrong jiffy lube. He even asked me which number I called and after going through my call log confirming that I called THIS shop he asked what time I called. I told him and he told me the guy I spoke to was gone. At this point I'm confused because why does any of this matter IM HERE NOW AND I NEED ASSISTANCE. Are you going to help me or not? He told me to pop my hood and looked at it for 3 mins and said I would have to come back because he couldn't see anything wrong. So today I go to CarX in castleton on 82nd street and they get me in right away WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and we're able to replace my brakes and rotors and also made sure I payed the absolute lowest by applying coupons that I didn't even know about...Moral of the story Go to Car X. They are the best. You know its funny that you asked if it was the one on 82nd because that is the same thing the guy asked me when I came in and said I spoke with someone on the phone. Then I showed him my call log and he confirmed that was your number I called. I know the difference between 82nd street and 116th...You guys are located between CVS and the car wash..right in front of the day care...I'm positive this is the location..Just apologize and move on...my car is fixed now, no thanks to you guys. I stopped in and they were able to get me in right away. The manager, Phil and his crew were very thoughtful. He told me that I still had 1500 miles until another oil change. When I asked if I could pay them to put more oil in the car (because my car burns oil), he said it was free bc my last oil change was with Jiffy Lube. The tech who checked the tires found a nail in my back passenger side tire and also found that the front driver's side was low- so to have it checked out before I had a flat. The manager of this Jiffy Lube was terribly rude when I stopped by for some air in my almost flat tire. If a zero rating was possible then this is what it would get. I've used them years ago for an oil change but heard they will assist you in complimentary air for your tires. OMG, he made it clear I was a waste of their time. He told me that I would have to wait for paying customers and while they were filling my one tire with air said, "So, who changes your oil now?" "When your a customer we do that too and change oil." I could definitely sense I was a nuisance in his day. It felt like he was trying to shame me for asking for air in my front tire. Assisting in giving free air to slow leaking tire was an opportunity to build a future client. All he did was make me know I never will return for any service at this location. Fast talkers here. If you don't mind that your coupon for a $30 oil change turns into a $67 bill then by all means go here. I kept saying no to everything but apparently just saying you need an oil change and that's it, triggers other charges. I don't want to fathom what the charges would be if I said yes. In the end I received a standard oil change for $38 but that was after a lot of complaining about price misdirection. They relented when other customers came in. read more

I went in because I thought I had an oil leak. Thankfully I did not but my father-in-law had changed the oil the day before and forgot to put the oil cap back on... yikes. Instead of helping me or explaining anything to me they basically told me to get the heck out of their place and take it to Goodyear and just kept pointing. I had no idea where good year was at this point. It was just up the street again thankfully. The Jiffy Lube guys made me feel like the car was going to blow up any minute and they did not want to be liable. I am a reasonable person and I do understand their hesitation but it was extremely rude.I work in customer service so I know the way I was treated was so unnecessary. They could have been more understanding and talked me through the issue instead of making me feel helpless. The guy at Good Year talked me through the issue helped me clean up the inside of the vehicle a bit and didn't even charge a labor fee to do this just the new oil. Overall this was a good location. Sadly the team changed up and lost the spark of not breaking stuff before starting a oil change. General new office manager guy lifts hood and within 2 minutes of dropping the car off has managed to break of the top of my oil dipstick saying i like to wiggle or move the dip stick around before removing it. I'm trying to comprehend what type of human i am dealing with. I have removed and inserted a oil dipstick probable 3 thousand times, I own 3 cars and check the oil in each 2 times a week for the last 7 years the math is 6,552 times if my estimates are correct. Without single breaking a dipstick off inside the dipstick tube. I have always had Jiffy Lube service my cars for the last 8 years without them actually breaking anything which was a record that I prided them on doing good service and not breaking stuff. However after having the record tainted I have written this location off the customer service and overall effectiveness at doing their job WELL and being Competent to be asked to do a service nothing more or less. I remember the general manager before the current one as being a overall good guy not out to break your shit just to get the job done faster. Working well and fast are not the same thing. The kicker of this scenario I checked the oil a day before going in and nothing was broken. The day of the oil change drop the car off walk in the waiting room and boom broken. The funny part the guy acted like he didn't break anything just put the dipstick top back in the tube. I knew he broke it off because i couldn't feel the dipsticks tube or even the fact that it was connected at all. You break it you fix it plain and simple not blame the customer because ooopps i fucked up and am not willing to make it right. Opinion: Would not recommend to a friend for even the most basest of car servicing. Decision: Will never use this location again. Training in customer service needs to be revamped. These guys seemed like punks who would not change the oil say they changed it and take the money. I would have rated this 0 out of 5 stars if this was a option. read more

They informed us that despite what the coupon says and despite no fine print to the contrary, this coupon is merely $19.99 off of the regular price. After talking to two employees there, the best price they would offer was $28.00. Needless to say, we won't patronize any store that refuses to honor its coupons.
