Another quick oil change. I love the no line no wait, so convenient when you have to add an oil change in a busy day. Dave, Josh, and another gentleman (didn't get his name) worked on the vehicle and did an efficient job, finished in 5-10 mins. I did get the extra flush for 10$ due to dirty oil, but passed on the air filter change which was an extra 16$ that they offered. The total paid was 87$ for a Tahoe, similar to the last time. read more

I've never gone here for an oil change I'm usually a Midas girl. Wanted to get it out the way since I was in the area and I'm going to be traveling for an extended time in a couple weeks. The reviews were very questionable, but the two men I had were super nice and the price was very good considering they get you in and out in like 10 minutes! Other places who do this (side eye) Jiffy Lube will have you paying $50-$60 for a basic oil change. Not only was the price good, they took a look at a issue I've had with my windshield washer fluid not coming out and unclogged it for me! I've been to two other oil change places who hardly even looked to see what the issue was! I'll be frequenting this place more often whenever I'm in the area...thank you!!! read more

I went to get the top off offered after 3 months. I was told I needed a filter change and I believe a flush. I had previously been leaking antifreeze. However, before I could share this information, I stated I wanted the top off. The two technicians were dismissive of my request. The person checking my oil told the other, "Top off?"and laughed. He dipped the dipstick 3 times and showed his coworker. Never addressing me. He put the dipstick back in, closed my hood and motioned for me to pull out. I didn't see any oil being put into my car. No one reset my oil level. This is my second poor experience here with these same technicians. As a longtime, repeat customer, I'll never return to this location. read more

No stars for this place. I have come here several times and they left oily prints on my hood and Dave is a smart ass. But today took the cake! When I pulled in Dave was shaking his head like damn here comes another person. He said," I can stand at the desk all day long but try to do something and ...." and the other guy says, " Yeah people suck!" When I said, "excuse me what did you say?" He said people suck! I've had my oil changed here countless times. i had an issue with my A/C and I took my car in so they could fix the problem. The person that helped me was super nice and provided excellent customer service. Althouhjt he could not completely fix the problem I do have cold air blowing from the bottom vents now. The only reason I come to this place is because I hate to sit and wait at other places on a busy Saturday morning. But I might have to suck it up and deal with it because the service here is lacking, especially first thing Saturday mornings. They are supposed to open at 8 am, but the guy who opens on Saturdays doesn't arrive until at least 8:15 and today, he didn't arrive until about 8:25 am. This isn't just a one-off thing, this happens consistently. If your employees cannot get here when you open, you need to adjust your hours of operation. It is what it says it is: quick! Service was great in that one guy took the time to explain the benefits of my (more expensive) synthetic oil. Professionalism was a bit lacking. Felt like I was back in the Northeast the way these guys curse. Lol. But hey, you're literally pulling into a garage full of service technicians... No one is there for tea and crumpets on crisp linen! Had a bit of sticker shock for this new-to-me car ($60 oil?!), but it wasn't their fault my car needed the more expensive oil. After fees, taxes, and an added flush (up sell, but it sounded beneficial)...I was out in 20 min for right under $80. They gave me some coupons & told me I could come back before I'm due for another oil change (6000 miles) just for a "top off" if I run low for any reason. Thumbs up! read more

I have been coming here for years and today was the worse customer service I've ever experienced will not be coming back when I pulled up one guy looked at me shock his head and finned his hand at me like he wanted me to leave I continued to wait and he just looked at me as if he was wondering why I'm still waiting finally he open the garage door another guy came with food and starts rudely asking question my name how many miles then stuck his head and hands in my car to reset the dash which he could've gotten the miles then are just asked me to reset it after that he started eating his food leaving me just sitting in my car nobody doing anything to my car now the guy that tried to get me to leave is slamming boxes off a truck that pulled up right before he open the door to let me in I've never had this experience here but will never give them a chance to do it again very rude unprofessional and had the nerve to give me an attitude read more

So decided to have my oil changed my father mentioned quick lube so i went over to the place off 86th and Michigan. I pull up and its me and one other car. The other car is waiting for the bay to open and im about 5 feet behind him waiting. Some guy pulls up next to my car a silver low end Mercedes and tries to nudge his way in front of me so i pulled forward blocking him from cutting past me. At this point im thinking this is just some asshole but i haven't really looked at the driver but when i do i realize hes a black male probably in his 30's. Now the reason i am pointing out that that the guy in the caddy is black is because minutes after he tries to cut the line another younger black guy probably middle 20's comes out has me back up my car up then has the car in front back up then lets the Mercedes PASS both of us. At this point its obvious that the workers are either (A) racists or (B) that was a friend of theirs and they decided he shouldn't have to wait. nothing "quick" about that so i left and went to the jiffy lube on 86th and Michigan they got me in and it took maybe 15 minutes they even vacuumed the inside of my cars floor and wiped off my windows. read more

This is the only place I go to for oil changes now that I've found it. Josh is professional, efficient and friendly. I get top of the line oil for my vehicle and I don't have to wait around for hours for service. I have used this business several times but today was the last straw. They are always obnoxious but usually calm down after you explain that all you want is an oil change. Today they gave me a hard time about getting out of my car to go use the restroom as they don't come close to having one. I was in line and told me that I had lost my place in line because I left my car. Guess what, no one else was in line. Once inside all three of these clowns kept it up. I asked them if they would give a military discount and they just laughed and referenced something about the owner. Then they told me to leave because it was their right to refuse service to anyone. No problem, I won't be going back... ever. I also recommend that no one else go back or start using this business. read more

Fast service. Not overly expensive. The service guys are nice, but annoyingly try to upsell you on things you don't need at inflated prices. Great thing is, you don't have to get out of your car, however it can be really hot on some days since your car's AC is not on for most of the time. If I could give 0 stars I could! I went to get a simple oil change about a month ago, had to go back a few days later to get it checked again because my oil light was still on. They basically pushed a few buttons and sent me on my way. Fast forward to today, my engine is locked and I have been without a car for two weeks. Luckily, I haven't been working since I am prepping to move out of state for graduate school, but I need my car! The guys basically said that it's not their fault because I stuck the filter back on and didn't leave it how it was. But I somehow managed to drive my car for 1300 miles before it just went out on me! But when I opened the hood to see what was up my oil filter was sitting on the bumper. There is oil everywhere under the hood and on the under bed of my car down to the mufflers and back bumper! Been getting the run around for a while now with these guys and I'm not happy at all with their service. I would not recommend anybody to go here! I will never go here ever again! The guys they sent me to at Edwards transmission have been very understanding and more helpful than the guys at quick lube. This is me being nice about it, but I'm getting my car towed up there today and I'll see where it goes from there read more

I am just writing to reply to David's review. Maybe if he had stayed and asked the employee that why they had let that Cadillac cut in front of him he would have gotten the whole story. Problem with people like David is that they have no patience and look at world through their own tainted skewed glasses. Maybe instead of calling the employees of that establishment Racist, David is. That day the car that was in the bay at that time died. Because it was an older car and since it is only one bay the employees of that shop decided to ask the driver in that Cadillac to pull around so they can jump that car. The gentleman agreed and he drove his car around the building to do that. Afterwards he came around and by that time there were two cars in line waiting. So now it's only fair to the guy who has decided to help a stranger to let him have his spot back in line. Which maybe David doesn't understand. So the employees came out and asked the other two drivers to pull Back so that Cadillac can have its position at the front of the line back. I think David is just trying to make it a race issue when there is none. The employee he is calling "Black"( which by the way is an offensive term in itself ) is a very polite fellow. He has worked at that store for few years and has never been anything else but respectful. I know this story because I was there that day. read more

I will give them 3 stars because I go there often, and it is quick. One thing I started noticing is that they don't work very hard. Case in point; I was out and about with my wife and she had said she wanted to get an oil change for her car. Approximately 12:45 pm we pull up to the window and there's a sign that says, " taking 45 minutes for lunch", okay, no problem, we go across the street to Five Guys and get something to eat. We run another errand and come back at around 230 and when we get there a guy comes out and says they're getting ready to go on a 30 minute break and we are more than welcome to wait or come back. WTF? Less than 2 hrs later and your taking another break? Surely you can't be serious! My wife then turns to me and says, "I'm done with these clowns". It seems like it's always something with them, the compressor is broken, or the cc machine is broken or the computer system is down, I mean what kind of operation are you running? read more

I have been here before due to not having a lot of time to waste. I went today at 3:19 and a guy walks out smoking a cigarette telling me it is going to be 20-25 minutes because they haven't had a break all day. How are you a "Quick Lube" if I have to wait 20-25 minutes and no one else is there? I went Jiffy Lube across the street. read more
