The date of the closing I had called to check up on the day they were coming out to do the work, which was two days later. The house was empty at that point when they had done the work, we had gone to the house two days later and noticed that one of the windows was not completed, and the wood frame was taken out. We were never contacted about any issues, since then I have called three or four times leaving messages for the manager Beth to call me back. My realtor has called multiple times requesting a call back as well, I have also emailed the manager with no response. So far, my experience is their customer service is very poor. We were not informed of any issues and still are unable to get ahold of them about what is going on with a job that was paid in full. This has been going on for a week now with no response back.

Only one window had some dry rot and other damage around it, and I was so glad to find this company who sent out an estimator (who is also a carpenter and would be the person installing it/fixing all the trim etc). This wasn't an emergency, so the length of time between my initial call, when the estimate happened, when it was emailed to us, work confirmed and deposit paid. another visit to get exact measurements for the glazing (that's a technical part I maybe misspeaking) and then the actual installation/repair was approx 6 weeks total. Which was fine. Everyone at the glass guru was very responsive, communicated easily and thoroughly at all steps. The total didn't change even though we had some ant infestation issues and more wood repair work was needed than initially estimated. So thankful to not have to spend $$$ to replace all windows, but only the one that truly needed to be replaced.

Decided we'd like to support a local small business so placed our small order in mid Sep (paid in…read morefull at that time), being told it'd take 7-10 days. Two wks later, we get a call telling us the glass was in but when we went to get it, no one could find it! Still no idea what happened but they said it would be reordered. From that point on, we called and stopped in every few days but were always given one excuse after another. Customer service was nonexistent, they NEVER called to update us....it was always us reaching out to them. We heard that it would be in on the next truck, had to be special ordered and would be in the next week, would "probably" be in by Friday, had to be special ordered by a different supplier and (my all-time favorite), at nearly 2 months out, it was on back order!! Glass finally arrived 8 weeks after order was placed. No apology, no discount, no offer of any kind, just here's your glass. Had planned to install during September or October weather but obviously, with the weather now, we get to go more months without a window. How is this place still in business? Utterly unprofessional in every way possible. If you choose to order here, be prepared for your project to remain unfinished for months.

Greenfield Glass & Mirror sent out a man to remove 5 damaged screens (which were beyond my reach). He cheerfully assured me, "...be right back." And that same afternoon, he returned to reinstall them and present me with a bill considerably lower than the office had guesstimated. Their card now occupies a place of honor on the 'fridge!
