This shop is very professional. Making an appointment with them is simple. You do, however, must put a deposit down. My appointment was scheduled for 1130. I got there early and they took my car right back. The staff there is friendly and courteous and the shop is extremely clean. They have different tier tint packages ranging from economy to top of the line Huper Optik. They do not have an open lobby area. They do have free water and wifi available. There is a Subway sandwich shop, with indoor and outdoor seating, right next door where you can grab a meal and relax a bit while you wait for your car to be done. My two front windows were done in a little over 40 minutes and look real nice. Their pricing is upfront and there is a $5 service fee added to it. This is an awesome tint shop that in the heart of Greenwood. It is located cater-cornered to the Greenwood Mall. When they are done with your tint job, they put stickers over your window buttons, so that you do not accidentally wind your windows down. What took that simple act so long and why is it not standard across the board. If you are looking to get your front windows done or even 4 or more, this is your place. I was very impressed with the service provided by The Greenwood location. I was having trouble deciding where to get my windows tinted and what to have done. The person working the desk and taking calls was very helpful and answered all questions. She was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping. Everything was thoroughly explained from making an appointment, down payment, pricing, tint differences, to cancellation policy. I took my car in one morning and dropped it off. I had standard tint applied to all side windows and back window of a 4 door car. I also had a brow put on the windshield. The work was done in a couple hours (pretty quick IMO). No one told me over the phone I needed to put a deposit down to hold my appointment or I obviously would have. She told me to come back at 3:30pm. No, my appointment was for 2pm. First when I called Tint King, I had a pleasure of speaking with Chris. He was very polite and professional and attended to my needs immediately. I made a mistake and went to the wrong location and I called Chris to inform him of my mistake and he still was VERY nice and told me to head over to him, he would still take me in. I recently had my brand new Accord, with less than 200 miles on the odometer, tinted here. I have used Tint King before and I've had great experiences with them. I've actually known them all the way back to when they were on the East Side in the early 2000s. Their pricing is very competitive and the work they do is top notch. They were around $50 - $100+ cheaper than most other dealers for the same amount of work to be done. Also, I'm picky to the point of being ridiculous and I had no problems trusting Chris and his staff to take great care of my car. I went with the ceramic tint since my vehicle sits outside all day long and I'm so glad I did. The ceramic tint definitely makes a big difference with heat rejection. It's been about two weeks since I had it done and I haven't noticed any bubbles or imperfections at all. The tint looks fantastic. Also, I know that if anything does pop up at some point, the guys at Tint King will fix it without any hesitation or hassle. You certainly won't be disappointed using them for your tinting needs.
