We spoke with them by phone and in person regarding getting our auto interior detailed and smell removed and now regret it. The facilities are very nice, the staff is very nice, but the work was not. I am sure if you have an expensive vehicle, classic vehicle, new vehicle, etc., they probably do a good job, but it was not good for our 14 year old vehicle with a smell. We were told to get the smell out, we would need to purchase the special "bleach bomb", which we did and were told the smell would be gone. We were told the stinky smell we wanted removed and the smell of the bleachy chemical would be gone after a couple of days...it has been several weeks. Also, the console armrest had not been touched. We thought maybe they tried, but couldn't get it clean. My wife ended up taking a Magic Eraser and cleaned it perfectly in under a minute. The interior is dusty, backseat was not cleaned at all, and the backseat cup holders were not touch. Those are just a few of the things. It actually looks like they vacuumed and not much else (the vacuuming was good). My wife with common household products could have done better. This was a waste of $350 (interior only). We do not usually leave reviews, but thought another point of view was needed.

Stumbled upon this company thanks to Instagram in spring (I believe) of 2025, and I checked it out. Fast forward to November 2025 and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I went in on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I wanted to get the taillights, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors smoked out. I was quoted about 2-2.5 hr turnaround. I dropped the car at 2:00, and I pulled away before 4:00. Randy was fast and knocked it out ahead of the quoted time. He really knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier, and will certainly go back for some other customization in the future.

Not bad for Ceramic Tint, which differs from other tint as it is a protectant against heat and UV. Called around other shops too and was quoted a higher price. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00am Saturday, however, I arrived at 9:30 and they took me in. I was out in an hour. They have a waiting area with about half a dozen chairs. The place was clean as well. The tint looks good immediately after, but I will have to see how it looks first over the next couple weeks. Didn't get pictures of the car, but overall the job looks clean. If you're into stereo equipment and custom alarms, they sell those too!
