Even thought they are moving to a new location and they had a full load of cars in the bays they took care of my 96 year old baby. We spoke with them by phone and in person regarding getting our auto interior detailed and smell removed and now regret it. The facilities are very nice, the staff is very nice, but the work was not. I am sure if you have an expensive vehicle, classic vehicle, new vehicle, etc., they probably do a good job, but it was not good for our 14 year old vehicle with a smell. We were told to get the smell out, we would need to purchase the special "bleach bomb", which we did and were told the smell would be gone. We were told the stinky smell we wanted removed and the smell of the bleachy chemical would be gone after a couple of days...it has been several weeks. Also, the console armrest had not been touched. We thought maybe they tried, but couldn't get it clean. My wife ended up taking a Magic Eraser and cleaned it perfectly in under a minute. The interior is dusty, backseat was not cleaned at all, and the backseat cup holders were not touch. Those are just a few of the things. It actually looks like they vacuumed and not much else (the vacuuming was good). My wife with common household products could have done better. This was a waste of $350 (interior only). We do not usually leave reviews, but thought another point of view was needed.

Stumbled upon this company thanks to Instagram in spring (I believe) of 2025, and I checked it out. Fast forward to November 2025 and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I went in on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I wanted to get the taillights, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors smoked out. I was quoted about 2-2.5 hr turnaround. I dropped the car at 2:00, and I pulled away before 4:00. Randy was fast and knocked it out ahead of the quoted time. He really knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier, and will certainly go back for some other customization in the future.

I looked this place up looking to get tint dome on my son's car. I talked with someone yesterday on…read morethe phone, he told me to come this morning he said they open at 9 he suggested I come at 8:45, due to the being so busy on Sunday's, he srated it's first come first serve(That's a lie), I got there at 8:15, 8:16 I pulled up right after a truck. After others started coming 9:00 they opened I never been there before so I was waiting for them to open the door, the first car got out then me then the third car,the third car beat me to the door. When we got in an ice gentleman let the worker know that I was second(this customer was a regular) the man that cut in front of me a woman let it be know that he wasn't second, the worker still took him in front of me and made a joke when it was my turn that I was second and said they had a lot of help they will get us out quickly (very professiona). Not only did he do his truck, but found out later he did a couple that came after the gentleman that spoke up for me. I asked at 12:15 how much longer for the Kia optima he said 45 more min, I then had my son come and wait I left. From 8:15am to 12:45 is when they finally finished. Never Ever Again. You get what you pay for, cheaper isn't better should have took his car where I took mine Pendleton Pike I paid more but least they were fair.
