Did a great job on my 2 windows & windshield. Called on Monday & they got me in on Tuesday looks awesome!

I looked this place up looking to get tint dome on my son's car. I talked with someone yesterday on the phone, he told me to come this morning he said they open at 9 he suggested I come at 8:45, due to the being so busy on Sunday's, he srated it's first come first serve(That's a lie), I got there at 8:15, 8:16 I pulled up right after a truck. After others started coming 9:00 they opened I never been there before so I was waiting for them to open the door, the first car got out then me then the third car,the third car beat me to the door. When we got in an ice gentleman let the worker know that I was second(this customer was a regular) the man that cut in front of me a woman let it be know that he wasn't second, the worker still took him in front of me and made a joke when it was my turn that I was second and said they had a lot of help they will get us out quickly (very professiona). Not only did he do his truck, but found out later he did a couple that came after the gentleman that spoke up for me. I asked at 12:15 how much longer for the Kia optima he said 45 more min, I then had my son come and wait I left. From 8:15am to 12:45 is when they finally finished. Never Ever Again. You get what you pay for, cheaper isn't better should have took his car where I took mine Pendleton Pike I paid more but least they were fair. read more

Had my windshield, side windows, and sunroof tinted in my 2025 Outback. Absolutely a professional job for the inexpensive price. I have used them before for my 2013 Crosstrek. Had a remote start added and that was worth every price as well. Highly recommend Circle City Tint!!!! read more

I just had Ceramic Tint put on my 2017 sedan. I already had the back window tinted, so I only needed both side windows, the quarter panels, and my sunroof done. Total with tax came to $204. Not bad for Ceramic Tint, which differs from other tint as it is a protectant against heat and UV. Called around other shops too and was quoted a higher price. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00am Saturday, however, I arrived at 9:30 and they took me in. I was out in an hour. They have a waiting area with about half a dozen chairs. The place was clean as well. The tint looks good immediately after, but I will have to see how it looks first over the next couple weeks. Didn't get pictures of the car, but overall the job looks clean. If you're into stereo equipment and custom alarms, they sell those too! read more

I'd been contemplating getting my car windows tinted before my move out west where tinted windows are almost a necessary survival tool for beating the desert heat. Luckily CCT had a decently-priced Groupon out for awhile which caught my eye, as well as stellar reviews on other websites. Super surprised though I was the first Yelper for them after reading through! Before I bought said Groupon I made sure to reach out about scheduling an appointment and asking general questions about the process. Unfortunately when I called the first few times no one picked up. I found their twitter account though and whomever oversees that was quick to respond & answer all of my questions and directed me to ask for Brad or Tim when calling to schedule the following business day. Day of arrives and I get there right at 10 as requested. I sat around for a good 45min in their office until I asked when my car would get moved into the garage [I sat looking at it for that time]. One of the techs let me know the heat + humidity was making the application process longer than usual for the vehicle ahead of me and my own but I would be out of there before my next appointment. Because of the delay, Brad made sure to throw in a free sunstrip for my windshield. The car windows turned out amazing! Unfortunately the free sunstrip + my lack-of knowledge with tinting application led to my car getting towed recently. My required parking sticker for my apartment was removed and subsequently thrown away. The oil change sticker was placed on my dashboard but the parking sticker was not. The company made sure to help me get my car out of car jail after calling them. read more

Matt and the crew took excellent care of me when my remote start quit working. Even though it was out of warranty and the issue was caused by my leaking windshield, they replaced my antenna at no cost. Can't say enough about these guys! Keep up the great work! read more

I purchased a remote starter via Groupon and though I was disappointed by the "hidden cost" Groupon failed to mention I was very pleased with the work and exceptional customer service I received from Circle City Tint. I work late and the manager was kind enough to stay an hour over to wait for me! I will definitely be back to get my windows tinted. read more

Got a problem with the hardware installed? It's your fault. PS we stand you up. I got a detailing done with a groupon back in May. I also purchased a Heads Up Display system for about 150 bucks. The HUD system works sporadically -- it cant even power on most of the time, and only 2 of the 10 or so data items even show up. The unit is bad. So I call to complain and they told me to come back at 2:00pm the next week. I arrive on the dot, and am told the mechanic (the only one who can install it, apparently) isn't there. Despite he himself setting the time. But I'm told he's on the way after they called him and reminded him. Thirty minutes later I got sick of waiting and left. So I posted a negative review on Groupon and they rebutted saying that they told me the problem was with my car, not with the HUD (bullcrap) and they told me (also bullcrap). Such dishonesty just to keep a C-note and a half? Speaks very, very poorly of these clowns professionally. AVOID UPDATE: These idiots responded. See below. So it's *MY* fault that they don't know what they're doing and treat customers like crap. Thank you for the correction (it WAS a HUD, not an GPS, I made that mistake in ONE place, corrected). You all NEVER offered to fix this problem and I called TWICE to schedule a new appointment, left a message and got no feedback. I would have been satisfied with just a refund, you thieves. Dropped vehicle off at 9:30am and was told would be done by 3:00pm. Arrived at 3:00pm to be told it would be done at 5:00, which is also the time they close. Then the receptionist tells me not to be late because the installer doesn't like when people are late! I don't like showing up on time to be told two more hours without as much as a phone call! 0/10 would not recommend. read more

Another great local place went in to a one man shop asked to get 2 Windows tented he stopped what he was doing to knock out my 2 Windows with high quality films if you want darker than legal tint don't do the Groupon but if you want to stay legal get the groupon. . . . . WOW is all I have to say! I came in with my $99 Groupon for 35% tint for my new car. I wanted to upgrade to 20% for the rear windows. Jeff did this for $53.50. I did not have an appointment, and arrived when they opened. He said he had one appointment before me. He said he would call me when finished, which was about 2pm. I picked up keys from him, and came and picked car up later in the evening after they closed in the parking lot. Very convenient, very good work. THANK YOU SO MUCH! read more

People very nice but had to take my car back 4 times and it still is not right and they told me that tha's as good as it gets. There favorite saying is give it a few more weeks and see if the bubbles come out them selves. Very pore workmanship and they leave your car very dirty, foot prints on the back of my front seats and foot prints on my back seat and the liquid they use to put on the window tint was all over the inside and outside of car. In addition to my previous review, after 5 attempts, the owner finally reached out to me and still could not fix my car. This place is terrible, will take your money and completely screw you over. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. After making an appointment, they didn't even know I was coming in. I even called and confirmed it the day before. My tint had bubbles all over it, and debris. You can tell they rushed through it and didn't give a shit. I was charged $120 for my tint and I was told I would never get a refund. Best experience ever! This is the place to go if you're wanting to get your windows tinted. I took my 2002 WRX (5 windows) here and they only charged me $180. The amount included the removal of my old tint, installation of 20% and a 90 warranty (which they bumped me up to a lifetime free of charge). They worked quickly and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I'd recommend this shop to everyone! read more

Totally unprofessional. Waited three weeks for an appointment for tint and remote start. Called the day before to make sure they had a key dropbox because I had to drop off my vehicle before they opened. Yes they had a dropbox so that's where my key, contact and job info went at 8:45am. Was out of town all day working and when I called at 3:45 to check the status, the guy didn't even know the truck was there (sitting in front!). Never checked the appointment schedule for the day (why have one then?), never checked the dropbox and offered a half-hearted 'sorry'. And a 'do you want to get put back on the schedule?' No working late, no offer to at least do the window tint before closing. Very disappointing to say the least. I have a small business and would've been mortified had this happened to one of my customers -- and would have worked to make it right immediately. Guess they have so much work that one customer doesn't matter. read more

I had my front windows tinted and a car starter installed on the same day and I must say from the first phone call to leaving in my truck that Tim and Jeff were absolutely the most professional guys.
