The car certainly needed some TLC but we then had a pet "mess" and were desperate for professional help as this car is a daily driver in our family. I don't think it's been this clean in the 5 years I've had it! And we can forget all about the horror that was the backseat, like it never happened. I scheduled a cleaning and spoke to the owner about my drop off time between 5-5:30 the night before the service. I arrived and no one was there. I waited an hour for someone to show up. Aside from the window cleaner they didn't get off my back window, my car looked great. He discounted my services for my troubles. Hus credit card machine was apparently not working, so I paid with Zelle. Unfortunately, after the cleaning my radio control buttons now stick if they're pushed and have to be pried back with my fingernails. I reached out and told him my car looked beautiful, but I had this problem. I didn't ask him to fix it, but to suggest what I can do to fix it. Surely, I am not the first in all his years of business. I text him two days now, and made two phone calls. No response. So now, what started off as a shit show, is ending in one as well. read more

Scott's finishing touch does a great job detailing your vehicle! We have always been very satisfied when we pick our cars up. HOWEVER, VERIFY which service you want at the time of drop off. Two separate times when we go to pickup our cars we have been told the bill is double, this last time 4x the amount we were expecting. We will book a basic clean and when we pickup the car they will have done a higher level clean; costing much more. Again they do a quality job but BE SURE to verify when dropping it off because when getting scheduled they do not correctly write down which service you want. This last week I dropped my car off for the basic interior (option 2 for $50) when my husband picked up the car our bill was $200 because they had done the 8 package. I almost died when he came home and told me the cost. We have a baby on the way and definitely did not have the budget for this price. VERIFY WHICH PACKAGE YOU WANT WHEN DROPPING OFF!!!! read more

We made our appointment on a Saturday and dropped it off at 10 am. We ended up running errands. Opted to just have the interior cleaning (second highest) done. They called around 1 said it was done. I believe they closed at 4:30 so we said we could be there before they closed. I have to say we were super impressed with how shiny and clean the interior was. The car looked brand new. I was so happy. I sort of wish we would have done the exterior so it matched. But absolutely perfect. Shouldn't find a missed spot and they got every nook and cranny. read more

So, I take my car in for inside detailing. When I get back into my car there is a very strong odor of some kind of chemical. It then triggers a migraine & has a burning effect in my nose and makes me nauseous. Not only did I have an issue with this, but the workers somehow disrupted my air bag sensor. So, now my light comes on & the warning light appears. I never had any problems with it before. So that is going to cost me more money by having to take my car into a repair shop to see what's going on with the airbag sensor. I also notice my car charger cord is missing. So, I know they took off with that. If I had known, they use that nasty smelling chemical in cars, I wouldn't have had my car cleaned there. I'm not happy with this at all! I'll take my car somewhere else. Just make sure you don't have anything of value even if it's just a car charger, because it might come up missing! read more

I received a gift certificate from here (which is an amazing gift idea by the way). The interior and exterior detailing are set up like levels, with the more in depth being more expensive. Picking what you want is extremely easy to understand and do with the menu of options. They have a small waiting area with a TV if you want to wait for your car, but it can take a good chunk of time depending on what you're getting. If you choose to leave it, they will just call you when it's ready. They did a very nice job and I would return in the future. They also have great customer service! My brother got a gift certificate too and he actually lost his. However, they kept everything by records and were able to look him up and still let him redeem his gift certificate. Now if only I could leave my car looking as clean as they left it ... :) read more

We brought our car in for a wash, a much needed detailed wash. Scott was great to work with. Car looked amazing when we picked it up. Also had the convertible top sealed. I took my car in for it's first interior detail since I've had it. Between my son and husband spilling things, making stains & not cleaning it up, and the natural dust and dirt built up Scott's did a great job! They were VERY nice. They did miss a few minor things, but my car looks amazing! There are some stains that wouldn't come out, but paying $135 was beyond fair! I love this place soooo much. Very affordable and so quick! First time I brought my car in it was a MESS! Cloth seats had food and drink stains (thanks to my 4 year old) and they had my car done in less than 20 minutes and it looked fantastic! I recommend this place to everyone. They are also very friendly and accommodating. My daughter spilt a chocolate milkshake in my passenger seat one day and they were able to get me in ASAP to clean the seat. They're great :) read more

Recently got my wife's car detailed here and was very impressed with the results. They did a great job getting everything clean - from getting off a sticky residue from melted something-or-other on one of the seats to removing all the fur stuck in the carpet in the back from our dog, they did it all! By the time they were done with the interior and exterior it looked and smelled like a new car! My wife was very pleased and the price seemed fair - so I guess I'm pleased too. We just took both of our SUV's in for complete elite detailing inside and out. We were VERY impressed with the attention to detail and the finished product. Ones auto is 12 years old and the leather and interior is like new once again! They also did some ding repainting on both front ends. We will definitely be back annually. I just finished having my 2013 RAV4 detailed. It looks absolutely beautiful on the inside. I would say close to being brand new looking. I take care of my vehicle so that is a plus but it needed a little love and Scott's gave it a lot of love! You should make an appointment and try this place out you will not be disappointed. I brought my Ford Flex in for a complete, top-line interior cleaning. I chose Scott's because they had previously cleaned both my car and my husband cars and did a nice job each time. This time was different. While the rest of the car's interior was very clean, the glove compartment of my car was totally discolored with large black marks. The service technician explained to me that they thought the glove compartment must have been "painted" as the paint was removed by the cleaning solvent, as evidenced that this did not occur in other interior parts of the car. I explained that I had the car detailed previously and this did not occur either time. Nor have I ever had any part of the interior 'painted." during the 4 years that I have owned the car. I bought the car 1.5 years used, so I imagine that maybe there was a reason to "paint" the glove compartment- this seems not likely, but unknowable. The service technician then reminded me that the car interior was "very dirty." which is of course, the reason I brought the car to be detailed and really had nothing to due to do with the very marked discoloration of the glove compartment. He agreed to waive the $35 ozone/virus disinfectant fee, gave me the name of someone who could paint the glove compartment, wished me a good day and sent me on my way. I am fairly unhappy about this, especially in light that I later realized that all 4 of my floor mats were not placed back into the car and I now have to go back and try to retrieve them. I wanted to be satisfied with Scott's Finishing since we have used them several times before. But unfortunately, I'm just not, as I am left with a discolored interior that I suspect will cost me hundred(s) of dollars to fix and now dread having to go back after Memorial Day weekend to try to retrieve my floor mats. read more

I wasn't happy at all. My car didnt look any different than when I took it there. A good detail takes about an hour minimum. Seats still looked terrible. They didnt vacuum on the sides of the seats. I wouldn't spend another $1 at this place. Pay a little more money for a well known place. read more
