The team member explained the difference and advised that we'd get to test drive it for a month before being charged to decide whether or not we would like to keep the upgrade to our current package. We thought that was a pretty sweet deal! We went through the wash and noticed an employee inside, walking alongside our vehicle. He appeared to be observing the equipment. After exiting the wash, my husband observed that my front bumper still had so bugs present on it (R.I.P.). So, we went through once more, stopping to advise the attendant that we'd like the bumper manually sprayed off. They made a notation on my front windshield in chalk. Unfortunately, the young man at the entry to the wash didn't see it until we were almost past him (despite our waving and pointing), and he barely sprayed it. I'm not sure if the 2nd wash got everything off, because we didn't have time to check, as we were headed for an appointment nearby.

Despite this, my car was washed using brushes, which caused visible swirl marks and microscratches on the paint. At no point during my visit or afterwards was I informed that Prime Car Wash does not offer touchless washes. After reporting the damage, the manager, Luis, filed an incident report but failed to follow up. When I spoke with the Chief Operations Officer, Brian Kimberlin, on July 9, he said they do not offer touchless washes and offered a complimentary wash, but it would also use brushes, so it was not a solution. I requested a refund over the phone, but Brian refused. When I mentioned online reviews showing touchless washes at this location, Brian dismissed it, saying he "does not control what other people say." I am disappointed by the lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility for the damage. I cannot recommend this location if you want a touchless wash or good customer service.

I cannot say enough about Rod and the whole crew. we took our 2026 model Y to have Darrings detail apply PPF to it although they were extremely busy he actually took us in on a Sunday when they were closed treated us like royalty and identified a dent that we completely missed when we took delivery. We notified Tesla and believe it or not, they showed the dent in their pre-delivery photos that they took of the car so after much running around and talking to people, Tesla finally is taken care of it. Mine went from Central Texas to the Big Island in Hawaii. My main contact was Russell Baker. He was great and kept me abreast of each step, where my Jeep was located at any given time, and updated me on delivery every couple days. The pickup guys were great. The drop off guy was exceptional. He was a local Hawaiian out of Hilo named Franklin, and even after he delivered, we sat and chatted about Hawaii for quite a while.
