He answered the phone when I called originally and gave me an estimated quote based on my reported condition of my car. My dog used to ride in the car, so there was a fair amount of pet hair between and under the seats. Israel and his workers got my car spotlessly clean inside and out in just a few hours on a Saturday. He also applied an exterior protectant, and buffed out my headlights and a few minor scuffs. He texted when my car was ready, and when I picked it up he shared several very helpful car care tips. The pricing was very competitive, given the high quality of work. I'll definitely use them again, and highly recommend this excellent biz!

We notified Tesla and believe it or not, they showed the dent in their pre-delivery photos that they took of the car so after much running around and talking to people, Tesla finally is taken care of it. There is only two lines for everyone at the car wash so it keeps it fair in the first come first serving order. I always get the wheels and wax exterior package which also gets the underside of the car. I'll also get the express interior cleaning sometimes, and that is always pretty quick (under 10 minutes) once they start your car. Super salty cars beware: you might lose your bumper magnet if the salt gets underneath it!
