Longtime customer (15+ years) with unlimited membership. Currently driving a 2023 Volvo XC90 with no history of accidents, low mileage, routine maintenance. Went through the carwash recently and the force from the blowers broke my drivers side mirror. Spoke with manager, attempted to replace it but it was wobbly, and I was advised to "tape it back on" and return if it comes out again. I returned a couple days later, and the same thing happened in their carwash. I also showed them a video of how it was coming out at high speeds over the past 24 hours (see attached). They acknowledged that it was broken from their dryers and filed a claim. I received an estimate from the local dealership at their request, and submitted it. Crew responded saying they would only cover 10% of the claim because they felt it was too expensive. I'm furious. Needless to say, we will be canceling our personal and business unlimited memberships. UPDATE 7/26: It isn't necessary to contact you all. I have been to this location before and the service was good. About a week ago I went to get an exterior wash and interior cleaning. I was trying to get home before another and did not take the time to walk around my vehicle and check everything as I usually do. When I got home noticed my truck had a lot of scratches all around and whatever was sprayed on the surfaces on the interior left scuff marks and some kind or residue. The "fragrance" that was used was so artificially strong I had to drive home with the windows partially down. This is as bad as I have ever had service. read more

So this location is Crew 's hidden gem. And I do mean hidden, because for some reason there never seems to be a line here. Today I drove past two locations that were incredibly busy, even the Unlimited lines were very long. I didn't have time to wait today so I figured I would wait until tomorrow. But after I left Costco I drove past this location on my way home, and there was no one in line. I was literally the only vehicle there. A nice surprise. This location always seems to have much shorter lines, and the wash and service are just as perfect as every other location. read more

Always friendly service! Timing of line really varies, I've had a long line and I've had no line. Location is clean and vacuum area is picked up and looks organized. I only wish they had one of those vending machines like other car washes do where you can purchase cleaning wipes and air fresheners and such because I always need a good sponge or something while vacuuming. read more

This was the only carwash we ever used. The employees are very pleasant. However, had multiple (over 50) small scratches on car after wash. Scratches were only parts of hood and trunk that are slightly raised from the rest of the car. Did not report right away (it's dark when I leave for work) and was told that it could not have happened at wash. It did, unless a flock of vengeful birds attacked my car while at work. Obviously, will never use them again and don't appreciate being told I was lying. read more

Usually like getting a carwash but went to his location and one of their brushes nearly ripped the side of my cars factory spoiler visor off on my back window. Use caution with this place bc when they investigate the damage they just say, we didn't do that. Angry bc a cheap carwash turned into a costly car repair bill. This company isn't very customer oriented and clearly doesn't take fault for their issues they cause to vehicle. Bad customer service and makes me not want to return to this location ever. Glad there are other car washes being built near by now. Their competitors will have the upper hand in customer service bc this company is getting to big to car about its customers now it seems. read more

I joined the unlimited club 4 months ago which entitles me to unlimited washes I drop by at this location several times per week and yesterday was my day. No one else in line at 4:45. I always pick up little bags and wipes for the car. Occasionally I have to go through a second time to get the bugs off. If you tell the you have bugs they work extra hard to get the off. The vacuums are nice and have hoses on both sides of the car. I wish they had a tiny vacuum se I could get between the seats. There is currently some construction by the 106th street exits so I kick up dust on my car if I go that way. read more

I went to the crew car wash at 106th and Michigan Rd. I have been a member for years. I had driven the night before and had bugs on the front of my car and windshield. First I got into the member line and the guy who pulled in in front of me had to study the menu for 5 minutes he obviously wasn't a member. Then when I got to the car wash entrance I put my window down and asked the attendant if he thought the bugs would come off! His reply, "I don't know and if you want the bugs off you have to ask back there" and pointed to the entrance. What? There are NO cars behind me and the wand with the bug spray is right next to the guy!!! It's hard to find good workers these days!! Can you say LAZY? read more

Great location and very friendly staff. They will give recommendations if you are unsure what's best for your car. Indiana winter weather means lots of salt on your car so I mainly go in the winter time. Sometimes the line is really long depending on the season and time of day- but it moves quick! If you drive by this location very often I would recommend getting the unlimited special because you would have your own lane and get to skip most of the line on busy days. read more

On a sunny winter Saturday afternoon, I decided to get my car washed...and so did the rest of Carmel. I panicked a bit when I saw four full lines of cars waiting to get squeaky clean, but an attendant helped me immediately and I only waited about five minutes before I entered the car wash lair. A normal car wash is $9 and the Ultimate (with all the fixin's) is $19. Vacuum your car for $2 (cash or card) and it lasts about 8 minutes. A hose is on either side of the car so you don't have to snake it around to the passenger side - smart! If you're looking to save money, take advantage of the early bird deals. Save anywhere from $2-$3 depending on the wash if you get there before 9AM. Check out the wash books too - usually it's buy four get one free. read more

You can't go wrong with Mike's! They are always fast and friendly. You can get whichever wash you want but I can tell you; my car looks great whether I do the "Express Wash" (the cheapest option) or the "Works Wash" (the most expensive). We try and get our car here about once a week or every two weeks. During the winter we come once or twice a week. You will not be disappointed! But hey, if you are; you can run your car through a second time for free! Trust me though; after going here for over 8 years now, I've only ran it through a second time once! read more

Perhaps crew car wash you may want to supervise your young workers on slow nights because you really aren't getting your money's worth, and apparently I'm not either. This negative review is based on my dissatisfaction with the Crew Carwash Unlimited Club's cancellation policy. My personal experience with the N Michigan Rd Crew Carwash has been positive every time I have been there. Having lived in the area for over 15 years, I have been to this location MANY times. Again, the service is always great, so if you're looking for a good car wash I recommend trying them out. My beef with the cancellation policy is that it automatically locks you in for the next month 24 hours before the next charge date. For example, if your charge date is the 3rd of the month, you must cancel (at the latest) on a date no less than than 24 hours prior to the 3rd - the first at the latest - to avoid automatic renewal. It goes on to say "...there are no refunds for mid-month cancellations", so today - the FIRST day of the billing cycle - I am unable to cancel for the next month. This seems to be written in a way to trick as many people as possible to stay subscribed longer than they want. Believe me, I will be taking advantage of these Unlimited washes over the next 30 days. read more

Granted, I did purchase the cheapest wash, but I was disappointed with the new sprayer that is supposed to spray the front of the car before the wash. I had a lot of bugs on my windshield after a 10-hour drive, and the new spraying device didn't even touch my windshield. Only the front of the car. So since my windshield wasn't sprayed prior to the wash, after the wash was completed my windshield still had bugs on it. Disappointing as in the past when one of the crew members sprayed it beforehand, it was always 100% clean afterwards. They should get rid of this sprayer! read more

Train the employees for the long lines and how to keep them moving and not spend time chit chatting with someone while the line backs up. Oh and why does the wash seem to stop quite frequently while I am going through? Very annoying, first I wait for over 10 minutes in a line that doesn't move while the one next to us has cars soaring through then to be stuck in the wash! The past 3-4 times I've come to this location I've asked them to mop the roof of my car since the roof rack keeps it from getting totally clean. But every time I've asked them to scrub it/spray it down well they have paid no attention to it. Not sure if it's the training or just bad luck but I've never had this issue at any other Crew location. I will probably stop using this location. read more

This car wash broke my rear window and they refuse to pay for damages. The video they take show my truck with no damage going in and a broken rear window coming out. The reason I got for them not paying was they googled 2014 f150's and found if a person left their rear defroster on it could brake. I informed them it was not that cold and my defrost was not on. You need to train your employees. They should not reach over the side of a dirty Pick Up Truck and start jerking on a cargo retaining bar. If you need it removed, which you don't, then ask. By reaching over the side of the truck with a coat on and pants with a belt, both the zipper tab and belt buckle come in contact with the trucks finish. Then to say you didn't do that was an insult, as your brushing off the salt on your jacket in front of me. By the way, I have been through the wash at least 10 times with the bar in place, it is suppose to retain cargo so doubt it is ever coming out in the wash. Also, same location ripped the emblem off my truck about 3 months ago. Doubt I will be going back soon and glad to see some competition coming to town as Crew's prices have gotten really high. read more

I got my car washed here even though I usually go only to touch-free washes. Why do I prefer touch-free? Because I don't want to worry about swirls and scratches to black paint. But I had a date and wanted to get the bugs and birdpoop off my car. I figured I was being overprotective about car paint, and that one wash wouldnt hurt anything. My car is two weeks old and the paint was immaculate...until I let the equipment at "Mikes" touch my car. After the wash I got out to dry off random spots, and then I saw swirls everywhere. Ugh. It's just a car, but still. Oh and the bugs were still on the hood and bumper. At this point, theres nothing to be done about the swirls. So I went back and they gave me a second wash for free to try to get the bugs and poop off. That worked a little better, but there were still some spots on the hood. I conceded to the bug gods and accepted defeat. I'm too lazy to go out and take pictures tonight, but I'll take them and post them tomorrow. So, the short version of this is that you should avoid these kind of washes if you have dark paint because the "bristles" and "brushes" of the wash have tiny particles of embedded dirt and sand that end up scratching your car. Their customer service is good, which is the only reason I'm giving them two stars. read more
