My son recently bought his first car, and he was really proud of himself and loves his car. So imagine how upset he was when he walked out one morning and noticed that there was a really deep dent in his door. He hadn't even had his car a full month yet, and there was a gash with paint missing on his passenger side. Since we are new to the area we didn't really know where to go, so I started to search the internet, and I am so glad that I found Killa Dent Removal. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!!! The entire process was easy and hassle free, from requesting a quote all the way to the actual work that was done on the car. You can either get a quote through here on Yelp or give them a call. I decided to call them and was told that Sid, the owner, would likely want to see pictures of the damage and the best way to get a hold of him was through the Killa Dent Removal page on Facebook so that I didn't have to waste time and have to go into his shop. So that's exactly what I did. I sent Sid pictures of the damage to my son's car, and he was pretty quick to respond. At first glance, he was very truthful and said that there was a possibility the dent could not be repaired at his facility due to the location of the damage on the door. However, after a few exchanges back and forth he said he would be more than happy to take a look at it in person to see what could be done, if anything. As both my son and I work we had to go on a day that worked for both of us, and when we arrived Sid came out to look at the car. He was able to assess the damage, and quoted us a very reasonable price. Sid was honest and said that the minor paint touch up would not be an exact match, but he would get it as close to the original paint as possible. This was good enough for us, since my son was more worried about getting the dent removed. I'm used to car repair places in CA that not only charge you an arm and a leg for body repairs, but also take a really long time to do the repair. So you can imagine how surprised I was when he said he could start the repair right away and would be done within a half hour...and that as including the minor paint touch up that he was going to have to do!! My son was very happy, and we went inside their lobby to wait while Sid himself took care of the dent! After about 20 minutes, Sid came back out with the car, and it looked amazing. I couldn't even tell where the dent was, and even though Sid had said the paint would not be an exact match, it was pretty darn close!!! We could not tell where the dent had been. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work that we got at Killa Dent Removal!!! This is going to be my go to place whenever I need to have those blemishes removed from our vehicles. I came to get a quote on a small dent on the front portion of my hood. I had gotten several quotes from other local dent repair shops recommending either drilling a hole in the back of my hood or removing a glued-on piece in order to push out the dent. Sid quickly glanced at the dent and said that neither of those options would be necessary and that he could stick a small device into an existing hole to push out the dent. He also quoted 30-45 minutes as opposed to upwards of half a day. Not only was his method faster and better for the car, but it was also cheaper than the other quotes I had received. I seemed to pick up a very slight door ding on my left rear panel. Contacted Killa over the weekend via their website, and was surprised to get a text back! Basically, asked me to contact the shop Monday morning, and arrange a time to come in. Ironically, I picked up a worse dent, on the side of my roof (stray golf ball?) but I still called Monday and was asked to come in at 11. Arrived a bit early, which worked well as they had just finished a job. They did their magic, and my car was back in less 30 minutes. Good as new, very fair price.
