Nothing looks to have been polished. There were a few areas I noticed that had not been wiped down. He used my water source (hose) and outlet in my garage for power. If you live in an apartment, he cannot perform is job. He dumped his vacuum out on the walkway, left all of my belongings on my driveway (a few pens and business cards that had fallen), mind you, there was a trash can in my garage that was easily accessible to him. and charged 150% of the originally quoted price for all of this. He answered the phone when I called originally and gave me an estimated quote based on my reported condition of my car. My dog used to ride in the car, so there was a fair amount of pet hair between and under the seats. Israel and his workers got my car spotlessly clean inside and out in just a few hours on a Saturday. He also applied an exterior protectant, and buffed out my headlights and a few minor scuffs.
