Touch 'N Go Collision Center - Body Shops Near Me - Carmel, Indiana

An exceptional job and experience from a very nice group of people. Chris did an exceptional job repairing and matching paint on my Tundra pickup. The color is brown mesquite - and has orange, green and brown flecks. I didn't expect it to be a perfect match, but Chris matched it perfectly. My truck was done in the promised time and the entire experience was flawless and exceeded my expectations. While I never hope to need Chris' expertise in the future, if I do, it's nice knowing someone who keeps his promises at a very reasonable price. Here is one of the few companies here that delivers solidly. Look here first. read more

Touch N Go got the job done perfect. From start to finish Sue and Chris went above and beyond to help with an issue when another scheduled body shop refused to be professional and kept rescheduling us LOLOLOL so after 3months of keeping us waiting....I'm done I returned to Touch n Go explaining that we where still in need of the repairs getting done that Chris had estimated for us 3months prior.... We are very fortunate to have went here first for the original estimate and he delivered perfect repairs in a reasonable time frame. read more

Touch 'N Go Collision Center - New paint on rear panel that matched perfect. - Body Shops Near Me - Carmel, Indiana

Someone rear ended me so bad to find a collision shop that worked on VW.'s. Got quotes from several places and this was our favorite based on price and customer service. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the owner inspected my car himself. It took a while to get an appointment, but that's understandable with the times. The body work took 3 days and it looks beautiful, you'd never know there was damage. They also detailed the inside of my car and it looks as good as it did when I naught it. All around fantastic experience with Touch N Ho and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

I can't recommend this place enough. I had to wait to get my car fix and it was worth it. The work was impeccable and the quote was way better than places with worst reviews. They are also the nicest people I have ever experienced when dealing with my car. I will continue to be a customer as long as they exist! read more

I was parking and managed to scrape the front right portion of my bumper against a concrete pillar as I was pulling in. I went to Touch N Go off a recommendation from my boss and Yelp reviews. My repair took 2 weeks to complete in total and fell within the initial estimate they gave me. My bumper needed to be removed, sanded, gaps filled, re-sanded, painted and polished. I have a bright red three coat paint, so it's hard to blend old and new paint on my car. Here are my thoughts from the experience. I feel like when you pay for X and get X the first time, everyone walks away happy and it's hard to judge customer service. But when there's a snag, that's when you find out if a business really cares about their clients or if they see them just a source of revenue. The good news is that while yes, there was an area they missed when I went to pick my car up the first time, that they fixed it quickly and with no pushback/hassle. You may have difficulty scheduling. There's a waiting list of over two months at this time (March 2020). My boss had an accident shortly after me and was unable to go back to Touch N Go because she simply couldn't get an appointment within a reasonable time-frame, and I only got in in 3 weeks because of a cancellation. The product itself exceeded expectations in some ways, and fell short in others. My bumper had severe road rash from cheap paint that had been put there by the dealer when I asked them to remove the front license plate, and because he had to repaint the bumper anyway, Chris fixed all of that for me in addition to the damage from my scrape for which I'm very grateful. The paint appears to be good quality, and I inspected it very carefully in the sunshine and the blending between the new paint and the old unpainted areas seems well done. Where we fell short was the finish. Some areas are fine, while there is an "orange peel" effect on the clear coat from uneven sanding and polishing around the lights. Chris said it was because of the "old paint" underneath about which I'm skeptical. The surface feels physically uneven and does not have a similar issue in other areas. Orange peel causes the surface to look uneven and reflect light such that the surface looks textured like an orange. My car has 110,000 miles on it, and the effect is confined to less obvious areas, so I didn't send it back yet again, but if I had only 10,000 miles I would have been upset. While it's possible I'm nitpicking, I think this is the definition of cut corners. I attached a photo so you can decide. My recommendation is that it's a good customer service experience, and a good price for the product, but only if you can get an appointment. It's possible they are rushed since they have such a backlog of work so you should inspect the repair very closely. I would also prefer that Chris take the time to explain what to expect from the paint during the estimate process so that the customer knows if it will look new or will be affected by the old paint. That said, Touch N Go is a safe and reliable place to come for a repair and I'm overall happy with the service. read more

Hands down the best place to go for body work in Carmel. Friendly, affordable and overall wonderful. Chris understood our needs for the car's repairs and managed to complete the repair quickly and for much less than any nearby shops quoted us. After talking to some friends about the excellent experience we had here, they told us they also loved Touch N Go Collision Center and have been using them for years. Seems to be the go to place for body work and for a good reason! read more

Called touch n go to get an appointment. They told me to simply come in. I was attended immediately after I showed up. Chris, the owner helped with my trunk lock in less than 10 minutes. Since I was already here, I requested them to buff up and polish my foggy and yellowish headlights. All done in a very short time and for very reasonable price. A very good body and collision shop. I'm coming back to them with my 2nd car. read more

Touch 'N Go Collision Center - Front of the shop - Body Shops Near Me - Carmel, Indiana

I originally posted a superior review for this business, but upon further examination it appears that sloppy / careless work was done. Our Mazda suffered a broadside collision that also damaged the driver-side wheel. Upon return the driver's door never closed properly and the steering never felt right. We couldn't return to Touch-N-Go as we had left town. Eventually it came to the point where the driver's door wouldn't open at all. When we brought the vehicle to a new repair location it was noted that a bent front strut assembly had been left in place and the door latch mechanism failed because it was a poor-quality aftermarket part. The shop was clearly making over profit on the insurance payment and using substandard parts and hidden damage to defraud us. Wouldn't take any work here unless it's strictly cosmetic damage. read more

Other than the price, as usual for collision repair, Touch and Go was fast and friendly. Paint was perfectly matched to surrounding paint. Price was Market but market was too high, otherwise it would be five stars. read more

Absolutely great experience. I asked for recommendations for hail repair for my car. I looked at several places online, and narrowed down to this location. The website is clear, informative, advertises free estimates, and provides consumer information on car warranties/insurance. They were all friendly, caring. The estimate was truly "free," no pressure at all. They worked directly with Geico. The car came out looking great, they even cleaned it up a little. read more

I stopped by here for a second-opinion estimate on our Subaru Forester. It had damage including a rear door, quarter panel, and some trim. They came in 15% less that a larger chain. They ended up keeping the car a few extra days because they found some extra work that needed to be done (didn't charge us) and because didn't like how the paint matched the first time. They did a really nice job. The work looks like it came from the factory. They washed the exterior and essentially detailed the interior as well. I feel good about being able to recommend a local business. We will go to them again if we have other mishaps. read more

I took my car to Touch N Go today for an estimate on what I thought was a significant scratch on the door. Chris examined the door and said it was not a scratch but something that looked like tar and got bottle of cleaner and promptly removed whatever the material was from the door. Then he looked at the other door and saw another foreign matter on the paint and removed it too ! I was very pleased with this experience and highly recommend Touch N Go for an honest job they did for me ! read more

Had a massive amount of work that needed to be done on the passenger side of my car, and even before I dropped my car off it was obvious that Touch N Go was one of the best shops around. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating, doing his best to make sure my car was ready by the time I had to move back in to college. The car now looks better than it did before the damage occurred and the final price was an entire $1500 cheaper than any other shop estimate I took it to. Overall, Touch N Go is an excellent body shop that understands everything the customer needs, and exceeds expectations. Best shop in Hamilton County! read more
