I got in an accident a couple weeks ago and was not at fault. My fiance told me to have my car towed here. They started working on my car May 27 and They told me my car would be done by June 13. but yesterday I got a text my car was ready to be picked up (June 3). When I got there the checkout process was smooth and the mechanic walked me thru everything they did with my car. It wasn't until this morning when I took the paper matt they put in the driver seat of the car on the floor that I noticed they cleaned my whole car! I have weather tech mats all inside my car that I haven't gotten to clean since the winter and they were sparkling clean and no longer had the salt residue and icky stuff from winter! My car all over looked like it got detailed and looked like when I first got it brand new in 2020! That is the type of customer service I am looking for. My insurance company suggested Caliber for a body work on my car. It was a smooth procedure - I dropped the car off, they had the rental car arranged for me, I got en estimate and frequent text updates on the work, and they finished a few days ahead of their original estimate. When I went to pick up the car, I found a scratch on the car that was new - they checked the photos they took of the car (they did not see it in the photos) and fixed it. The battery was also dead - they replaced it at no cost for me. Not only did they do an excellent job with the body work, they also cleaned the car inside and got it back to me with a fresh carwash. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was very professional and friendly. I hope I won't have to have this kind of work done again - but if I do, I would definitely go back to Caliber. read more

Rude receptionist. They needed to send my car to a different location and the other location told me my car would be towed back yesterday. I didn't get a call from anyone and by 10:30 AM I called to see where my car was, since I have been without it for over a week now. She said she "didn't know" and was "unable to call the other location". I decided to go with Caliber once my car got hit in a parking lot. My friend recommended them and now I can do the same! The turnaround time was QUICK!! Tylor was able to keep me posted almost each day letting me know what is going on with my car and where it's at in the repair process. I felt comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. This company is not trust worthy. They do not stand by what they say. Also they charge way more than other body shops. 1. They forgot about estimate appointment after confirming. 2. After stating caliber would need a week to fix car and confirming return date, when i show up to get car back they forgot to fix car. They stated they will pay for rental car fee but they did not do that and lied to enterprise car rental about that committment. Stay far away. Will have bad experience read more

I am FLOORED by the amazing service at Caliber. My (NEW) car was hit in a parking lot and of course- no note. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision (formerly ABRA). I scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. I brought it in and was greeted by the customer service manager (Dave), a Geico representative, and an Enterprise representative. Dave assessed my vehicle and marked the damages. He fully explained the options I had in the repair of my vehicle. In less than 20 minutes from the start of my appointment, I was on my way in my rental car. I got a call just 3 days later saying my car was finished! I have always heard horror stories about the length of time body work takes so I was shocked. I picked it up the next morning and was greeted again by the wonderful front office staff (Trish) and Dave. The repair looked wonderful and comes with a lifetime guarantee. I was gone in again less than 20 minutes, leaving my rental car there to be picked up by Enterprise later. nice employees and good communicatiks during my two month supply chain delayed repair ordeal, a very mInor Repaor to boot. quite dissatisfied with the vendor caliber uses to recalibrate the front collision sensor, a 1 hr. task per the final bill detail. the car was ready on Thursday 8/28 awaitIng ProTech. They arrived Monday afternoon, 8/22! I was without my car an added 4 days because of the delay, that's 96 hours awaiting 1 hour In addition , Caliber charged me $550 for That one labor hour with no parts service required....and was boastful about what a great deal I got! Worst customer service. Actually shocked to read good reviews on here. Can't get anyone to return a call so we could see the estimate. We had to call 3x, a week after they wrote our estimate, to actually see it. They didn't submit to our insurance until almost a week later also. Unprofessional and rude. GO TO ANOTHER CALIBER COLLISION. My car was involved in an accident back in the beginning of May 2022. I got my car back beginning of September or late August. At first the communication was great, they updated me all the time. To be completely fair I think some of the wait time was due to not being able to get the parts for my truck. I had no issues with that. I get my car back, and two days later it shuts off due to the engine over heating. I called caliber to explain something wasn't installed correctly. My service manager first comment was "did you hit something?" No I didn't hit something my truck wasn't doing this before you guys had it so clearly something is wrong. The manager was fixated on the fact I did something wrong. I had to get my insurance back involved to get my truck serviced again. Turns out something WAS installed incorrectly. Advice for the service manager, next time be more open to the situation instead of assuming. That was only the first issue. When I picked it up, I was missing the center piece to my rim on one wheel. The service manager claimed he was waiting on the vendor to get him the part. I had to follow up with him 2 weeks later just to ask what was going on. His response was "I haven't checked on it I'll have to look and see" WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? Then he says he has to check on internal billing and he we will get back to me. That was 10 days ago!!!!! Wait there is more!!! When they returned my truck to me they didn't put the logos back on the truck. They just sit them in my passenger seat and said they were out of adhesive and would do it later. POP QUIZ: Do you think those ever got put back on?? Absolute disaster. Avoid this location. Was involved in a hit and run. The guy smashed in the back of my 2017 Honda Accord and drove off. My insurance (Geico) sent me to Caliber Collision stating they were a preferred location. After the initial visit the two entities began pointing fingers stating that neither of them would allow my car to be checked for alignment issues (as the car had a shimmy to it after the accident). Each said they could only do it if the other gave permission. It never got assessed as I got tired of arguing. Then when I came to inspect the repairs and take back possession, I noticed that the back bumper was not fully flush. When I showed it to the guy, he EASILY pushed it into place and said, "Oh that's what happens. We can't replaced the plastic piece that holds this on, so it pops out." WHAT?! Shoddy workmanship to go with a shoddy attitude towards doing work that rightfully should be done .... needless to say, I was done arguing. I will NEVER go there again. I will NEVER recommend them to someone else. ... my car still has a shake in the back and that bumper? Oh, yea, 20 mins down the road it popped right back out.
