When I got there the checkout process was smooth and the mechanic walked me thru everything they did with my car. It wasn't until this morning when I took the paper matt they put in the driver seat of the car on the floor that I noticed they cleaned my whole car! I have weather tech mats all inside my car that I haven't gotten to clean since the winter and they were sparkling clean and no longer had the salt residue and icky stuff from winter! When I went to pick up the car, I found a scratch on the car that was new - they checked the photos they took of the car (they did not see it in the photos) and fixed it. The battery was also dead - they replaced it at no cost for me. Not only did they do an excellent job with the body work, they also cleaned the car inside and got it back to me with a fresh carwash. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was very professional and friendly. I hope I won't have to have this kind of work done again - but if I do, I would definitely go back to Caliber.

He had just secured a loan and purchased his first used car on his own and was so proud. I thought this would be a great gift to complement the purchase. Well, he finally used it last week and he is SO HAPPY with how amazing his car looks and smells! He's only 18, and I don't really think he quite understood what car detailing was when he opened up the envelope at Christmas. But he certainly discovered what a treat a car detailing is after picking his car up from Fender Benders! We dropped his car off at 9:30 in the morning and they called about 4:15 that same day to tell him it was done and ready to be picked up. Tracy, the employee who worked on his car, went briefly went through some of the spots that were "extra gross" upon drop-off that were now sparkling clean. It's really eye-opening when someone points that out to you. The folks at Fender Benders work really hard to make your cars and trucks look brand new when they're done. Fortunately, one of the corporate shops steered us to Renner's. When I contacted Meranda who runs the office she said they would be happy to take it on. The estimate was done the same day. There was only one change in the estimate during the repair - they advised a new rear door rather than repairing it since the existing one had been fixed before and would therefore not be as safe as a new one. We were happy in all respects, and glad we can continue to drive our 'totaled' Prius! I strongly recommend Renner's.
