He had just secured a loan and purchased his first used car on his own and was so proud. I thought this would be a great gift to complement the purchase. Well, he finally used it last week and he is SO HAPPY with how amazing his car looks and smells! He's only 18, and I don't really think he quite understood what car detailing was when he opened up the envelope at Christmas. But he certainly discovered what a treat a car detailing is after picking his car up from Fender Benders! We dropped his car off at 9:30 in the morning and they called about 4:15 that same day to tell him it was done and ready to be picked up. Tracy, the employee who worked on his car, went briefly went through some of the spots that were "extra gross" upon drop-off that were now sparkling clean. It's really eye-opening when someone points that out to you. The folks at Fender Benders work really hard to make your cars and trucks look brand new when they're done. When I do, it's because the service that I received was truly outstanding. A few weeks ago, I brought my Mazda3 and my wife's RAV4 in to Bill Estes Collision Center for hail damage repairs. Bottom line - both vehicles were professionally repaired with impressive attention to detail, finished in less time than expected, and thoroughly cleaned inside. However, it's the little things that make a customer service experience genuinely memorable. For example, when our technician noticed that my car's license plate screws didn't fit correctly (my plate rattled when I closed the trunk lid), he grabbed a couple extra plate screws without being asked and took time out of his day to secure my plate so it didn't rattle. This was AFTER the repairs were finished and the bill was paid. While the repairs were being done, the technician responded to every email I wrote in less than an hour. Every question that I asked was met with helpful, detailed, professional advice that went above & beyond a standard answer. Every single employee that my wife and I talked to was friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth - the kind of people you'd want for next-door neighbors.
