Being extremely busy this weekend, I decided to just run it thru the wash. I didn't want to spend much, knowing we're about to drive it right back down to Florida in a few days and kill a million more bugs. So I just opt for the $9 basic wash. I know bug guts can be a pain to get off a vehicle, but I figured they surely had the right cleansers and such that would take care of that for me. I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with just how much bug guts are left behind. It definitely won't appease my grandmother, so I'll have to go back and try to debug the front of the car and the mirrors myself. That doesn't thrill me, with my busy schedule. I would have left 3 stars, but their customer service was very spot on. They came out as they saw me driving up. The gentleman was friendly, polite, and quickly processed my payment. The guy that did my prewash was also friendly and thanked me before sending me on thru the carwash. I do wish I'd checked it before I left, but honestly, I also wonder if it's not partly my fault for picking the cheapest wash. Lesson learned!

What makes the difference is how much prewash scrubbing the attendants do before going through. On this occasion, the guy did a really good job and my car came out looking clean and shiny. However, on some visits, the attendants didn't do much, particularly along the rear license plate area and I've come out with grime still there because of the shape of my car and the inability of the scrubbing machines to reach there. So, if you are in a hurry, the place can get your car generally clean, but you may need to do a bit of touch up at one of the stations alongside the building to finish. Review #1976

Well, my car got pretty grimey as I waited, but it's been well worth the wait. The membership prices are extremely reasonable, costing around the price that 2 washes would cost you. I love that the vacuums are available on both sides of the car, as well as clean rags, window cleaner, and air for the nooks and crannies. I can to the one on Avon the one closest to me on a sunday afternoon. Inside the washer... my windwipers broke. I went back to speak to a manager and he literally disregarded what happened and said it was my fault that it broke. His response was " you had it on" although it was on auto, mind you I drive a Mazda CX-5 and it has to be turn on to work and I didn't turn it on before I went in there. Plus my car was on neutral! This is the worst experience I've ever had, he was not nice at all, nor did he tried to fix anything. I would like to be refunded the money to get another one. It's an inconvenience that you go into a Carwash and it breaks things off your car.

Aside from the window cleaner they didn't get off my back window, my car looked great. He discounted my services for my troubles. Hus credit card machine was apparently not working, so I paid with Zelle. Unfortunately, after the cleaning my radio control buttons now stick if they're pushed and have to be pried back with my fingernails. I reached out and told him my car looked beautiful, but I had this problem. I didn't ask him to fix it, but to suggest what I can do to fix it. Surely, I am not the first in all his years of business. I text him two days now, and made two phone calls. No response. So now, what started off as a shit show, is ending in one as well.
