I went with my sister that has a pass , her and her husband has to keep their vehicles cause they live in the city unlike me that is from country , I can't keep mine nice , I have only one question why do they charge her 40. A month unlimited washes when the girl there told us it's 19.99 a month. You would think they would give their regular people the best price. Just my thought

Although it was one of the few nice days we've had this winter, the line waiting to get into the car wash was managed well. This place has four lanes leading to the car wash that have what looks like a "toll booth". Before passing into the single lane feed, you make your wash option selection and pay and then proceed to the toll gate. When it's your turn, your gate goes up which eliminates the bottleneck of merging from four lanes down to the one. Great idea! Before long, I snaked my way around the south end of the building and was soon going through the car wash. I like that they take time to do a bit of prewash and scrub before entering the actual process. Pretty much standard operating once you enter: Steer onto the track, throw it in neutral, and take your hands off the wheel and feet off the brake. Before long, I emerged when I got the green light at the end where I could then either leave the site or pull into one of the many vacuum areas for cleaning the interior to match the outside. It's not cheap, but it is a time saver and although my car wasn't completely spotless, I knew I felt safer on the streets having clear views out my windows. Review #490

Front of car

Got the ultimate car wash for $15 (normally $20) using coupon from Kroger. People were friendly, but my car still has bugs on the windshield and bumper after the wash. Probably won't return as I expect their top wash to remove bugs from my car at a minimum. I expected more.

All finished, car sparkly!

Brand new car, just bought it. Crew mucks up the rims and doesn't take responsibility for it.

I have been lucky to get the monthly all you can wash pass which is not a bad deal.

This is one of the few touchless automatic car washes in the Indy metro area. As such, there was…read morea long line (4 vehicles) ahead of me in line. That may not seem too bad, but each wash cycle takes about 5 minutes (or longer depending on what type of wash is purchased). The whole process is self-service so you never interact with an attendant (unless you have an issue with the payment kiosk in which case you can wave down one of the employees to help you). A basic wash and dry is $13. Tip: Download the UWash app and register your phone number to get a free basic wash. When you pull up to the kiosk, you choose your car wash a d pay using a credit card, cash, or scan a QR code (if you have the UWash app). The green up arrow tells you when to pull forward into the wash bay. A red X tells you when to stop. If you pull up too far, a green down arrow tells you to back up. I had the basic wash and dry (because it was my 1st time here and I had the app) so it took about 5 minutes total. 4 minutes of rinse, soap, and wash. The last 1 minute is the dry cycle (you drive slowly through the dryers as you are pulling out of the bay). There's a timer that tells you how long the dry cycle is so you can figure out how slowly to drive out to get your whole vehicle dry from front to back. It was night so I couldn't really tell how good a job the basic wash did, but it seemed alright when I looked at my car when I got home. I just wanted to get the road salt off (there was a big winter storm a few days ago) and it did a great job of that. I would have tried some of the more expensive car wash cycles if I didn't have that free wash at the time. The deluxe $19 wash has a bunch of goodies like under underbody wash (as you enter the bay), clear coat protection, ceramic wax, etc.

Not too bad I'll have to say. Usually touchless car washes leave all the salt residue on your car…read more I was surprised. The car wash building itself looked kind of ghetto, but I was very happy with the wash. I will definitely go back.

After driving my Grandma from Florida to Indiana, her car looked like a bug graveyard. She asked me…read moreto get it cleaned for her. Being extremely busy this weekend, I decided to just run it thru the wash. I didn't want to spend much, knowing we're about to drive it right back down to Florida in a few days and kill a million more bugs. So I just opt for the $9 basic wash. I know bug guts can be a pain to get off a vehicle, but I figured they surely had the right cleansers and such that would take care of that for me. I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with just how much bug guts are left behind. It definitely won't appease my grandmother, so I'll have to go back and try to debug the front of the car and the mirrors myself. That doesn't thrill me, with my busy schedule. I would have left 3 stars, but their customer service was very spot on. They came out as they saw me driving up. The gentleman was friendly, polite, and quickly processed my payment. The guy that did my prewash was also friendly and thanked me before sending me on thru the carwash. I do wish I'd checked it before I left, but honestly, I also wonder if it's not partly my fault for picking the cheapest wash. Lesson learned!

This auto car wash is the closest to my routine journeys, so even though I thought it was supposed…read moreto rain, I needed to get my car clean from the road salts that had accumulated and were making it difficult to see my mirrors clearly. Frankly, I've had some hit and miss dealings here. They have a fair priced selection of cleanings to offer through their standard pull up/place gear in neutral/hands of the wheel until finished operation. What makes the difference is how much prewash scrubbing the attendants do before going through. On this occasion, the guy did a really good job and my car came out looking clean and shiny. However, on some visits, the attendants didn't do much, particularly along the rear license plate area and I've come out with grime still there because of the shape of my car and the inability of the scrubbing machines to reach there. So, if you are in a hurry, the place can get your car generally clean, but you may need to do a bit of touch up at one of the stations alongside the building to finish. Review #1976
