Been a member since 2023. Got my truck keyed over a 2 night stay and have had 0 help. No cameras in the parking lot, no closure on them even attempting to find out who parked behind me, I've contacted the GM multiple times over email and left a VM and no call has been returned. Not expecting money from them just wanted them to atleast try to help in a way outside of just sending a form and a rejection letter. TL DR no cameras, no accountability for vehicle vandalism, don't recommend read more

I had used this service multiple times and I can't brag on them enough. I try to always have an online reservation, but even when I don't still has been super easy. You park your car, they provide you a ride to the airport. Drop off and pickup are right outside the car rentals and so easy. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be picked up. Normally it is far less than that! The drivers are usually pretty chatty and help with luggage on and off the shuttle. Overall it is super easy and very affordable. read more

Driver David S. is an absolute jackass. He will not let you voluntarily hold your own bag and insists on loading it himself because "it's his job that's what they do" and will make it his duty to let you know. read more

Super easy and convenient parking close to the airport! Service could not have been any better.

As someone who travels a few times a month, fast park is the only place I will park. They have a good rewards program for parking, I have used a free week of parking a few times! They are always on time and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes does a shuttle and I fly at strange hours. The buses are always clean and the drivers are always caring. It's a 5/5 for me! It's also cheaper and faster than airport parking! read more

FastPark & Relax - Clean shuttle bus - Parking Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

We use Fast Park every time we travel. Secure, efficient, excellent prices and rewards. Shuttles run continuously 24 hrs, and they are very close to the airport. You might actually get there faster than you would parking in the extended stay lot at the airport! Plus you are picked up and dropped off right at your car, and I've never waited. No walking through a dark lot by yourself. And they help with luggage. We recently were gone the last week of January when Indy got a foot of snow. While the parking is covered I thought we'd surely have something to clean off. Fast Park had even cleaned off all of the cars! That is above and beyond! If you've never used them, you really have to try them! read more

Our favorite place to park. Always easy, staff is friendly. Never any problems Shuttle is quick upon return. Place is clean read more

You park your car in your assigned row and the shuttle comes to you! They take you from your car to the ground transportation area of the airport. When you return you hop on the shuttle at the same location (I waited approximately 2 minutes for the shuttle to arrive). They take you to the exact location of your car. The parking area is covered and well lit. Check out was easy with tap pay. I will definitely be back! read more

We have always used this shuttle service for the airport. Our drivers are always super friendly! I do want to say that I scanned a QR code and it took me to the fast park platform to tip the driver. It charged me a fee... not a fan. This will deter others from using this service and tipping your drivers. I'll be tipping cash or Venmo from now on. read more

The speed and price make Fast Park your best IND parking option. If you're worried about parking farther away from the airport, know that you'll actually get inside the airport faster if you park at Fast Park compared to the Economy Lot at IND. The Fast Park shuttle meets you at your car immediately--sometimes I haven't even opened my door yet. Regardless of how many folks have boarded, the shuttle always leaves within minutes of you being onboard (both to and from the airport). The customer service is incredible. The drivers usually load your luggage for you and ensure you have your ID before driving away. The best experience I've had is when I came back to Indy after a big snow storm here, FastPark was totally on top of clearing the driving path. My driver specifically shoveled snow that was immediately behind my tires. I've used other Fast Park locations that have also exceeded my expectations. I am very much a repeat customer and have had 0 bad experiences and see 0 downsides to choosing Fast Park. I appreciate the rewards program that allows you to accumulate points and trade them in for free days of parking. I've probably parked for cumulative over a week for free over the years that I've been using Fast Park. Luckily, my company has a discount for Fast Park, so I save even more than their already competitive rates. At IND, the drop off and pick up zone is in the ground transportation area by the rental car pick up. It's a great spot where you can wait indoors in case of bad weather and easily spot the bright green shuttle. You don't have to shuffle around the lot honking your horn to remember where you parked. Fast Park gives you a business card with your spot number, and they take you right to it when you return home. Although the lot doesn't usually fill up, I would recommend making an online reservation ahead of time. read more

Regular customer. They really have been lagging lately. Waited about 10 minutes, at least three shuttles of people waiting at 4p on a Sunday. read more

Greatest secret of the Indy airport!!!!! I'll never park in the regular parking lots again. I never make a reservation but just pull up and park. I always feel comfortable being on the shuttle, even by myself. This fast park is so simple, my entire family including my grandparents are regular users. I'm never parking anywhere else!!! read more

I feel this long term lot is reliable, with a covered roof and plenty of parking. Transports to and from the airport are frequent and prompt. Prices are ok. read more

WOW! That is all I can say. Living in So Bro and having worked downtown the majority of my career, it was always easy to have friends (because I have the BEST of the best) fetch me to and from the airport. Well now that I work way up in Westfield that is no longer an option if I want to catch a Friday evening flight. So AHHH what is a woman to do? In 13 years of living here I've never parked my car at the airport! How does this work? Where do I go? So a quick google search of 'panicked woman trying to find her way to the airport' I find Park and Ride... Y'all. This service is magical. I reserved a space online then drove over to the parking lot which is about 5mn south of the airport. As I entered the lot, I was greeted by an employee and told what letter row to park in. I parked my car, gathered my belongings, and then a shuttle bus was ready to greet me. The driver gave me a ticket to track where I was parked, picked up my bags, and off we went! We got dropped off where I was told would be the same location for pick up and that I didn't need to call for a ride back to the lot. Easy breezy! And sure enough, a shuttle was ready and waiting when I arrived. The driver took me back directly to my car. I can't say more wonderful things about this service! It was only $32 for 4 nights. Holla! Tip: Bring cash for your fabulous drivers! read more

Parking is a breeze! It's covered so your car is safe and the ride to the airport is prompt and drops you off at the building with your luggage. The driver does everything for you so no lifting required. When you return home the same thing happens in reverse. And if it has snowed while you were away, they will even shovel out your car for you. The price is right as well. I would recommend 100%. read more

Even though it's offsite, it takes longer to get from long term parking at the actual airport to the terminal, than from this location. No more driving around aimlessly looking for a parking spot. No more schlepping luggage to a shuttle shelter only to wait 15 minutes for the next ride. No more riding around for another 10 minutes stopping at every shelter. This company has fixed airport parking. Always a breeze. Always effortless. Always stress free. It's a valet experience for a fraction of the price. I love Indianapolis International Airport, but the parking situation is terrible... IND should take a page from FastPark, they figured it out! read more

The FastPark is much cheaper than I Uber/lyft and it's not very difficult to find. Our driver John W., was very helpful and made sure to remind everyone to check if they had everything. He even carried my suitcase on the bus and off - very nice first experience. read more

Gotta love a good place to park when you're going on a trip. I have parked here multiple times and always have a great experience. This place is easy to find and has several rows of covered parking. You can book your stay online to ensure there is parking when you get there but I have never done that and have never had an issue with there not being any spots. If you are a frequent traveler they do have a reward program you can use. You get a ticket when you arrive and the attendant tells you which row to park in. The shuttle is usually not far behind and comes to pick you and your luggage up right at your car and take you to the airport. It is a nice climate controlled bus and the trip itself usually takes less than 10 minutes. It is equally as simple when you return. There is an area at the airport outside of baggage claim where you walk out to and the shuttles arrive every 3-4 minutes. You hand them your card that you got when you checked in to park and they take you right to your vehicle and help you unload whatever luggage you have. Absolutely have not got one bad thing to say about this place. If you are flying out of Indy and plan to drive to the airport I highly recommend parking your vehicle here. You will not be disappointed! read more

The best park and ride service available IMO to IND airport. I've used them a number of times and never been disappointed. Quick and convenient check-in (with the option for free bottled water and a newspaper). The bus always arrives nearly immediately after I park. I'm whisked away conveniently on their comfortable shuttle to the airport (~10 mins. away) by an ever friendly driver who always helps me with my luggage...and yes, a tip never hurts. Pro tip: Join the rewards program and earn free days! Thanks, Fastpark. Signed, your loyal customer! read more

Excellent location with good payments rates for long term parking. Shuttle picks you and drops you to the airport so you don't have to worry about transportation once you park. Friendly staff - just ensure additional time ahead of check in at the airport. read more

Everything was smooth and fast. The shuttle came and picked me up from where I parked my car and took me to the airport. It was a very easy and smooth process to come back as well read more

We had a pretty good experience with fast park and relax. It is definitely way quicker than the normal airport economy lot and cheaper too. All of the drivers we had were super nice. I felt very safe leaving my car there for a week. I have a business idea for them, they need an app! That way your parking spot can be loaded into the app and you don't have to worry about saving the little slip of paper the bus driver gives you to remember your spot. read more

Best airport parking, always. I always park here at FastPark. Covered parking is wonderful, who wants to scrape ice off the windshield before you can head home? They offer quick charging for phones and a bottle of cold water when you leave. You can reserve a spot on the app and just scan when you arrive. Fast and easy, just what I want when I am headed to the airport. read more

It's an excellent alternative to IND parking; great service, very close, very simple to park and online reservations work well

Always use FPR! Reliable, safe and easy to get in and out! Highly recommend! Parking is covered!

This was the first time we used FastPark and it was great. My wife knew it would get busy around spring break, so she reserved a space. Then, on the day of our departure, she drove up, used the email image on her phone to get in, and was told which spot to park in. The ticket they gave her had the space location AND the instructions for where to go when at the airport to be retrieved. Fair price, great convenience. The shuttles are numerous and run frequently. Highly recommended. Review 2389 read more

Outstanding option to parking at the INDY airport garage, and less expensive! Simply reserve online - there are always parking spaces available, and they're covered. The entry & exit gates are staffed 24/7 with well trained, pleasant employees. Once you park, cheery shuttle drivers arrive at your parking spot, handle your bag(s) [please tip], and quickly take you to the airport. Returning is just as effortless - quick, smooth, and pleasant. FastPark does it right! Thank You!!" read more

Convenient, great service, nice staff, efficient, and they get to the airport on time! Don't lose your green card; provides the space of where you parked and the number to contact when you return. You'll need this when you board the shuttle at the airport. Don't forget to tip your driver *The shuttle won't wait on you if you're not ready when they pull up to your vehicle. Don't take it personally; passengers have flights to catch. The driver will call another shuttle to be sent your way. read more

100% highly recommend parking at fast park over the garage or airport parking. We saved about $13 a day parking here. Definitely reserve online first. You will receive a code then check in and park almost immediately a shuttle will find you. Remember to bring cash for a tip. The shuttle will take you straight to the airport and is a short 5 minute ride. When you are ready to leave meet at the appropriate spot and a shuttle will pull up and help you load. read more

Boy, talk about great service! We were so nervous the first time we used Park Ride and Fly because it was so far from the airport but they were so efficient and fast! Then the new airport was built and that land was needed so FastPark & Relax came along to fill the void... but waaaay far from the airport. Enter my nerves again but, again, my fears were baseless. Now it's a quick stop at the gate where we are assigned a row. We find our own spot on that row, park and the bus is behind our car almost immediately. The driver takes our bags out of our car, puts them on the bus and we're off. Then a (surprisingly) short ride to the transportation drop off point at the airport. Even better, we are dropped off exactly where our car is parked, rain, snow or heat, and the driver loads our bags directly into our car. That is so much better than being dropped off at a bus stop at the end of a row of cars and carrying our bags while hunting for our car. And the price is the same or better than long term parking at the airport. Can you tell we love this service?! read more

We've been using FP&R for years when flying from Indy. The service is always great, but this weekend they outdid themselves when my son left his wallet on one of their shuttles. Special shoutout to Chad W., who went the extra mile to call my son's high school after finding his school ID in the wallet so they could let him know where it was. read more

Best customer service around! I was hesitant to park my car here as it adds time to the trip as you have to take a shuttle to the airport! But honestly i was pleasantly surprise when the shuttle driver was there as soon as i parked my car. It took less than 10minutes to get to the airport. When i came back, same thing! The driver was waiting for me and i was dropped off right next to my car. Their service is super quick and efficient! I had a peace of mind that my car was in a safe place, did it mention that it is covered parking and cheaper than the airport economy lot? Will definitely be using their services again read more

Easy in and out. Shuttle was at our car before we got out, brought us right back to our car after. Download the app for quickest service .

First time using this service and was a little nervous. No need, service was responsive when I pulled in to explain the process. Bus pickup and drop off was great! Very professional and punctual. Did not have to wait to be picked up by the time I got the luggage out of the car, the driver had already pulled up and was getting my luggage. On the way back, get out of baggage claim and to my way pleasure , bus was there already and getting our luggage. Bus was also nice and clean. Price was affordable and very happy with service. I will go back! read more

I was looking for a cheaper place to park but yet close to the airport. I was nervous about taking a shuttle to the airport and how much time that would add. When I arrived I was directed to an aisle where the shuttle was present. I parked and was quickly assisted with my luggage. The driver was friendly and gave me instructions for my return and where to pick up the airport shuttle. When I returned a shuttle was there for me. I'd say it might add 10-15 minutes to the trip but the price is definitely cheaper plus it's covered parking and luggage assistance and drop off at your car. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First person you see is a guy named Lacey. Isn't helpful, argues with customers, refused to give me his info because he was "Too Busy". Told me I could just sit there when I wouldn't pay until I got a supervisor name. Proceeded to argue about his job and how important he is. Worst experience with this type of service ever. Transportation was clean and drivers friendly. I see why they aren't on Trip Advisor...they would never get any business. read more

Very easy, quick and inexpensive! Mobile reservation is simplistic and paying is automatic from a qr code

My son has now used them twice and it will definitely be our go to parking for short or long term when traveling. Either myself or my son were able to reserve a spot online and he just scans the QR code when he enters and then a shuttle has picked him up at his parking spot within two minutes every time. He was even running late for his last flight and I was stressing he was not going to get there in time for check in, but the shuttle is right at his car the second he get out every time. He has left at or came in at noon, 1am, 4am and 10pm, so they must be consistent no matter the time. Very reasonable parking rates too!! Highly recommend, especially for the college kids who need to park for longer times when traveling home for the holidays & break!! read more
