No cameras in the parking lot, no closure on them even attempting to find out who parked behind me, I've contacted the GM multiple times over email and left a VM and no call has been returned. Not expecting money from them just wanted them to atleast try to help in a way outside of just sending a form and a rejection letter. I had used this service multiple times and I can't brag on them enough. I try to always have an online reservation, but even when I don't still has been super easy. You park your car, they provide you a ride to the airport. Drop off and pickup are right outside the car rentals and so easy. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be picked up. Normally it is far less than that! The drivers are usually pretty chatty and help with luggage on and off the shuttle. Overall it is super easy and very affordable. read more

We use Fast Park every time we travel. Secure, efficient, excellent prices and rewards. Shuttles run continuously 24 hrs, and they are very close to the airport. You might actually get there faster than you would parking in the extended stay lot at the airport! Plus you are picked up and dropped off right at your car, and I've never waited. No walking through a dark lot by yourself. And they help with luggage. We recently were gone the last week of January when Indy got a foot of snow. While the parking is covered I thought we'd surely have something to clean off. Fast Park had even cleaned off all of the cars! That is above and beyond! We have always used this shuttle service for the airport. Our drivers are always super friendly! I do want to say that I scanned a QR code and it took me to the fast park platform to tip the driver. It charged me a fee... not a fan. This will deter others from using this service and tipping your drivers. I'll be tipping cash or Venmo from now on. read more

The speed and price make Fast Park your best IND parking option. If you're worried about parking farther away from the airport, know that you'll actually get inside the airport faster if you park at Fast Park compared to the Economy Lot at IND. The Fast Park shuttle meets you at your car immediately--sometimes I haven't even opened my door yet. Regardless of how many folks have boarded, the shuttle always leaves within minutes of you being onboard (both to and from the airport). The customer service is incredible. The drivers usually load your luggage for you and ensure you have your ID before driving away. The best experience I've had is when I came back to Indy after a big snow storm here, FastPark was totally on top of clearing the driving path. My driver specifically shoveled snow that was immediately behind my tires. I've used other Fast Park locations that have also exceeded my expectations. I am very much a repeat customer and have had 0 bad experiences and see 0 downsides to choosing Fast Park. I appreciate the rewards program that allows you to accumulate points and trade them in for free days of parking. I've probably parked for cumulative over a week for free over the years that I've been using Fast Park. Luckily, my company has a discount for Fast Park, so I save even more than their already competitive rates. At IND, the drop off and pick up zone is in the ground transportation area by the rental car pick up. It's a great spot where you can wait indoors in case of bad weather and easily spot the bright green shuttle. You don't have to shuffle around the lot honking your horn to remember where you parked. Fast Park gives you a business card with your spot number, and they take you right to it when you return home. WOW! That is all I can say. Living in So Bro and having worked downtown the majority of my career, it was always easy to have friends (because I have the BEST of the best) fetch me to and from the airport. Well now that I work way up in Westfield that is no longer an option if I want to catch a Friday evening flight. So AHHH what is a woman to do? In 13 years of living here I've never parked my car at the airport! How does this work? Where do I go? So a quick google search of 'panicked woman trying to find her way to the airport' I find Park and Ride... Y'all. This service is magical. I reserved a space online then drove over to the parking lot which is about 5mn south of the airport. As I entered the lot, I was greeted by an employee and told what letter row to park in. I parked my car, gathered my belongings, and then a shuttle bus was ready to greet me. The driver gave me a ticket to track where I was parked, picked up my bags, and off we went! We got dropped off where I was told would be the same location for pick up and that I didn't need to call for a ride back to the lot. Easy breezy! And sure enough, a shuttle was ready and waiting when I arrived. The driver took me back directly to my car. I can't say more wonderful things about this service! It was only $32 for 4 nights. Holla! Gotta love a good place to park when you're going on a trip. I have parked here multiple times and always have a great experience. This place is easy to find and has several rows of covered parking. You can book your stay online to ensure there is parking when you get there but I have never done that and have never had an issue with there not being any spots. If you are a frequent traveler they do have a reward program you can use. You get a ticket when you arrive and the attendant tells you which row to park in. The shuttle is usually not far behind and comes to pick you and your luggage up right at your car and take you to the airport. It is a nice climate controlled bus and the trip itself usually takes less than 10 minutes. It is equally as simple when you return. There is an area at the airport outside of baggage claim where you walk out to and the shuttles arrive every 3-4 minutes. You hand them your card that you got when you checked in to park and they take you right to your vehicle and help you unload whatever luggage you have. Absolutely have not got one bad thing to say about this place. If you are flying out of Indy and plan to drive to the airport I highly recommend parking your vehicle here. Quick and convenient check-in (with the option for free bottled water and a newspaper). The bus always arrives nearly immediately after I park. Boy, talk about great service! We were so nervous the first time we used Park Ride and Fly because it was so far from the airport but they were so efficient and fast! Then the new airport was built and that land was needed so FastPark & Relax came along to fill the void... but waaaay far from the airport. Enter my nerves again but, again, my fears were baseless. Now it's a quick stop at the gate where we are assigned a row. We find our own spot on that row, park and the bus is behind our car almost immediately. The driver takes our bags out of our car, puts them on the bus and we're off. Then a (surprisingly) short ride to the transportation drop off point at the airport. Even better, we are dropped off exactly where our car is parked, rain, snow or heat, and the driver loads our bags directly into our car. That is so much better than being dropped off at a bus stop at the end of a row of cars and carrying our bags while hunting for our car. My son has now used them twice and it will definitely be our go to parking for short or long term when traveling. Either myself or my son were able to reserve a spot online and he just scans the QR code when he enters and then a shuttle has picked him up at his parking spot within two minutes every time. He was even running late for his last flight and I was stressing he was not going to get there in time for check in, but the shuttle is right at his car the second he get out every time. He has left at or came in at noon, 1am, 4am and 10pm, so they must be consistent no matter the time. Very reasonable parking rates too!! First time using this service and was a little nervous. No need, service was responsive when I pulled in to explain the process. Bus pickup and drop off was great! Very professional and punctual. Did not have to wait to be picked up by the time I got the luggage out of the car, the driver had already pulled up and was getting my luggage. I was looking for a cheaper place to park but yet close to the airport. I was nervous about taking a shuttle to the airport and how much time that would add. When I arrived I was directed to an aisle where the shuttle was present. I parked and was quickly assisted with my luggage. The driver was friendly and gave me instructions for my return and where to pick up the airport shuttle. When I returned a shuttle was there for me.
