This is one of 2 locations that has the interior cleaning option so I went ahead and tried it out too. Pros: I like the assembly line style of cleaning the inside on the conveyor belt. The staff was super friendly and explained the process. Plenty of signs everywhere to tell you what's going on. Cons: it's an additional $29 monthly fee for unlimited or $24 for one single clean on top of your exterior clean. If you are local to the two areas then maybe you can make sense of both unlimited options. I think I'll stick with my exterior washes and clean the inside myself. It was nice not having to clean though.

I reached out and told him my car looked beautiful, but I had this problem. I didn't ask him to fix it, but to suggest what I can do to fix it. Surely, I am not the first in all his years of business. I text him two days now, and made two phone calls. No response. So now, what started off as a shit show, is ending in one as well.

I immediately sent a pictures of the dusty vents & gunk in all the cup holders as well as all the floors. At first the owner said he would go out & clean my father's car himself but then quickly changed his mind & just offered a full refund . After nicely communicating with owner for over 3 wks letting him know I never received the refund he told me he "didn't know what to tell me" because the refund had been deducted from his account but was not interested in showing proof of that deduction. His last text stated he would no longer be responding . This company stole $180 from me & took advantage of an 84 year old man who had just lost his wife of 61 years. You are terrible people & I won't stop until I have told this story on every social media platform available !
