    When I purchased my RAV4, I got the Diamond Protection plan. I went in for my yearly renewal of the guarantee. I asked for them to rent the front, side windows to marche the back windows and to put the tint that helps with glare on the front. The staff were very nice, as always, and the car looks great! They also had my car ready at the promised time. This is the 3rd year I have dealt with this Ziebart location, and my husband had steps added to his truck here. All the service we have received has been excellent!

    Well I returned and was not treated any better actually worse. I sent this to customer service. Hello I visited the store only to be met by a rude person saying show me what's missing I showed him a picture and he said the tech says there was nothing in there and I said and that's what he said about the wireless phone cover that was eventually found, he said well I can't tell because a grainy picture so there are 2 sides to every story. So he said do you want you mats installed I said of course isn't that what I paid for he said no it's just a curiosity thing to look install we usually just give them to customers in a box. I felt like I had to beg him to do so. I said you know this conversation was just recorded he said so and took my key back to a tech after the tech installed them the tech handed me my keys and as I was walking out the guy ran behind me saying your not allowed to record in Indiana, I said nothing and kept walking while he's mouthing off. I will never return to this store again I will be seeking out another store in the future for my yearly service as per contract. This place is nothing but rude customer service people and lying techs. I stand by me review on yelp and will update the review as well so people know how awful this place is. We can certainly understand your frustration, and are sorry you feel this way with your interaction with the store. I have talked to the store, and without knowing for sure if the items were there before, we are unable to do anything other than offer for you to go to a different Ziebart location for your maintenance. There are locations in Plainfield, Indianapolis East and Castleton that would honor that. I unfortunately am not able to see the info in the photos, as it is very blurry and I'm unable to make any of it out. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the difficulties we may have caused. Regrettably, Customer Service Ziebart Rhino Linings of Indiana/Ohio I also stopped at Hyundai and was informed if I wanted the slop mat replaced I would have to replace the whole cup assembly since the mat only is available with that.

    I had a very disappointing experience with the Ziebart Greenwood location. I paid $440 for an interior detail and exterior detail service. I was not satisfied with the quality of the detail. They didn't vacuum behind the rear seat, the windshield is smeared on the inside, the inside of the wheels and wheel wells are filthy, miscellaneous smears on the outside where it looks like a dirty rag was used to wipe it down, the WeatherTech floor mats are very dirty, and there are bugs on the bumper and the hood. I want to be clear that I specifically asked the woman that checked me in yesterday morning if they had the proper tools and cleaner to clean WeatherTech floor mats properly, and I was assured that they had everything they needed and the floor mats look horrible. When I use the cleaner at home, they get completely clean and are clean and black when finished. My husband and I went inside to talk to staff and were directed to a dark-haired young man who came out and looked at the truck and told us "we don't clean wheel wells, or the inside of the wheel, and the detailer probably didn't know to vacuum behind the seat. What you're paying for with the exterior detail is actually 'paint protection', not so much the cleaning". My husband remembered that he knew a man that works there, Chris, so he went inside and asked him to come out and look at the truck and we were told basically the same thing. He offered to have the vacuuming touched up on the interior. He told me that if I wanted the kind of detail quality that I was expecting, I'd have to pay a detail shop at least $1200. I told him that I felt the wheels and exterior could've been cleaned better at the drive through car wash and I could've done a better interior detail in my driveway. I began pointing out the bugs that were still on the front of the car and I looked up and saw the woman who had checked us in that morning (I don't remember her name but she was slim, taller than me and has medium-long dark hair) barreling toward my truck, almost angrily. Which was jarring, but I started pointing out the bugs to her and she immediately had the worst attitude. She told me that every bug I was seeing was chipped paint (you can see in the photos that this is not true, they are definitely bugs). I gave up at that point. I told them I was leaving because I felt that the attitude of that woman was not reasonable at all and completely unnecessary. Why would a company advertise an "exterior detail" and then tell the customer "the exterior detail is more 'paint protection' than a cleaning service"? In a nutshell, this was a poor quality detail and horrible customer service.

    I have been a loyal customer of this location for 21 years, bragging to everyone about their Diamond Gloss. Returning to their location religiously every year. This year, I got my truck back with damage to the pillar between the windshield and the driver door. My assumption is that something happened when applying the windshield treatment, but who knows. When I took the vehicle back to the store, Sarah informed me that it actually had touchup paint on the damaged spots. (Sarah is great, for the record). Interestingly, I keep a touchup paint pen inside my driver door. I sent images of the damage to their email, as requested. Jerry finally called back 2 weeks later stating that it is "rock chips" and they "don't have touchup paint" and "we have a no belt policy" when I asked if it was possibly a belt buckle grinding against the paint. After hanging up with the store, I called back to ask for the GM's contact information. The man who answered said, "What for?" After explaining the situation he said ,"Well, I don't know anything about that". He did finally give me the customer service email. I sent several images of the vehicle one week prior with NO damage, and images on the day I got it back WITH the damage, as well as closeups of the damage. I was told that they were certain they were "rock chips, they don't have touchup paint and belts aren't allowed" they doubled down on the rock chips story even though the spots had been touched up by someone, despite the fact that NO ONE has access to that paint pen but me. And I certainly would have remembered being blasted with boulders and touching up my own vehicle if that were the case. The unfortunate part is that it's family managed up the chain, and blood is thicker than good business practices. Not to mention the franchise owner owns multiple locations in the surrounding region so I couldn't easily just go to a different store. Proceed with caution. I'm not the only one who acquired damage with these guys. Someone else's vehicle got damaged when it was on the lift years ago., which they also denied, then ended up having to pay for repairs.

    Last month, I called a local dealer, near Greenwood, IN, to discuss an issue, with the Rhino liner warranty, because the tailgate had a few places where the coating had lost it's adhesion. The manager, Jerry Lemasters, requested a copy, of the invoice & a current photographic image of the tailgate. He replied that my claim was rejected, by the district manager & highlighted the important details, in a copy of the warranty. Since TWO stipulations were highlighted, I assumed that BOTH were reasons, for the rejection, but I wanted to be SURE, so, I replied, 4/7/22 (5 days ago), asking for clarification, by email AND telephone, but, thus far, haven't received an answer. After reading all the reviews, about this store, I wouldn't, EVER, consider trusting Jerry, with my truck, or any OTHER vehicle!!!!!!!!! Also, I contacted the national Ziebart customer service center, 4/7/22, asking for warranty details clarification, but, thus far, haven't received a reply.

    Been going to this location for over 10 years with 3 different vehicles now. For the complete package inside and out. I have added tint and a car alarm to each. The work and everyone I have dealt with here has kept me coming back to this location only with these professional, cool, trustworthy peeps. I've left happy every single time I have left the building. They thrive on customer service. And I EXPECT that. So when. I find it. I return.

    This was Corporate's response to the damage caused. Obviously they did something wrong when steaming, but won't take responsibility.

I purchased a new audio system for the inside of my car and they were so helpful figuring out which system would fit because my car is so small, I'm very limited. I got the planet audio system Pc100cpa, they gave me a great price for the system and installation. I started having issues with my screen unfortunately (planet audio's fault not Wale's) and he did everything he could to try to fix it, but I have to replace my screen unfortunately. Long story short it was an annoying process with planet audios extended Warranty (I had wale's 1 year warranty but it was up) and I had to be back-and-forth on the phone with Wale's Audio and Window Tinting. He was so helpful and took a good amount of his time to get me the correct information Planet Audio was requesting, free of charge. I would like to add Planet audio is a reliable brand, I did a lot of research into them. I think I just got a bad screen because this is not a common issue I found. So really the screen is no fault of anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone, great customer service, great price, great staff, and great practices.
