Boyfriend took my Jeep to the get front windows tinted 20%. He was talked into matching the back to the front windows. Well, the front windows are lighter than the back. I was not pleased with what they put on there, see right threw the window. Called to get the issue fixed and they wanted to charge me again to fix their mistake. I would never come back to this establishment. The representative was so offensive and shady. He started off asking what kind of car I drive. I told him a Lexus. He said is it yours? That's the first mistake. Then he told me the price was $259. When I made my appointment he made pay a deposit. When I came back to get the windows tinted he started to up- sale me. He told me I needed premium tint, or the tint will fade and that he would need to charge $50 per window to remove the glue smudges. Which was BS. Then he snubbed me and said I can do it but it will be extra. And you need to pay for premium tint which is $334 plus $50 mote. One word described him and that is RACIST WHITE SUPREMIST who's upset about a black woman driving a Lexus. Boy Bi!!!! read more

So far all I've done is schedule an appointment and the guy that answered,Travis, was very rude. I gave him the specs of my car ( yr,make,model) at the very beginning of the call. He gave me the rundown of what I need to do to schedule an appointment, and just to confirm I understood what he said I repeated back what he told me, he came back with all the attitude, as if I was too stupid too understand the first time. So I proceed with putting down the deposit, he then asked me for the same information that I had given him at the beginning of the call. You're going to get worked up for repeating what you're telling me and then you're going to ask me for the same information that I just told you about the very beginning of the call? Good one. Currently disputing the charge I made for the deposit with my bank. For the sake of finding out, I'm still proceeding with going to the initial appointment. I want to see what type of in person service they have, don't expect to be blown away. *UPDATED REVIEW* Checked out their shop. Came a few min early, there was only one person working the entire shop so I had to wait over the time I was scheduled to speak to someone about pricing. After looking around, waiting for someone, I found the menu with the breakdown of each package. The cheap, non-warranty packages are...cheap. The tint packages worth your money are about $100 -$130 more expensive than what most tint shops are charging. And this is including nicer areas like Carmel or Noblesville. Perhaps if the service was outstanding, and they had a well staffed shop that answered any of your basic questions before you got down to any sort of serious business, maybe then... I would consider paying that much more if the entire experience was absolutely pleasant. Service and pricing was dismal at best. In person service: I got sarcasm when he could have just given me a straight answer instead of addressing me like a child. Don't spend your money here. There's a reason most shops are booked two weeks out in advance and this shop takes in same day walk-ins. read more

I came in at 9am to set an appointment at 2pm Had to put down a 100$ deposit in advance. Came in at 2PM, they brought my car in at 2:10. Mind you I've never been to a tint place that is longer that 2 hours. I sat in Tint King from 2PM to 5:15PM. I have 2019 Charger and I also got a strip with all the windows tinted so I know that can be a bit long. But never should take 3hrs. Then I paid for it. The total was over the amount I was supposed to pay. Over 100 dollars because they forgot about my deposit earlier. Anyways, I had to drive pretty far to come back and get refunded. Never got offered a discount or even an acknowledgement about the situation. Seem like just a simple mistake to them. Besides all this. Tints on my car are good. I've been getting my windows tinted here for nearly 15 years. Excellent workmanship and they only use the highest quality. I have a car with a tint job from 9 years ago and it still looks perfect. Last summer I asked if they could come tint the window in my kids' room, as it faces west and only has one a/c vent so it gets very hot. The room doesn't get nearly as hot any more and of course the window looks great too. I'll never consider using anyone else and give this place my highest recommendation. read more

Had the side, back, and both panoramic sunroof sections of glass on my Tesla P90D tinted at Tint King today. Used the ceramic tint at 30%. They did a fantastic job. It looks amazing. I didn't go darker than 30% in order to stay legal, and at first I wondered if I would regret not going darker, but it looks great. The job took them about 2 hours total. Fair price. Great service. I took my 2006 Mustang GT there when it was brand new. Took my wife's 2007 Nissan Versa there when it was brand new. We traded that in and got her a 2006 BMW 330i and took it there for tint. Since then we have gotten and traded a couple of SUVs so haven't needed any tinting. My point is that if I have a vehicle that needs tinting I take it here. Always been the same guy and he takes his time so bring a Tablet or some entertainment. But I have never had an issue with the tint and he is careful with your car.
