I thought they kept a stock of windshields and windows in stock as their company name implies the service will be done same day. Even so, the guys were so helpful, it only took 10 min from walking in to getting my car windshield ordered. When my windshield arrived, it took them about an hour and 15 min to install it. The only instructions were to not take my car to the carwash. They were pretty great and straightforward. It did cost me a little under $300 for it to be ordered and installed. Two weeks ago, I called to have my windshield replaced. The lady from the office called and told me they could get me in that day. Unfortunately it was a weekday and I would not be able to. I scheduled for Saturday instead. On Friday I got a call that they in fact do not have my windshield in stock and they would need to order it. So I scheduled for a week from original appointment. I received a text Friday that they look forward to seeing me and confirm the appointment. Saturday I showed up and say there for 30 minutes before they came back and told me they don't have the windshield. "One was ordered but it never arrived and I can't give you a date on when it will show up." An hour later the resin arrives and I would not have known the reason for delay unless I hadn't overheard them talking amongst themselves. I had to replace my back windshield, made an appointment and arrive on time, told me its gonna take an hour, almost 3 hours later they told me they have the wrong glass for it so i need to wait another day, so i did. When i came to pick it up it had scratches on top and above the frame (when they installed it) also teo of the bolts are damaged. I showed the manager on site that claimed if i dont have a picture he dont care , he wont bring me the insurance phone number and that i better pay for it. I called the customer service line which forward me to the district manage called Robert, and when I explained him what happened while im speaking put me on hold and never return the call! I will contact The attorney general for it. This is absolutely not how you make business and of course not make damages and not take responsibility. Fantastic experience!!! Great service at a great price. Friendly and fast! I needed a front windshield replaced and was having an issue with my driver side window not working. It was recommended that I purchase a motor and regulator to help fix the issue. It turned out that only the regulator was needed. Which saved me a lot of money. Perhaps there are other places that would have simply used both and I would know been none the wiser. But Auto Glass Now determined it didn't need to be used, so I took it back to NAPPA Auto parts and got a refund and saved me some money. I highly recommend this company. I called on a Saturday morning to get a quote on a windshield for my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. The girl asked pertinent questions regarding the windshield and told me to bring it on Wednesday at 8am. I was thrilled! She told me she would call to confirm the day before. I expected that confirmation call but it never came... Today is Wednesday. My guy brought the car to Auto Glass Now (5353 W. 38th St.) before 8am, there were 3 other vehicles already waiting. I also called at 8am to confirm the appointment and was told they do not schedule appointments even though I was told i HAD an appointment! No wonder I didn't receive a reminder call... The woman then told me they didn't have my windshield in and it would arrive by 11am. It's now 12:25pm, the windshield is there. I call and speak with Crystal to see where my car is in the lineup and she told me I'm next. I told her I sure hope so because my guy is about to walk out and leave to go somewhere else. She reiterated I'm next. 5 minutes later my guy calls me furious as they took a truck in one bay and anther car in the other (all bays full now). Guess what happened - my guy left! These guys are horrible. They quote you crazy low numbers and then as soon as you drop off your car and start heading home they will call you saying "your new glass came in scratched!" Why do you guys not check the glass when it comes in? I went to a new place, had an appointment at 4pm. This new place (perfection glass) called me at 8am bright and early to tell me that my glass came in scratched, that's how you're supposed to do it, not after the customer drops off their car lmao. After they failed to tell me prior to me showing up that the glass was scratched, auto glass now had the audacity to say " we can get it for tomorrow but it will be a $95 freight charge (I asked if that was because it was overnight shipping and they said no)." Let me get this straight, you guys fcked up and neglected to check your shipment and you're going to try to get me to pay $95 for freight on the next one, wtf? If you order something online and it comes in completely broken, wouldn't you be pissed if you called the company and they tried to get you to pay for it twice?? They offered a discount if we brought the car to them so I had my wife make an appointment and go in the next day. Her appointment was for 1pm and they kept her therefore 4 hours! She said there was glass all over the place which likely explained the flat tire we got right after. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to get my passenger side window replaced. Auto Glass Now had the cheapest quote and some of the best service I've ever experienced. The gentleman at the front desk is very nice, knowledgeable and quick on his feet. They also took precautions due to Covid and made sure there were not too many ppl inside at one time. I didn't mind waiting in my car until one of the servicemen came and got me. I was in and out and I appreciate them for being nice and quick! I was the first person to arrive as I had a 900 appt per conversation I had the week before. I arrived and noticed a sign on the wall first come first serve. Like I stated I was the first person there at 845. After waiting for 1.5 hours I finally went to the desk as my vehicle had not moved from where I parked it and ask and was told it was going to be another 1.5 hours before I get my vehicle in. I was skeptical about coming to this place to have my windshield replaced due to the poor reviews on Yelp. I don't understand why they only have 2.5 stars. This service met my expectations and beyond. It was also a great deal compared to other glass companies. The price I paid was less than half of what other companies quoted me, like Safelite. Within hours of putting in a request for a quote, a representative called me and I was able to schedule an appointment for a Saturday morning (hard to find sometimes). They were ready for me when I arrived. I anticipated (according to reviews) that it would take a long time, but even though 3 other customers were dropping off their cars at 8am as well, I received a call in 45 minutes that my car was finished. The technician Nicholas did a great job. He completed an inspection with me before beginning and I was able to talk to him about any concerns I may have had. The windshield also comes with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend this place for a great deal and timely service. Please don't let the other poor reviews deter you. read more

I had a crack in my windshield and called around for the best quote. Auto Glass Now replaced my windshield for nearly $80 less than what the other places quoted. I worried this was a "get what you pay for" situation but the windshield was replaced correctly and looked fine. I had no problems with anything being sealed properly. Now I have had a few windshields replaced in my days, but never before have I received my car back with thick black tape holding the windshield in place while the glue was drying (they told me 48 hours). This sucked, but I was willing to deal with it to save a few bucks. Customer service was not so great, but I was really only interested in getting the job done right and the job done fast. Everything was as expected. I called for a quote on my windshield; I was given a great price. I was given an option of taking my vehicle to their location or for them to come to me at a slightly higher price. I elected to have them come to me. They said they could have someone at my location the following day between 9:00 and 5:00; the installer would call before he arrived. The caller (named Nick) did call prior to driving towards me and he arrived promptly. He immediately went to work; he did a great, thorough job including hand cleaning my new windshield and at the price quoted to me. I have nothing but praise for the excellent process from start to finish. I purchased a windshield from Auto Glass Now and had it installed on another vehicle years ago and it is still perfect. On that occasion I went to their location which is cramped and dated but the price for the glass does not warrant a luxurious spa-like atmosphere. You can't beat the price of replacing a windshield, very cheap and well installed. The downfall of this business is the customer service and waiting area. If you ask about the status of your car while waiting, they will respond with attitude and act as if your question is out of line. The waiting area is also comparable to being stuck in a full elevator. The most aggravating part though was having a 2:00 pm appointment, I arrived at 1:45 pm, and was told I would have an hour wait. Great customer service, the phone is picked up before it even rings once! Very pleasant staff at the office. They came out to replace the windshield at my house which was great, and the gentleman who did it, Chris, was extremely pleasant and professional. It probably took him about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. I did dock one star because they were supposed to come and fix my car on Tuesday, and no one turned up. I had called earlier that morning to confirm I was on the list too. When I called at 4pm to find out what was going on there was no explanation. So they came the next day. I would have appreciated receiving service on the day I had booked, or at the very least communication in the event that they were not going to get to my appointment. Unfortunately it was during this Covid-19 so they weren't prepared for me to stay with no where to sit. But was willing to get me a chair while I waited. The desk employees were professional and patient. They got me in and out in approximately half an hour. The man working on my car did a preliminary inspection with me and he was nice. Terrible experience. Don't even bother to call them. They catch you with a good price on the windshield but they don't even have the product. I called them asking for an estimate on a windshield for my 2016 VW CC; they gave me good price and an appointment for my onsite installation. The installation day I got called and they were "faking" to be ready to come and install the windshield, but suprisingly they had the "wrong" car model, so they had to reschedule. I got reschedule by a very mean and nasty woman over the phone without any idea about phone etiquette or customer service. The new appointment day nobody showed up and nobody called. The hours they give are 8:00am to 5:00pm but they dont even care about calling you. I called them the next day, and the same nasty lady just told me they dont have the part and I have to go to the dealer. A whole week lost on this process and now I have to go to the dealer. This people should not schedule any appointment until the have the part; and the ones taking the phone calls definitely need some coaching. Thank you very much for nothing!! read more

Windshield was replaced as needed and was half the price of safelite. That is the positive. The negative is that there is significant damage to my A pillar on my passenger side interior and damage on my interior where his tools must have slipped trying to install new and remove old. Also, the channels on the outside were installed wrong and I noticed before he left, which he did correct. Next time I will pay the higher cost to get it done by a professional. When I made the appointment I made it quite clear that this was warranty work and the company paying was waiting for a call. I asked if they wanted to call or they wanted me to call. They said they would call. I gave them the number. They did not call. I get to the shop. They do the work. Then they hand me the bill and hold me hostage until it is paid saying there are a lot of thieves out there. "We don't call until we finish the work". They didn't get my signature to do work.
