After calling several auto collision shops I felt most comfortable with info Luis had stated to me prior in a conversation/ consultation. With the damage was done, I knew it would take about 2 weeks , which it did. When I picked the car up it looked brand new ! And not only was the damage repaired they detailed the inside and my junky girl truck lol. Best service, best prices, best results. I highly recommend. They go above and beyond. I appreciate your service. Thank you Luis and Team

One of our cars was in a fairly major accident a few weeks ago, although still drivable. It took a few days for me to get in for an estimate, but once I did they took great care of me. I brought it back in a week, once the parts were ordered, and it was fixed about 2 1/2 weeks later and looks beautiful. If anyone in the Indianapolis area asks me where to take their car for bodywork, I always recommend Borkowski. They do great work, and the staff are great to work with. One other thing worth noting is their waiting area looks like a doctor's office waiting room. It's that clean. Even the restroom is super clean.

They would text me updated every time something was happening. Time to take it apart? Got a text. Time to paint? Got a text. Time for pickup? Got a text. It was such an easy, but refreshing thing. They also got it done a week earlier than planned. I had one minor hiccup when I went to pickup but they were closed on the weekend (google maps said they were open). My car looks amazing, and they even deep cleaned the car inside and out. Very, very impressed.

Excellent Work, Great Value, and They Stand Behind Their Repairs…read moreI had an excellent experience with the Maaco location at 5880 E. 71st St. in Indianapolis. They repaired the driver's-side rear wheel panel on my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid after it had been badly crumpled when another driver backed into my car. What particularly impressed me was the combination of quality and value. Maaco completed the repair efficiently and did very good work, at less than half the price I had been quoted by other highly regarded body shops. I was equally impressed by how they stood behind their work. After the repair, I noticed a minor imperfection involving some paint bubbling. When I brought it to their attention, they graciously took care of it under their warranty and completed the correction in just one day. It's easy to be pleased when everything goes perfectly the first time, but I think you learn even more about a business by how they respond when something needs additional attention. Maaco handled my concern promptly and professionally, with no hassle. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this Maaco location to anyone looking for quality body repair at a very competitive price. I appreciated both the work they did and the way they stood behind it.

My car was side-swiped and left damage that I thought would require going through the entire process of estimate, turn-in and repair. My insurance company gave me names of recommended auto body shops. Gerber was one that I drive by every day of the week. I went in to Gerber to schedule an estimate. They were very busy and lead-times were terrible. I spoke to Amanda who said the estimate appt was one month out. She then said well let me take a look. She goes out to my car and says that it looks like the damage could just be buffed out. She said hold a minute and let me get a technician. Their technician, Dakota, came out and said Amanda was exactly right. Went back in to the shop, brought out the tools and repaired my car right on the spot!!! At NO CHARGE!!! I know they absolutely did not have to do that for me, but they did. I was so grateful for their generosity and the time they both spent looking over, and fixing my car.
