But, then, something needed tweaking and I took it to Caliber on Britton Park Road. The fixed the tweak without any hesitation. They made sure I understood everything they did and that I was satisfied with the result. (Which I was more than satisfied). This was self-pay job to shine-up my 83-year-old Mother's 17-year-old car (with less than 40,000-miles) for the rest of her years. I had gone to a couple places to get something done for my car which I thought would be an easy matter. My license plate would not come off. I could not get the screws and bolts to come off after trying routine fixes. I pulled into Caliber Collision on a busy Saturday and Andy came out and said he would be happy to look at it and fix it. I would just need to come next week when they were not filled with appointments. I am not saying their services are free but for this matter amazingly they were. Monday I came back in and they asked me to sit in the lobby. Within 10 minutes my car was ready with a new plate on the vehicle. The screws that had rusted out now gone and some very nice ones ( not my own) were in place all gratis! What a great experience. read more

I was involved in a very minor accident in which someone tapped and cracked my bumper. The other party used their insurance. I went to Caliber to get an estimate. David did my initial estimate and he was very thorough in and detailed in his estimate. He even looked under the car during the initial estimate which other companies did not do. After completing the estimate, he sat down with me and went line by line over everything and then explained exactly what everything was and what my next steps were and what I should/should not do in terms of what to do (i.e. suggested not to accept money directly to pay for the repair because oftentimes repairs end up higher due to unseen damage). When I was ready to get the vehicle repaired, I then worked with Brandy who deals with Allstate. She was able to schedule me quickly and without any issues. They are in close contact with Enterprise Car rental, who happens to be the company that Allstate used to provide me with a rental car. When I walked in to drop off the car, Brandy immediately called Allstate and then we did the paperwork and went over the damages to the car. The paperwork/documentation was straightforward and minimal. Enterprise came to pick me up and I was on my way. During the repair process, I was updated nearly daily, sometimes more than once if there was a significant status change, for example, when additional damage was found. I had to do absolutely nothing during this process other than show up--this was a turnkey process. They were readily available and easily accessible to answer any questions. They were extremely responsive and professional. The workmanship of the repair is stellar. I was uneasy the entire time, wondering if the color would be a true match--they did a remarkable job and you can tell that they take a sense of pride in their work. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the process could not have been more painless--I walked in, signed a paper or two, they had my copies and my keys ready, we went out, looked at the car and gave them the keys to the rental car (which, I left there). While I hope to not have to use them again due to the nature of their business, I would not hesitate to use them again if needed and would highly recommend them. I have a really old crummy car which I did not want to put money into in the form of new headlight assembly. The manager was super helpful and friendly. He buffed out my yukky headlights (which hardly let any light through anymore) free of charge. Yes, it was a quick and minor fix, but a lot of places would have charged me and tried to get me to fix more. I'll go back when I need to. read more

Another vehicle made a blind lane change into us, and it didn't work out so well. With an older model vehicle we had concerns that the replacement parts would not match. Caliber Collision on Britton Park road did a great job bringing our vehicle back into brand-new like condition. The drive train, trim, cladding, paint matching and blending is absolutely perfect.
