I brought my car here after it had been pretty badly dinged up from hail. The staff was welcoming and responsive. I was updated on the progress being made on a regular basis and they were incredibly quick. I was also able to leave my rental car there when I went to pickup my car today. If I could leave zero stars I would. Totally unacceptable customer service. I was told it would be two weeks to get my door fixed. My insurance pays for a rental for 30 days, so I though that would work. Larry just called and told me it would be 3 months - not two weeks. His only solution was put a door on from a totaled vehicle. You could tell he didn't care one bit about making this right. Not acceptable. They already tore more car apart, so they won't give it back to me now. Caliber Collision on Technology Drive has basically stolen my car at this point. Will I ever see my car again - who knows! Not a place to get your vehicle repaired. This location kept our drivable vehicle for 8 days before even beginning the work. They only began repairs after our repeated inquiries. We were forced to keep a rental for 2 weeks unnecessarily. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, the windshield was cracked and no explanation or offer to make the situation right was given. read more

At first, everything was good. after I received the hail estimate. I tried to call 4 times and email the office 3 times and emailed the main office and no one ever got back to me. The missed replacement of a windshield. what kind of shop does that. even the roof had a cracked glass and insurance had add to replace it and they added it to fix not replace. All I was trying to find out is why did you miss these two items, but no one wanted to return my calls or emails. I will never go back and I will be directing people to never use this location read more

Got rear ended by an idiot at a red light, their excuse being that they were eating chips. ‍ I didn't see much damage aside from obvious scuffing from the impact. Since my spare tire is mounted on the back of my car I was worried about there being something more serious I couldn't see. The idiot's insurance required me to get an inspection done by shops in their network. I chose Caliber since it was nearby. They are busy! I couldn't get an appointment till a month out. When my appointment finally came around the staff were really friendly. The inspection was really quick and I was a little skeptical. But after he took some pics and looked up some info he called me out to show me my car. He opened the back and had me get eye level with my bumper to show me how the impact had buckled the bumper. I hadn't even noticed and probably wouldn't have. I decided to just take a settlement but if I had decided to go through with repairs I would have been confident in Caliber doing them. read more

Top notch service and everything went super smooth from start to finish. We got rear ended in a parking lot and our 2018 Camry XSE had some moderate damage to bumper and rear corner panel. Caliber gave us a fair estimate and worked with the insured driver's insurance company flawlessly. Everyone was absolutely amazing. The office staff and Dave kept me informed. They always go above and beyond for me. After my car accident, I just immediately took my car here. They are integrated with my insurance company, American Family. I can call my insurance company, Caliber will know I am coming and my rental car will be waiting at Caliber for me when I get there. I had my car taken here for inspection when I was rear ended, when I dropped my car off their was literally only a scratch on my bumper from the wreck. Their was prior "damage" like rust on my wheel well they considered my car totaled. But they took my car apart and didn't put it back together. They had taken my taillights completely off, and didn't put the felt in my trunk back in place so it's now just loose. They put my taillights back ( because they realized upon my arrival to pick up that it didn't look like that when I dropped it off) but about 2 weeks ago I opened my trunk and they NEVER put the bolts/ clips back on my bumper there are holes where those should be and you can see straight through them. The parts for the holes on my bumper to keep it in place is not even in my car so they just took it apart and left it like that now I can literally walk up to my bumper and wiggle it. If your going to take a car apart make sure you return it the way it was dropped off and WITH ALL THE PARTS. I have called twice now, the first time no one ever contacted me back. I left another message this morning. I'd at LEAST like the parts to my vehicle.. I do not recommend service here. read more
