My family brings our cars here when we need a repair. My cars have been hit several times and they always give me a quick repair quote that's definitely reasonable! It typically takes about 2-3 days though so if you're in a rush and don't want a quality repair then definitely take your car elsewhere. Quality takes time. I appreciate them! I had my car repaired at Harvey's after I was in a collision requiring body work to both the front and rear end of my vehicle and was very satisfied with the work and time it took. About a year and a half later, I noticed the front bumper was showing unusual wear and asked them to take a look to see if it was anything that may be related to the initial repair. They fixed the problems, no questions asked, proving they have awesome customer service! I'll be returning to them for all body work for years to come! read more

I would not recommend this collision center. I had body work done and they damaged something else that in the long run cost me nearly $600. to fix at the dealership b/c they didn't know how. They did not reimburse me. Stick with your reputable dealership collision centers!!! Lesson learned. read more

Have had Harvey's do body work repairs to my vehicles for years, including this past week. I love the fact that I can stop in and get a quote in 5 minutes, with no appointment or waiting. This time, they handled everything flawlessly, from setting up my rental car to talking directly to my insurance adjuster. Some of the work this time included parts of my car with prior damage (which the adjuster refused) -- however, the shop made the decision to repair the earlier damage at no extra out of pocket expense in order to ensure the best job on this repair. My only "complaint" is that I had hoped to get my car back on Friday (after dropping off Monday). There was additional damage, requiring more time, but I didn't learn that until I called Friday to make sure the car would be ready (at which point they said it would be Tuesday evening). They have now worked on 3 of my cars, and the work has always been done beautifully and lasted great. read more

She was quick on her feet and was able to identify what I needed in minutes. When it was all said and done, I was out with my fixes in 20 minutes. After being in an accident, I was referred to Harvey's Collision Center by my claims adjuster; he said they did very good work. I was told that my car would be repaired within one to two weeks. After two and a half weeks, I contacted Harvey's to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told that my inquiry would be relayed to 'Jody,' and she would call me back. Unfortunately, that never happened. I attempted to follow up on two more occasions, but still received no response. My claims adjuster advised that the damage was more extensive than initially determined, and the car would have to be totaled. I returned to Harvey's to retrieve items from my car, and was basically ignored as Jody conversed with customers who were on their way out. No "I'll be with you in a moment"; no eye contact or acknowledgement whatsoever. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the lack of courtesy/customer service. I do not typically post negative reviews, but after this experience feel that one is warranted. read more

I can't say enough how thankful I am for Harvey's and the exceptional service we received this week! I backed my van out of the garage without realizing my daughter's sliding door was still open. Needless to say, it hit hard and wouldn't close. We took it here and they worked hard for about an hour to help us. They fixed the door and didn't charge us anything! They were so pleasant as well! HARVEY'S USED TO BE GREAT! BUT THEY LOST THEIR BEST GUY! (TRY TOM WOOD COLLISION. THEY'RE AWESOME!) As luck would have it, our MKZ has been struck three times in the past 18 months or so. Each time, the car sustained considerable damage. The first two times, we took it to Harvey's Collision Center at the recommendation of the dealership, Tom Roush Lincoln-Mazda. Our first experience with Harvey's could not have been better.... Our second experience couldn't have been worse. It ended with a upsetting and disappointing shouting match with Harvey's owner, who had let his best person go and was rushing to get jobs done without paying attention to detail and customers. Needless to say, after the third collision -- none of which was our fault -- the Lincoln went to Tom Wood Collision. SUPER JOB, TOM WOOD! Roush Lincoln-Mazda should start referring folks to your body shop. You were awesome! read more

Just had major hail damage repaired. Outstanding repair and good customer service. Really no issues at all. Very smooth. I had a minor follow-up a few weeks later. The paint required a bit further buffing in one area. Again, quick and polite. Will use again, if ever needed. read more

My wife and I took our Ford F150 here a few weeks ago after she was involved in a rear end collision. We choice this place based off the dealer recommendation. The turnaround time was of the utmost importance in this repair as I am about to relocate across the country. Received a call on 4-21 that the truck could possibly be ready for pickup on that day but more than likely the next morning. I work 3 jobs and had to arrange to take the morning off. I called Harvey's before leaving to pick up the truck and they were unavailable so I asked that they call me back. I never received that returned call and found out when arriving that the truck was indeed not completed. They have been waiting on one part for close to 5 business days after the wrong part was ordered. When asked about the process and tracking of parts I was told there is no tracking and that they do not know who they're supplier is. Really, wow! I call BS! A simple phone call could have prevented me from wasting "My Time and Money" and I could have made other arrangements for the appointments I had per-arranged for the weekend. A box field house that I now have less than 5 days to shuffle into 3 different places, move across country are all put on hold while they figure out who they're parts vendor is. My situation was clearly and precisely explained the day they received my truck from the accident. Apparently the customers' expectations are not a priority in this repair facility. Poor Time Management, Customer Expectations, Workmanship and Theft are now the top three reviews. Very, very upset now that I continue to shuffle boxes, appointments, time and money all the while they enjoy the weekend off. Great job meeting expectations guys, great job!!!!! read more

Back in 2003 I had a wonderful experience at Harvey's. The manager was really helpful in getting my six week old new car fixed properly and pressed my insurance company so I'd get the best job possible. When I recently had an accident I went right back to Harvey's. Wow. What a difference. First of all, the place wasn't busy unlike my first time. The manager didn't even get off his butt when I walked in. He would not make I call to my insurance company. Every time I came in he was doing nothing at his desk but wasn't particularly helpful. He did not update me on the status of my car. When I was told my car was ready I went to pick it up. Well, nobody told the detailers so it was dirty, etc., I had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to wash it and they didn't bother with the interior. To make matters worse, I later discovered they left a tire and wheel in my trunk that had to be replaced due to the accident. Never again! read more
