I bought tires a few months back from Belle Tire. I also asked for all TPMS sensors to be replaced. After driving for about 30 minutes my TPMS sensor came back on. It's been a few months and went back. I was able to deduce that: - was charged for 3 sensors to be replaced, not 4 - NONE of the sensors were actually changed as they had sensors that Belle tire didn't use - I was told it would be a quick fix, it ended up taking 3 + hours of waiting - after waiting, they were unable to successfully program the sensor to the TPMS so I basically waited and paid for a product that wasn't working - I ordered OEM sensors - Had an appt and was told it should take 20 minutes - Waited for over 50 minutes before the car was even started - paid to have them put on - sensors still couldn't be programed to the car - there is oil spots within the interior of the car on the pillar from where techs where trying to use the OBD port to program the sensors Went to Discount Tire and they were able to program it in 5 minutes. I am a person of honest and respect. I don't think any of the personnel were mean or disrespectful but the process and outcome was frustrating and disappointing. read more

Never again! I came in this afternoon for what should have been a quick turnaround. I explained that I was in a hurry and needed to be at an appointment by 4. Jason then upsold me on more tires, assuring me I'd be on the road with time to spare. That didn't happen. Now I've missed my appointment and am still waiting. Sold me tires and a bad alignment and when brought to their attention i was told the "machine" says its fine, had the manager and alignment guy test drive the car and they claim "its fine" also. Its not fine, its out of alignment and they didn't like being told they couldn't do their job right. Bunch of incompetent people working here, stay away. Don't go here if you want your car to be right, they will tell you the machine says its good and throw you out the door. We've been a Belle family for over 10 years now, but we're probably done. Belle used to be so great - honest advice with no upselling and transparent pricing. During each of our last 3 visits there we we told we should have services performed we don't need, we told to buy tires that still had thousands of miles of tread left, and, after we said no to their recommendations, we immediately offered much lower prices. I took my Tesla in for four new tires and I asked Josh if they used the pucks to lift the car without crushing the battery. He responded, they have three racks and one has the pucks! This is not the response I received from Discount Tire on Hatcher. They said they didn't need them. I already knew the tires I wanted but Josh we helpful to let me know the new ones were going to drive and sound differently than my old ones. A bit of a duh, but those who don't know the Conti's installed have foam lining the tires to quiet the ride. I only got 26k miles out of them and wanted something longer lasting if I am shelling out 1,200k. If you aren't sure what you are looking for, I think Josh is your guy. The tires are unidirectional and were installed correctly. Again, a duh, but I have seen cars with the tires going the wrong way. Overall it was a good experience. Why only 4 stars: My wheels have some new marks on the rim that weren't there before from the installation. Belle Tire's website showed my tires in stock, so I left work early on a Friday to have the work done only to find out they had to be ordered and I would have to come back Saturday. Pro Tip: If you know what you want, order it online and make an appointment so the tires can be delivered before you arrive, should they not be in stock. Josh automatically assumed I wanted the tire protection plan and added to my final bill, which is twice the cost of Discount Tire/s. Know what your final total will be before you check out. The other thing I find annoying is he told me my total price which included the rebates. This is like going buying a new car and the sales manager only talks "difference". This is not the same price that is on my credit card. A minor annoyance but someone younger might be confused and get ticked off. To the point the 1 star reviewer put below, they added the alignment to her bill without her approval. You have to listen carefully with what's being asked. Josh, very quickly asked me, if I wanted my alignment corrected with the free alignment check. (Needle on the record sound inserted here) When stated quickly, you hear free alignment. Had I said yes, it would have been included. Instead, I asked to be called first, which they did and my alignment was out of spec. NOTE: They offer two alignment costs. $90 for a one time correction and $115 for an annual correction. The $25 increase allows you to take your car and have the alignment corrected for an entire year. That's like Bronchitis. Ain't nobody got time for that. read more

I have a very mixed review of my experience here. I called to get a quote on 4 tires for my Corolla. I was told the price would be $400. This is what I was anticipating and seemed reasonable. I made an appointment for a Friday morning and was told it would take about an hour to complete the work. I arrived at my appointment on time and after reviewing my vehicle they determined that only 3 of my tires needed to be replaced. I very much appreciated their honesty. When I went to check out, nearly two hours later, the total was even more than they initially quoted me even though I only got 3 tires instead of 4. I pushed back on this and explained that I was disappointed. They ended up lowering the price significantly - that is a positive for sure. However, a customer should not have to push for what is right. I prefer to support local businesses but chose this location because it was close to work. I'll do some deeper diving next time. read more

I went to have my brake pads replaced and got in the same day as I called. They got them done before closing and I had my vehicle that evening. Everyone was polite, courteous and helpful. The price was very affordable compared to other places and other places are so backed up that they keep your vehicle for days. I didn't have that problem with Belle Air. It doesn't hurt that they're right down the street from me either. I've used them many times for new tires, to replace my front wheel and tire after it was damaged in an accident, change brake pads or just to use their free air to air up my tires. Do not go here. I bought 5 tires for my trailer 2 weeks ago. Drove the trailer 60 miles and a tire was low on air. So stoped put 38 pounds in it. The trailer sat for on week. I checked the pressure again before driving back the 60 miles. The pressure was 34. Got home parked it over night and the tire was flat the next morning. The Took it back they said the valve stem was bad and the tire was ruined. Had to get another tire. Went today and they charged me 80 bucks for a new tire. They did not check or replace the valve stems. Said it was my fault. Horrible service. I will never go back! Neither should you. Stay away! read more

for the first time in my belle tire history, i leave with a smile on my face. having called the day of to schedule a wheel alignment, i had lost all hope for expeditious availability, especially outside of my work hours. despite my uncertainty, the receptionist eased all of my concerns over the phone. stars align as im off work just in time to make it 7 minutes early. i check myself in, and my heart drops to my stomach. knowing of the trepidation that accompanies sitting in that slightly cold waiting room for hours on end, i prepare myself mentally; melting into the black faux leather chair. instead, utter disbelief washes over me as my name is called to pick up the keys, a mere 15 minutes after i arrive. this is all just a dream, i thought. considering mostly everybody there was fully clothed, and not wearing only tighty whities, i was in fact not dreaming. payment method goes through, im out the door. the drive home was, speaking modestly, serene. for days i was deprived of enjoying a soothing ride. an hour and a half long joy ride to celebrate an unusual streak of luck today. its the small wins that matter. read more

Brought my car here to fix a flat. Tire had a screw in it. They called and said tire had to be replaced due to location of screw. I said no problem replace both rear tires. They call back three hrs later saying they may have to cosmetically damage rim to get a stuck lug nut off and it's gonna cost another $200. I say go ahead. Another three hrs goes by and I call them back and get the "we were just gonna call you". Now the bolt is stripped out and I need another part. More money. But don't worry they changed the other tire...which wasn't flat. They tell me they can get the bolt out and I can drive with just 4 lug nuts. "It'll be fine". I say stop...and go get my car, which still has a flat and now a stripped lug bolt??? But nice of them to not charge me for the tire I didn't need(sarcasm). Don't bring ur car here unless you want it to be worse off then when u brought it in. Took it to another tire place and they fixed the mess no questions asked. read more

I used the free air at this location and it broke the valve stem on my tire. I was informed it was broke and they would need to replace the valve stem and sensor for 80 dollars. No problem, I authorized that. Well, ended up that the repair wouldn't hold and the tire continued to go flat. So I returned and was told it wasn't repairable. I had no issue with that and purchased 4 new tires for 900.00. Upon getting my truck back they had somehow managed to have 3 lights on my dash and completely disassemble my 4x4 that would no longer engage. They are trying to say this was due to a broken spring from the lift. They just talked in circles, when I tried to get an explanation. Keep in mind it had already been on there lift just a few days prior and didn't have an issue with the flat tire they couldn't repair. I took the truck to another shop and the guy actually laughed out loud when he saw the estimate they cooked up to repair whatever they did. Buyer beware ! They will destroy your vehicle! That was fine but they couldn't get to the car until the next day, when they said that they couldn't help me out because they didn't carry the tire that my car has. They made sure our nieces older Corolla was fit for her to drive and completely safe which only needed a new wheel bearing on one side. We've had a lot of work done with our Terrain here too. My family and I were driving from Michigan to South Carolina on Saturday Aug 5th when we had a cataphoric break failure due to faulty break work done in South Carolina. we were lucky that our lives were not lost. We reached out to Belle Tire in Westfield Indiana since we saw they were still open. They told us to have the tow go to another local tire shop since Belle Tire was about to close for the weekend. We went to the other shop and we got the car fixed the next day. The reason I am leaving this review for Belle Tire is Steve (the mechanic) drove to the other tire shop, after he closed, to make sure we were ok. My mother-n-law had a flat tire from hitting a curb. She lives in our neighborhood so I put on her donut. She asked where to go to get a new one. I checked all of her tires and though they still had between 40-50% of tread life left, I suggested changing them all because that's what I would do. I suggested Belle tire because of their high customer service. Something I had experience in the past. Well she did get 4 new tires and an alignment that they had suggest, probably a good idea since she had hit the curb to cause flat. Two hours later she is out the door and happy that it was done and at the price quoted. The reason for two stars is, my mother-n-law is 79yrs old and under 5' tall and probably 95lbs. She called my wife, her daughter the next day saying there was a lot of noise in the back of her car. My wife went to check it out and noticed that the spare donut had been put under the storage area, but the heavy foam support and the screw on fastener were not in the right place or used at all. This would of taken a 20 something young man a few minutes at most to put in correctly and fasten down. If it's something that they are not supposed to do or required to do then let this fall on deaf ears, but i did recommend Belle tire because of their excellent customer service.
