I stopped in on a Friday morning after finding a nail in my tire. They were extremely busy, but promised to try to get to it within 24 hours if I was willing to leave my car with them. I didn't want to drive around looking for another place to take my car, so i agreed and waited in the waiting room (it was so clean!) until I had my husband pick me up. About two hours later, I got a call back. Of of the technicians squeezed me in before his lunch break. I was so excited to hear how quick they got to my car, but that doesn't compare to learning they fixed the issue AT NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe it - it was the best, fastest and quality service I've ever received and it was free. I hope I don't have another tire issue again, but if I do, I will definitely return to Belle! read more

They are dishonest from the parts being new that they use, to fixing the issue you brought the car in for, to their work being properly done and lying about it being "better " than when you brought your car in, to "fixing" something you never authorized and then stating "well it would have needed replaced at some point" and more. Stay away. Adrianna told me that I had a slight bend in my wheel, but that getting it balanced would solve the issue of my car rattling above 60mph. She also INSISTED that I get an alignment even though I've had no pulling. Long story short, 24 hrs later my car is wobbling worse than before & surely will go out of alignment again. I had a horrible experience here. They were unclear with what was wrong with a tire that THEY had recently replaced but insisted in needed to be replaced again. The damage the tire had on the interior was "just something that happens". They told me for 5 straight days it would be done "for sure" by the end of the day. Then they would not call to inform me it would in fact not be done and then not answer my calls to tell me what was going on. When I went to pick it up the guy helping me was very nice but the lady next to him working was snapping at us and trying to make us feel stupid for asking questions. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back. read more

Purchased tires with warranty at Belle Tire in Ft Wayne almost 3 years ago. Tires are 60,000 mile tires. One tire is now leaking, as only have around 26k miles on them. Rotated tires within the 8,000 mile recommendation. Took car to this Belle Tire location to see why one tire was leaking, thinking it was a seal issue. The person I worked with claimed all 4 tires needed replaced due to dry rot and told gave me prices on tires with warranty. Why would I purchase a warranty when the tires I bought previously should be under warranty as they should have dry rot as they haven't reached 1/2 of the expected life of the tire. Tech said tread is also close to being 6/32 so close to needing replaced. I called the Ft Wayne Belle Tire to ask questions based on what I was told. They said if tires are truly bad, that Belle Tire location should file a warranty claim. I told this Belle Tire this but they said they don't file the claim and require the customer to do it. As I am no tire expert, why am I filing the claim when I am only being told all the tires are bad. Are they not willing to file a claim as there isn't really an issue with all my tires but they just want me to buy new tires with them? I got the keys to the car and left, noticing they didn't put air in the one tire that was low so I question if they even examined the tire. If you are needing tire, get their lowest quote to compare with other tire sellers. If you do buy tires at this location, know that if you have a tire quality issue, YOU have to do all the work with filing the claim and prove the tires you purchased are defective. I'm taking the car back to Fort Wayne to see if the tires are truly bad, which if they are, they will file the claim on my behalf as they said that is their policy. If the claim is rejected, I will not be buying tires from Belle Tire. If tires end up being good and only issue with the seal on the one tire or other fix needed, it proves that the Belle Tire close to my home is only focused on sales and not willing to help the customer make decisions based on honest information. At the time I was there, no supervisor on site, just young clerks/salesmen/saleswoman and people installing tires. read more

Please stay away from this Belle tire I came to this Belle tire 11/20/2025 for my first time. Medardo Galvez was my sales person that I worked with. I had a couple thousand miles left on my tire tread and had a slow leak. he claimed he could patch my tire however the rest of the tire would continue to leak air because the tire rubber was to thin to patch. That was a lie because then all my tires would leak air witch they were not leaking. I went ahead and purchased new tire because he agreed to give me a free alignment. When I picked up my vehicle he attempted to charge me for an alignment which I refused to pay. Then he tried to hide my alignment information from me and I had to ask for and the alignment paper work which shows the alignment was totally messed up. So Mr. Galvez attempted to charge me for an alignment they totally had messed up on. Then the teach came out and said I needed special bolts and things like that. I then took my vehicle to the Belle tire in Westfield Indiana and they aligned it with out any trouble or special bolts. I contacted cooperate customer service and the Manager of the Carmel Belle Tire and submitted the documents proving the lies from this store Belle tire, they confirmed receiving my paper work and they would never contact me back. This store lies to its customers and they ignore you when show them proof of their lies. read more

We are from out of town and here on a holiday weekend. We developed a tire leak and needed to fix it before we returned home. We tried several nearby repair shops who couldn't help us and finally Belle tire in Carmel said bring it in. They looked at the car, not long after we brought it in, and then removed a screw, patched the tire, and didn't charge us. We are grateful to Quention Griffin, and all the people at Belle tire who helped us. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat. read more

I took my 1985 car here for a tune up months ago and they did it no questions asked. Now, there are new people up front that I've never met. They claimed that they couldn't service my car because it's too old and they don't want to damage it. If I got a tune up before, why can they not do a oil change? I went in less that two hours before closing time and they fit me in and fixed my car. I had a nail in my tire, the service writer checked it out, said we should be able to fix that. Made another appointment for the next day so they could order tires. Cheked-in, waited 45 minutes before asking when my car would be brought into the garage (still sitting in parking lot). I had a screw in my tire and brought my car in to see if it could be patched. They told me that their wait time was 3-4 hours but that was fine as I worked right down the road. They called me an hour later and told me that my car was ready. When I got there to pick it up, they told me there was no charge! Excellent customer service. I made an appointment for 8am. Me being the good customer showed up at 7:50 and walked in the door at 8:01. That is where I met resistance! Billy working the counter was already in a foul mood. He looked at me like I owed him money when I told what issues I was having with my car. I told him I made an appointment or 8 am, apparently that doesn't matter. He asked me, after he looked at my breakfast in my hand, are you going to wait?? He then told me; it would be 3-4 hours before they could look at my car. Liars and Thieves. You sell broken cars to people. I only drove my car for 2 days and now theyv been "working on it" for 8 days. We take it back and it dies again after not even 10 mins of driving. Now we are forced to pay 350 dollars a month on a car we cant even drive. We cant even drive it to the BMV without it breaking down on the road. I had a nail in my tire they repaired it quick at no charge 7/24/20. 7/29/20 - Low and behold my tire light came on again. I went back to Belle Tires not sure what was wrong with my tires within 5 days another nail in my tire actually it was a screw this time. Belle fixed it again the same tire and informed me this tire will need to be replaced next time. Hopefully there won't be a next time. Great service again!!! read more

Recently went to the Belle Tire location in Valparaiso In. to purchase tires for my camper. I had spoken to Sharon (listed as store manager) the week prior to discuss and order my tires. When all was said and done, she talked me into a tire that I had never heard of, but I trusted that these were the best option. The next week I arrived with my camper in tow, parked it where they had ask, and entered the store. Sharon told me that my tires had not come in. It came up that I had ordered 2 tires, when in fact I had ordered 4. 2 axles x's 2 tires = 4. Sharon argued with me and insisted that I had ordered only 2, So I let her sell my 4 tires that she suggested (bait and switch ?) My tires were installed by 2 techs on a unlevel pad with NO jack stands, only a rolling floor jack. So following installation I noticed a small stack of tires just inside one of the bays. THEY WERE THE TIRES I HAD ORDERED !!!!! I mentioned my observation to Sharon who informed my that I was mistaken. She finally went out to see for herself, and found my 4 tires sitting in the corner. Pitiful management and even a worse customer service model. Reported my experience to a district manager who apologized for his manager. But no further action was taken. read more

The most FRIENDLIEST Service I've experienced in a very long. I purchased my tires from a different retailer which included FREE tire repair and wheel rotation. BUT, after 2 weeks of horrible service and not able to get to the root of why my tire was losing air, I decided to PAY someone to look at it so I took it to Belle Tire. After arriving for my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour to complete the job. I decided to walk across the street to McDonald's to kill the time. While there I learned that my friend's son passed away that morning. I had gained my composure when Josh called to advise me that there was corrosion around my rim causing the leak. When I returned to pickup my car it was out front running with the air conditioner cooling it. I went inside, realizing I had not asked the cost of tire repair and wheel rotation!! Josh greeted me and said to have a great weekend!! I didn't know what to say. I so wanted to give him a hug but COVID-19! I fought back tears, thanked him and sat in my car to collect myself before I could drive home. THIS BELLE TIRE at THIS LOCATION will be my Tire Shop from all my future tire service needs!
