Amazing service from Kenneth, a very nice person who helped me pick out some great tires. I showed up, and he took over and got everything taken care of for me. Always excellent service here and the best prices on tires. I have purchased tires here several times over the years, and service has always been helpful and friendly. Also I have had flat tires repaired a few times, with no charge for the repair. Today I came in for a repair estimate for replacing the tire wear indicators on all four tires on my vehicle. The dealership charges over $1,000 for replacement and Discount Tire quote was $269.00. They accept walk ins but also you can make an appointment. Convenient location just off US 31. read more

I recently needed new tires for my Subaru, but didn't know where to start. I asked for opinions in the local Carmel Chatter Facebook group where many folks highly recommended this Discount Tires location. I researched online and opted for the original equipment for my vehicle and placed the order online. They were running specials for Black Friday, too. The tires were not in-store but quickly arrived within a few days. I made an installation appointment online, but went in a day early to knock it off my list, since they accommodate walk-ins. I was quoted it would take two hours, so I dropped off my vehicle, but it took just over an hour. I appreciate that the service was quick and easy. The only cons was I wasn't given much explanation on what to expect when checking out, so I was initially concerned when my TPMS light came on the next day. I received a phone call a few days later to see how my experience was and I asked about this, and the rep said that's typical but I should've received that explanation up-front. Otherwise, a solid experience. read more

Best tires best price had them on my car way longer than I thought they'd last. To get there early and they're usually pretty busy LOL.

Beware. Last time there (regular customer for over 30 years) they tried to sell me tires due to "tires are bad...recommend immediate replacement...etc... Went to Belle for the same depth gauge assessment which showed normal wear with a about 10k miles tread left. Later learned 2nd hand from someone that worked there. They apparently do retreats w sales staff where they are motivated to sell products for money incentives. Nothing wrong with that, other than the Grey area as to just "how bad are your tires"...really when you stand to make money off the sale. Had an entirely different experience at Belle. Sorry, Discount you've lost my business as well as referrals I'm always giving several diff social circles. Belle is my go-to now. read more

Stopped on our way south because car had a slow leak. Staff were friendly. They checked tire and said it was seal from older rim. That they cleaned and all set. Just past Indy and tire flat. Stop at another place and they showed me a hole in tire and now getting plugged. They didn't charge me but thankfully we were able to get it somewhere else. read more

They always take great care of my family. I have been going to discount tire for over 25 years. No matter which location I go to, they will fix my tires under warranty. They're accommodating during emergencies and on time when I schedule an appointment. If you show up in the middle of the day, expect a wait. But that is normal for anything. Highly recommend! read more

Replacement of OEM worn tires Quick installation of new tires purchased on-line that were shipped to store.

Discount Tire is my go to whenever I need a repair, air check or new tires. My most recent experience was excellent. It was a Saturday morning so I got there early, not as early as I hoped but early enough to get my service completed in a couple of hours. I had my tires looked at and purchased 2 new front tires. They were at a reasonable price and the sales person did not pressure me in any way to buy more expensive tires. I had a bit of a credit to apply from the warranty on the previous tires I had bought. I paid for the tires and went over to First Watch for breakfast. Just as I was finishing breakfast, I got a text telling me my car was up next. The timing worked out perfectly, customer service was excellent and my tires have been performing perfectly! read more

Shout out to Lainie and the guys at Discount Tire. I bought a new crossover in Dec 2015. Less than 2 year and 9 mo later, my crappy stock tires were a hot mess. I had to get 4 new tires and not wanting to go through that nightmare and expense again, I bought the warranty for $79. With it, I get free replacement if my tires need to be changed within 65,000 miles. Free! And of course, I get Discount Tire's service. Every 6-8,000 miles I bring in my car for a rotation and at every other rotation, a rebalance. I was just there today for a pressure check when my TPMS light kept coming on even though we put air in the tires. Turns out, there was corrosion around the tires causing the light to go on. Pressure was fine. They cleaned the corrosion and I was on my way in 40 min from check-in though they were incredibly busy. And my cost? FREE!!! Thanks guys! read more

I have been purchasing tires and having them rotated and balanced for many years and have been very happy, I recently had a very disappointing experience having the tires rotated and balanced on our Audi Q5. I advised the tech the correct tire pressure should be 33 psi front and 36 psi back. While driving it seemed the car was riding hard like the tires were overinflated so I checked them myself. All tires were inflated to 40 psi. read more

It's always great when a business gets it right every time, but what happens when something goes wrong, and the unforeseen happens? This was what happened today. 5 years ago, I bought new Michelin tires for my wife's car from Discount Tires (DT). Today we discovered that she only had 18,000 miles of use on a tire rated for 60,000 miles. The tires were worn and needed to be replaced way too soon. :( My wife was fortunate enough to work with Victor Pleitez at Discount Tire today. Victor navigated working with Michelin customer service to deal with the early breakdown of her tires and their warranty. Victor and Discount Tires stood behind their product. They were able to solve the issue related to the early breakdown of the tires and put a new set on with an 80,000-mile warranty. My wife drove out of the shop with great tires, a manager who stood behind his product, and an excellent customer service experience as well. If you are going to invest in great tires, do it with a company that stands behind its product. There's a reason I've been buying tires from DT for over 10 years now. read more

I found myself with a low tire pressure warning on my dash on a Sunday, and it was a holiday, so you can imagine the stress. I thankfully had a way of keeping the tire inflated until this location opened the following day but it is not my usual stop so I was unfamiliar with the employees. I arrived at their opening time, there were already seven customers waiting to enter, so I was anxious I'd be there for hours when I needed to get to work as well. The employees were friendly and took down my information. Wait time was about an hour and they had my tire repaired. Thankfully I had a warranty on it so it didn't cost me a thing. Only con: someone forgot to put the caps back on two of my tires so I had to replace those. Otherwise, it was a good experience. I would come back to this location as it was clean and friendly. read more

They have the art of getting you in and out down so well. Can't recommend this location enough.

Nope. Took my 2020 4Runner in to get new K02's. When complete, right front wheel out of balance badly. Returned and they told me my wheel was bent. It wasn't when I first came in, yet they insisted it was. They lied and would not take responsibility. Cost me $600 for new wheel because it was bent during installation. Never again. Belle Tire is much better. read more

Good service and reasonable prices. I'm not a huge car guy but these guys seem to know what they can (and can't) do.

I had nails in two different tires and the Service writer Kaleb took great care of me. As I sat in the waiting room I noticed how well this business was run and how professional, polite and accommodating the employees were. When I am ready for new tires this is the place I will go and highly recommend to friends and family. John S. read more

Had a great experience here. Salesperson was knowledgeable, and they had my desired tires in stock. Highly recommend this location.

Well, they put four new ties on my car, which I had selected from their website earlier in the week. It took about 35 minutes, which was pretty fast. Only two minor observations: 1) I actually walked in over a week ago and asked them to suggest four tires for my car. The tire model they recommended would have cost over $700. I kind of felt like they were up-selling me a bit too much. I then went to their website once I got home, and found four perfectly good medium-grade tires, for a total bill of $340. These $340 tires will be perfectly fine. If I had gone with their recommendation, I would have wasted well over $300. 2) Back in the 1970's, Discount Tire had a TV commercial. It said, "If ever you're not satisfied with one of our tires, please feel free to bring it back to us", followed by an old lady throwing a tire through the front window of one of their stores. I couldn't help but notice during my recent visit to Discount Tire that an entire section of their front-facing window was gone, and was replaced with plywood. Things that make you go hmmm. read more

Every time I take my car here they tell me I need new tires. Once, having 12 month old tires in for a rotation, I challenged them stating the tire age and they installed them. Their reply, "oh you are GOING to need new tires. We just want to make sure you plan for it." SMH. (Same thing happened to two others I know.) When you do need new tires, they'll only want to replace all four tires at once, even on a non all-wheel drive car. SMH. Do not trust their word. Make sure they show you the wear indicator. Always ask for alternatives. I had them tell me my wheel needed to be replaced only to find out they "could add an external wheel weight, but we didn't think you would want that." I said, add it to the inside of the wheel. If you can put up with this behavior, they typically do good work and are priced competitively. They fix flat gratis. I stopped in to have a nail removed from my Tesla. They brushed me off on needing to use the rubber jack pads, which I trusted them until I watched someone jack up a Lexus bending the side skirt. I left. read more

10/5!!! Absolutely wonderful service. Everyone was on the ball and the establishment was clean and bustling with energy! got a full set of tires for my old Subaru and an alignment for $580 they also threw in a windshield wiper replacement. Definitely worth your time read more

I knew something was up when the new set of tires I had (barely over a year old) were already showing a leak in one of them. After the standard issue couple trips to the gas station to air it up, inevitably in a day or two the light would pop back up on the dashboard. Discount Tire is just down the road from where I live, so in the middle of the night I was able to secure an appointment the next afternoon and couldn't have been more pleased. My car was taken in right away, all 4 tires were inspected and the culprit on the leaking tire was a dumb ole staple they were able to remove and fix in under an hour. When the time comes for a new set of tires, I know exactly where I'll be going. Professional, courteous, and willing and able to help get you back on the road quickly. read more

Today I picked up a nail, tire went flat! Aired it up, headed straight to Discount Tire in Westfield IN. Called them en route to set up repair, talked to Victor. He immediately told me about where he could fit me in, and I must say he was very professional! When I arrived he checked me in, collecting all relevant information. The nail was outside the tread pattern so the tire had to be replaced. He acted quickly and got my tire ordered in time for same day delivery! I have been a customer since 2000 so I left my vehicle with him without hesitation. That was just after 11am. 2:30 he contacted me to tell me the tire arrived and put me in line for completion. 2 hrs later they texted me my car was ready! Victor did a fantastic job handling my needs amid a very busy day, and handled it most professionally I must say! He seems extremely knowledgeable and like I said, very professional and expedient seeing to my needs! The best part is he did all that with a great attitude and a smile on his face! For him, just another successful customer experience! For me, he delivered my vehicle as promised making it just one more positive experience at that store! My hats off to Victor and, Discount Tire in Westfield, IN!! THANKS Victor, for everything!!! BR read more

This is my second time to have tires done at this location. They have a large selection of tires in stock but I've also had tires shipped to the store. Their pricing is on par, if not cheaper than many other places. Make an appointment as you'll definitely be in/out much faster;typically in less than hour. I use Discount Tire for my tire purchases, and part of it is their commitment to the customer outside of purchases. I took my car in with a tired constantly losing air pressure. This place is amazing. They were very busy before their opening hours (meaning they opened early and was already working on tires). I believe the gentleman that helped me was Brent (? not positive, been there 15-16 years). He was so professional and up front and even came back to me and asked if I wanted to get coverage on my tires that I had just bought in March (without coverage) prior to them pulling it into the bay. Thank goodness I did because I needed a new tire. As I sat in the lobby, I was able to witness everyone so pleasantly taking care of the customers. You can absolutely see that everyone loves their job and is there to help. You can't find customer service like this much anymore. Kudos to the management, which is where it starts. I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs new tires. Thank you so much for helping me Saturday, February 22nd and getting me on my way to another appointment. read more

And their customer service is why I buy my tires from them! Had a low tire and was sure I had a nail. Nope. Just needed sensors reset. No charge. Thanks guys! Once again, the reason I deal with this place and this place only! Today I had a tire registering 24# pressure after work. It's 4:55 and I stop in to get it checked and repaired. I'm told it will be an hour and a half but they will get it done. So I call for a ride to pick me up. No big deal. At 5:20 they pull my car in to start it... hmmm. 5:30 I get a text it's ready. Woohoo. I called my ride and said sit tight I'm done! I teased the manager about " bring lied to" "you told me an hour and a half and it's been 45 minutes". Lol. Great job guys on a frigid day. No nail, can't see anything wrong with tire, no charge. Have a nice evening. Great customer service. And they smile too! read more
