When I went to pay, the manager Eric and Customer Service Rep Mary Lou had looked up warranty information and my bill was only for $430! Who does that? That's what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE, something I'm glad still exists in some places. It felt like they did something with adjusting my brakes, too, in their total inspection process. They didn't say anything about this or charge me, but I'm pretty sure my brakes are feeling better, too. Good people!

Some of them are super helpful and will walk you through options and recommendations. Others were very short and if you didn't know what you wanted made me feel that i was wasting their time. Can be a little hard to find your first time there. take Hauge road to 88th and head towards 69. Enter into the Polaris dealer gate & flat out motor sports, keep heading towards i69 and they are around the back and to the left. The nice thing is the parking lot is completely locked at night so your rig will be safe while it is there. Overall though this 4WP store is better than others i've used, their access to parts is pretty vast and their techs do good work, so i recommend using them for your offroad/4x4 store especially if you are on the northern side of Indy.

She has a receipt, a picture of the receipt and the messages as proof. Most of their communication was done through text messages. In those messages, she was told multiple times that she would receive a refund. However, after she informed them that she had paid in cash, her number was blocked and communication stopped completely. She made several attempts to resolve the situation before that, but once she mentioned the cash payment, she was no longer able to reach them. She did not receive the services she paid for, nor did she receive the promised refund. This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on her experience, I would strongly encourage others to get detailed written agreements and be cautious about paying large amounts upfront, especially in cash.
