In spite of the stock photos they have placed in this Yelp listing, they are not in uniform with the possible exception of the store manager. So you walk in and some slovenly dressed guy says "help you?" and you have to take it on faith he actually works there and knows what he's doing. One time they broke a little flashlight my husband had. We were hoping to have a backup battery replacement for it. Turns out this promotion/logo item can't be opened, and a professional should have known that at first glance and handed it right back. Instead this bozo forced the thing open and broke it. Then we were assured he would "fix" it. Twenty minutes later I had it out with the manager, advising him that when we came in, the flashlight worked; your guy took it and broke it and I think you should give us a comparable pocket flashlight to make up for this. Ultimately he agreed. It's $15 plus tax at this writing for key fob battery replacement; or you can pay $24 (I think it was 24) and they will provide lifetime replacement. Which means of course you better not lose the receipt so in three years when you need a battery again you can prove you paid for it. Something I don't like is that they don't change the battery in front of you. They take it behind a blocked counter. Presumably your device is being carefully opened and you are getting a fresh battery with far future expiration date, but you really have no idea what's going on back there.

I took a photo of the controls and one of the old battery so they would have an idea as to what I needed. They knew exactly what I needed to put my sump back in service. My equipment was dated and they told me that they don't make that exact battery anymore but they could modify one that would work just fine. I said yes and bought it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery. When I got home it took me about 2 minutes to hook it up and it was running again. Knowledgeable people, friendly service and good prices.
