The prices are higher than Lowe's or Home Depot but again (from me); supporting local business is important and something I am willing to spend a bit more for. It is awfully convenient to have this size of store in little ole Pendleton...smaller than a big box but large enough to carry whatever your home improvement needs are. Today I was costing fertilizer and the price was just slightly higher than Home Depot. Good enough for me. There isn't a ton of staff there but the place is never too busy either.

They carry stainless, metric, galvanized, grade-8, etc. Just a great all around hardware story. Yesterday we decided to have two screen doors and another screen repaired (the screens had cuts in them). We took them to Northgate and left them. This morning they called to find out what screen material we wanted, and an hour later called to let us know they were done. Done in less than 24 hours, and less than $60. Can't beat that! If you live in the Anderson area, please shop at Northgate all you can so we can keep them in business!
