Pallet Paradise, AKA Open Box Appliances (OBA) is a Game-Changer!!…read more We lost our appliances in a recent home fire. It was time to buy new appliances to replace the ones we lost. I went to a local big box store and priced things out. With the purchase, delivery, haul away, and accessories, it was over $2,200. I saw the ads for Open Box Appliance and the appliances they had to offer. OBA buys brand-new and gently damaged appliances from a very large store. If I shared the name of the store, you would know them, they are BIG!!! I priced out the same washer and dryer and was able to get them both with delivery, set up, and a 30-day guarantee OBA, and haul away of the old appliances for $1000 less! That included a 4-year extended warranty on both appliances! When you get deals like this, you often worry that there's a catch, appliances that don't work, bad customer service, not returning phone calls, and not showing up on time would be an issue. But I'm happy to report that it is the exact opposite. Every appliance comes with a 30-day guarantee. Instead of the concerns listed above, it was the exact opposite. The customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. You can tell that the owners of this company genuinely care about their clients. They have a business to run, but they want a win-win for all involved, and their actions and their words back this up. The deals were so good, and the customer service was so genuine and on point that I ended up getting a refrigerator too. I'm so grateful to find a resource like OBA. You can bet I'll be back when it's time to buy the rest of the appliances for our condo when it's rebuilt. If you are looking for a great option for appliances, I can't recommend OBA strongly enough! You will get great appliances at a great price with excellence in customer service. Don't take my word for it; give them a call at 888-417-5055 or check them out online at https://obappliances.com or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/OBAppliance Once again, a huge shout out and thanks to Alex, Kyle, and Austin!

Finally, I found this place. The store has great parking out front. The aisles are large and easy to navigate. There are so many different types of dealers that everyone is sure to find a treasure. I was looking for furniture. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the prices were extremely affordable for the quality represented. I found several accent tables and nightstands. I even found a lovely small sideboard that was solid wood. I also found a great set of nesting tables for $59.99. I was amazed since I have bought a set at wholesale price in the past and paid close to $150 for them. Darion was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. As said, I purchased a number of larger pieces and wanted to fit them all into my vehicle. Darion took the time to help me load them and reload them in my car until we were able to fit most of them in. She was willing to keep trying different ways to get it all in. She definitely went above and beyond. Without her help I would have had to get someone to come help me load my car since the pieces were too bulky and heavy to do it alone. She was AMAZING!!!!!! I look forward to coming in on a regular basis since these types of stores have constantly revolving stock. If you see something you like, buy it, because it will be gone the next time you come in.
