we bought 2 batteries for diesel truck and they sold us 2 different batterie. Anyone knows that you need to have matching batterie.

Daughter's car needed a battery - called several other auto parts stores - said I would need new bracket too. Called Battery Masters - they said they could help no problem. Purchased a motorcycle battery for my Harley from them, within one month it died. They told me that I did not charge it appropriately but within one month I should not have to charge it every time I get off the bike. They took it back and charged it. The next year while on a trickle charger,it would not even hold the charge. Get a new battery it ain't worth it read more

Battery Masters was able to provide a battery for my 2013 Prius at a significantly cheaper price than Walmart but also able to support a small business with my purchase. Everybody was helpful and insightful and knowledgeable inside of the store. They were able to explain why my battery for my car is different than a typical battery for a regular car. And they also had some merchandise inside like camping lights that I found interesting to purchase as well. I will definitely come back to them for all of my future battery Ness. I visited three big auto stores, (Zone, O', & Advance) and all 3 claimed I needed a new battery and possibly a new alternator. It's hard to tell sometimes on the alternator, if your battery is bad... I decided to go to Battery Masters since my vehicle was starting and running perfectly. These guys are great. I called ahead and asked about my battery in case I needed it. In stock, free installation, (and that's huge with needing to go through wheel well) reasonable pricing with military discount, and a 5 year warranty! When I arrived, though they were quite busy, they tested my battery and charging system in just a few minutes... Everything checked out fine! NEVER trust those hand held battery testers at the auto stores! When I DO need a new battery, I'm going here first, last, and always. read more

I needed a new power supply and although they don't carry them, Eli looked it up for me anyway and then stripped the broken wires on my old one, spliced them together and got it working until I could order a new one. I bought a battery off them years ago they were great sold me a deka battery with deka label lasted long time 6-7 years the Next deka I purchased off them was suppose to be new deka battery but came out the back with there label on it saying battery master and assured me it was a Deka new! It lasted almost a year I'd estimate 10 month life span missed the warranty on it cause been super busy needless to say I think it was refilled battery I wouldn't advise buying deka batteries from them without the deka label on it and might still be scared to with label correct. read more

These guys really know their stuff and really love cars. I took my '69 Mustang in there. It was having some starter problems. Rather then sell me a new battery, they thoroughly tested mine and found that there was nothing wrong with it. And they didn't charge me. You better believe I'll be back there when I do need to buy a battery. read more

Battery Masters - Battery Stores Near Me - Muncie, Indiana

I was on the way to the gym last week and stopped for gas when my car wouldn't turn back on. I had a friend jump me and drove down the street to battery masters. They told me I needed a new battery, so I bought one from them. I am a college student doing my student teaching at a school in Anderson this semester. I don't have a lot of money and I need something 100% dependable to get me to work everyday. Yesterday after school, I went to start my car up and it was dead. I couldn't believe it since it had been less than a week with my new battery from Battery Masters. I had to leave my car overnight and arrange a ride from other people last night and this morning. Today, my school janitor was nice enough to take a look at it this morning. It took him probably about two minutes to fix the issue which was a loose wire from improper battery instillation from Battery Masters. If Battery Masters would have taken the extra two minutes to ensure that my battery was secure after the instillation I could have totally avoided this whole situation. If you need something dependable, I would not recommend going here. read more
