Well, John at battery experts did exactly that it took him less than five minutes. He was very friendly. He was very professional and it only cost me 10 bucks. Absolutely worth it and oh did I forget to say that I walked in at five minutes after two in the afternoon on a Tuesday and according to the sign on the side of the door, they close at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. so he took care of me even though I walked in late and was just oh so nice. I cannot recommend this company.

He looked like he was just bored with life. I hope his day picked up. Sad to be so young and appear so unhappy. I was happy they had the battery , and when I got home I installed it in the remote and vola it worked. They have a mask sign up on the door but neither employee had one on as well as one of the two customers.

I took a photo of the controls and one of the old battery so they would have an idea as to what I needed. They knew exactly what I needed to put my sump back in service. My equipment was dated and they told me that they don't make that exact battery anymore but they could modify one that would work just fine. I said yes and bought it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery. When I got home it took me about 2 minutes to hook it up and it was running again. Knowledgeable people, friendly service and good prices.
