They were also able to bring it down to half the price of a new one, which really fit my needs. Also, I know that they buy back genuine apple products. I sold my iphone back to them. I would recommend this business. Service was quick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, on both visits.

The wife and I had purchased a "Litter Robot" a little more than a year ago, when it suddenly stopped working. When I called the company's tech support, I was told that the warranty only covered the box for a year, and that they no longer refurbished or repaired boxes past warranty. The company stated I'd have to purchase a new one, at considerable cost. I refused to spend that much cash again so soon after its purchase, so I started calling around to multiple tech repair companies. About half of the companies I called never bothered to call back, and the other half stated they only worked on phones. Finally I got a response from Ryan of ZCR Technical Solutions, who stated that while he had never worked on a Litter Robot before, he was willing to take a look at it. While he was a little out of our way (Indianapolis to Martinsville), he was willing to travel to any location with a mileage cost. The wife and I chose to pass on having him drive to us, and instead decided to drive to him. I'm more than pleased that we decided to make the drive, as Ryan fixed the issue in a timely manner, and at what I considered to be a VERY reasonable cost. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us up to date on the progress. Aside from Litter Robots, he also works on phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and more importantly vintage repairs (as long as he can get access to the replacement parts). Very reasonable pricing and very fast with his craft. I had an instrument cluster on a 2013 Chevy Malibu that was working intermittently. I found videos on YouTube and found a solution that required resoldering of a resistor on the back of the motherboard. He ran a test afterwards and showed me that it worked.
