And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . The screen on my child's iPad shattered on the way home from a road trip. Apparently, "it just broke on its own," according to said kid, but really, it looked like someone stepped on the iPad. Hmm, I wonder how that can happen, especially if you leave the iPad on the floor of the car like mom tells you not to do? Anyway, we called uBreakiFix on the way home, and we were able to schedule a drop off immediately. So we drove straight there and dropped off the shattered iPad on a Saturday evening. They told us it could be around 72 hours before we received it back. By Sunday evening, less than 24 hours later, the iPad was fixed and everything worked like normal. It was an amazingly quick fix on something that looked like it would take a while to deal with. We were very glad to have the iPad back (as was my child), and although it cost around $150 dollars, it was better than having to replace the entire iPad because of a severely cracked screen.
