    Avoid Guardian Protection Services - there are many other options that are better, more affordable,…read moreand have better customer service. Their call center customer service line is horrendous - they really do not care about their customers at all.  Like many others, COVID has hit our family and we are barely able to put food on the table and a roof over our heads.  Guardian Protection offered no support or alternative/cheaper plans for the last year of our contract (the first contract I signed with them was 3 years - my fault for not reading the renewal when we moved to a new home that it jumped to 5 years). Today I called to cancel my service at the end of my contract - exactly three months from now. I was told that I could not cancel now - but I had to call back 30 days from the end of the contract.  If I do not, my contract will be renewed on a month-to-month basis.  So, in other words, I call back on exactly  April 20th, or I'm stuck for another month.  I asked that a note be put in my account that I'm canceling now, and giving 90 days notice, but was only told, by Matt, that I needed to call 30 days prior to the end of  the contract. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Matt took my number (which is already in my account, so....?) and told me a supervisor would call today. Still waiting...

    I have had my security system for a couple of years now. The system is expensive. I was…read moreexperiencing difficulty with my mobile video device. The app continued to state device error. I called the help desk and I was transferred to another number, waited 15 minutes then hung up due to nobody answering. I called back several more times no answer. I decided to see if I can get my device to work, I accidentally set off my alarm. NOBODY FROM GUARDIAN PROTECTION called to check up on me. I called back and managed to get a hold of a lady. She also transferred me!! If you want a piece of mind DO NOT USE GUARDUAN PROTECTION!!
