I had another identical laptop that I no longer used, so I asked if they could take the motherboard from this laptop to fix the laptop I brought in for repair. Within a few hours, they made the swap and also fixed some security software issues detected. A $55.00 deposit is required & deposit applied towards the charges to repair.
