Charles is a very pleasant man who talks normally......not like a computer geek. He is a nice family man and is very knowledgeable about all types of technology's. One hour later, the computer was ready to pick up and everything worked great. Their prices are very reasonable and their quick response to my computer issue was a blessing....especially during the holiday Iwith so much going on. Thank you Charles. I drove the hour to take my computer to him, and I'm glad I did.. I will always bring my tech issues to him. When I called for directions he had just left for a house call, but since he wasn't too far out, he turned around for me so that I could give him my computer (make sure you call when you're on your way to make sure he is there). He is probably one of the nicest people I have met and knows what he is doing... My computer crashed and everyone (friends) told me there was no hope for it, but Mike was able to restore it to full working condition while also backing up over 250gb of photos (I'm a photographer.. and mother) + other programs and files. So so thankful for him... I seriously would have paid 100x what I paid him for everything he did for me... Thank you so much, Mike.. You have a new fan and client for life! :)

I got to learn a lot of cool and unique stuff that I wasn't expecting at first glance and also got to see a sick 3090 card on his desk which was amazing As for the actual service his prices were very reasonable and we needing a specific part that he didn't have on hand, so instead of making me figure out myself or smth similar he ordered the part and got the next day shipping without charging me extra which I really appreciate Overall, Marvin is an amazing guy, very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing so don't worry about trusting him with your stuff he's very smart, and easy to talk to so much so we had amazing conversation and stories to tell till the end of my visit and definitely learnt some stuff and would absolutely would love to come back again for any future repairs or anything of that. Linked down blow is a video of Marvin telling me to go "f myself" after just calling to ask for an estimate of my personal device he had in his care. This man is an absolute Fraud and is likely to break what he touches!!!! Update: It unfortunately will not allow me to attach videos of phone call but I can assure that If anyone would like to see how Marvin speaks to his clients I'd be happy to email the video! Just ask and I'll send my email along side the video for proof. Marvin tries very hard to intimidate people who are just in need of his services by threatening to add charges to their totals for no reason especially when he never fixes the problem and only adds to the issues! Also calling them very vulgar names! If you want my honest opinion you have better luck just trying to repair your device on your own or taking it to another shop as Marvin is the worst for customer service and to provide you with help!
