He began trouble shooting right away and discovered the problem within 30 minutes!! He explained exactly what he was doing which was helpful as I'm a student working towards a tech degree. It was pretty quick service and overall an awesome experience. He had advised what the best fix was and didn't charge me anything for diagnostics. However I still gave him a $10 tip for being efficient, kind and experienced. It may seem strange going to a repair technician working from home but I can assure anyone reading as a young adult I felt safe and content with the service I received and recommend him greatly.
